Apologized to the employee near the door for coming in five minutes before close, cause of the difference in hours. Husband was cashing out and I ran to swap the keyboard so the guy ringing us up didn't have to and another employee walked up and asked me if I was aware they closed "negative minutes ago" in a REALLY nasty tone. I responded that we were already being checked out and I was swapping keyboards and he again, nasty tone, said "well like I said....." So I walked back to my husband and the employee we worked with and the nasty employee came to apologize. Ok great but maybe grow some customer service before interacting with customers... and have your corporate office fix your hours that are posted on your own website ;)

Staff is pleasant enough but also seem kind of apathetic. They usually have pretty good sales on certain items. It's been a long while since I w been at this location. For each product he offered options, listened to my needs and helped me select the best product for my needs. I appreciate Ian's efforts. And it's safe to say mine had seen better days. Always cleaned and sanitized, bleached, but it was beat. Being close to Walmart, but not always pleased, I still gave it a chance. I went there in pursuit of a new kitchen garbage can and the selection was slim, not many in stock, and not much info as to when new stock was coming in. So I ventured to Target as I've done before. I walked into a very clean, spic & span store, was politely greeted by 2 young stock/inventory men. I asked for directions as to where I could find garbage cans and they immediately directed me. When I got to the isle I had a question about the can top and then locations of bags, and again, prompt help, service! The garbage can is an 11.4 gallons priced at $12.00 dollars, and I also purchased a 110 13 gallon bags at $8.99, grand total, $22.67. And the cash out line was expeditious. I'm pleased! And when I left, I mentioned to the cash out clerk how clean the store was, and helpful the sales people were. I said this is much different than Walmart. He looked at me and said, "we try sir". Target is a well run store, 5 stars!

First to talk options and get estimates and make an appointment. 2nd was to drop off the car. In-between, I did do some price checking. And everything was within the same range. Dropped the car off early since I knew it had to be there awhile. When I called later in the day to get an estimate for a pick-up time, it was about done. Someone walked me through the changes and new equipment. I was pretty comfortable without this but it was fine. I also had someone else in the parking lot with me. But the business should note that some individuals may not want to sit in their cars alone with a stranger. And, if you are picking up your car, bring a friend in this situation to sit with you for the tutorial!

They were able to fit us in quickly and do the job that Best Buy could not. They were professional and friendly. The work they did in the car was extremely neat, they did a nice job, and did so for a very reasonable price. In fact, they were even on the lower end of the price range they quoted us. Spoke with both Rebecca and Holden by phone for scheduling and worked with the tech Trevor, for repair work. Trevor made several trips, and for (I think around $300.00) the washer was back up and running. Took less than a week for a new computer board but everything was explained to me well. Am relieved to have it back up and running since it's only a few years old (new from box store). Will definitely be using them in the future for any appliance repairs. Thanks for help :)
