I did receive a message on my phone Friday afternoon, telling me there was too much wrong with the laptop that he couldn`t leave a message. Tried to call back on Saturday but they are closed I found out as I decided to stop by to find out what the problem was. Well sent my daughter there on Monday as there was still no answering the phone. They were closed again even though the hrs. on the door say they are open. Finally was able to speak with the owner on Monday evening, he stated he was out fixing computers, made plans to pick up Tuesday AM almost 1 week after I dropped it off. I was told" you have a bad hard drive it would need to be replaced and then I would need to put windows, back on the computer." When I said you mean install it again? he seemed surprised that I knew something about computers. I was quoted about $28 to buy a used hard drive or $75 for a new one, plus $75 for the labor. Decided to take the laptop to a 17 yr old kid at my office to look at and see what he thought it was, mostly I wanted my photos and documents that were on the laptop. Well the kid had it for the weekend and he told me nothing wrong with the hard drive her was able to take my files off and reinstall windows for me. Using the same laptop now that I was told was at least a $100 repair. I would not use this guy even for the free estimate .I think he was guessing what it could be the problem by what I said the my laptop was doing. He doesn`t answer the phone or the voice mail promptly.

Bought a refurbished laptop on newegg, and they sent a different laptop with different features…read more They then offered to send me an inferior laptop as a replacement. When I pointed out that they were trying to send me a cheaper laptop than what I paid for, they assured me they would send me the difference. Of course, they stopped reresponding to me on newegg and refused to pick up my calls once it was time to pay me the difference in value. The laptop I did receive was not set up properly, and I had to set up access to the partitioned drive myself. I also had to install my own screen brightness program. They are frankensteined, partially finished computers, and a shop run by liars.
