He had to take my laptop apart to get the broken piece out, so I left it with him. When I said I worked til 5pm he offered to drop it off to me at work after he was done with the repair. He was a bit confused getting there, but eventually delivered my laptop, saving me a trip back down East Main with all the construction. Called Dragon Computer Tech Thursday about an issue with my PC. Told me he would try to fit me in…read morethe next day. I call him at 830 and now he is leaving town for 2 weeks and can't come look at my PC. When I tell him this is terrible business practice his only response is "It is what it is" and hangs up.
