Called him around 330-4pm on Friday and we agree on an appointment at my home at 9am he also asks me to call him at 830. I call him at 830 and now he is leaving town for 2 weeks and can't come look at my PC. When I tell him this is terrible business practice his only response is "It is what it is" and hangs up. Dude strung me along for nothing. If he didn't want to come out he could've just said that and I could've found someone else. Now it is Saturday morning with most repair shops closed for the weekend.

The mini usb connection was ripped off the processor board and is considered a micro soldering repair. I went to 5 repair shops local where I live and none would touch it. I ended up coming to Rochester for my son's high school event today and seen Dragon Computer Tech was the only one open on a Sunday. I called him and he had me send a few pictures and then ended up stopping by his place where he looked at everything and explained that it would be a very difficult repair due to the size and placement of everything but he was willing to do it. He made his first repair and we check it in my vehicle and it ended up needing an adjustment. Second time work like a charm and he just saved me close to 1k if I had to replace everything.

Not only did they (It's really just he) not fix the issue that I had contacted him about, he "fixed" other things that were not discussed, and not needed. He claimed that the signed consent for work document gave him the permission to do whatever work that HE felt needed to be done without ever contacting me for approval - The Town of Pittsford small claims court and the court of appeals disagreed, however, as I did. In what world do you charge someone a diagnostic fee, not provide an estimate, then get approval before doing over $400 worth of work that was not requested and did not resolve the issue? He provided false information related to a part (said an AMD processor with integrated graphics did not have the graphics) and when I called him on it, he told me how to fix the issue myself (install a separate graphics card). PLEASE protect yourself and stay away from this business as there are much better and more reputable ones in the area.

When I pointed out that they were trying to send me a cheaper laptop than what I paid for, they assured me they would send me the difference. Of course, they stopped reresponding to me on newegg and refused to pick up my calls once it was time to pay me the difference in value. The laptop I did receive was not set up properly, and I had to set up access to the partitioned drive myself. I also had to install my own screen brightness program. They are frankensteined, partially finished computers, and a shop run by liars.

Very fast and prompt response time and answered every question I had. Dropped my console off on a Wednesday night and had it back in my hands the next day. Worked flawlessly and they even touched up some of the thermal paste for me free of charge. Also had problems with my kids 3DS that no one else would look at or try and fix but ACS told me to bring it in and they would fix it if they could, which was a very unexpected bonus(just waiting on the parts to come in to have it fixed) Overall an incredible, simple, and easy experience and will recommend them to anyone I can for any type of console/electronic repair, am very satsified!!!

He is at the very top and way back of an office building on East Main called Lozier. I had to ask a few people along the way where Jim was located, but they were all friendly and pointed me where I needed to go. He had to take my laptop apart to get the broken piece out, so I left it with him. When I said I worked til 5pm he offered to drop it off to me at work after he was done with the repair. He was a bit confused getting there, but eventually delivered my laptop, saving me a trip back down East Main with all the construction.
