Worked flawlessly and they even touched up some of the thermal paste for me free of charge. Also had problems with my kids 3DS that no one else would look at or try and fix but ACS told me to bring it in and they would fix it if they could, which was a very unexpected bonus(just waiting on the parts to come in to have it fixed) Overall an incredible, simple, and easy experience and will recommend them to anyone I can for any type of console/electronic repair, am very satsified!!!

I ended up coming to Rochester for my son's high school event today and seen Dragon Computer Tech was the only one open on a Sunday. I called him and he had me send a few pictures and then ended up stopping by his place where he looked at everything and explained that it would be a very difficult repair due to the size and placement of everything but he was willing to do it. He made his first repair and we check it in my vehicle and it ended up needing an adjustment. Second time work like a charm and he just saved me close to 1k if I had to replace everything.

When I pointed out that they were trying to send me a cheaper laptop than what I paid for, they assured me they would send me the difference. Of course, they stopped reresponding to me on newegg and refused to pick up my calls once it was time to pay me the difference in value. The laptop I did receive was not set up properly, and I had to set up access to the partitioned drive myself. I also had to install my own screen brightness program. They are frankensteined, partially finished computers, and a shop run by liars.
