Almost 2 weeks later I got a phone call that it was finished so I went to pick it up. When I got there they told me it wasn't a virus, it was a bad power supply and hard drive. The total cost of the repairs was over $400.00. I paid the bill and took it directly home, plugged it in and it was still doing the same exact thing that it was doing before, really slow and it STILL had a virus. I called them back and they told me, well it was working fine here! I was then told that I could bring it back but they would have to charge me. I said forget it! I then had my nephew look at it when he came home over the weekend, he is a student from RIT majoring in Computer Sciences. He found a lot of dust in the, supposedly, new power supply and the hard drive was the exact make and serial number of the drive that came with the system when it was new. I was so upset that I wanted to take some sort of legal action against them, but I was told I would have to take them to small claims court and even if I won I probably wouldn't get my money back. In the end, my nephew fixed it for me ... it WAS a virus. I would NEVER recommend Korvan's Korner Incorporated to ANYONE! I am giving then 1 star, only because you can't rate lower.

Terrible experience!! On a 2 years HP PC wanted to switch from an HDD disk to a SSD to get more…read morespeed. Brought it to Moose's and my computer was butchered. I receive a message stating that perhaps during transportation my screen got damaged. I had used my all-in-one HP PC 10 minutes prior to bringing it to Moose's and it was fine. Since it was butchered asked for my money back and my butchered computer back as well. I asked the guy if he could copy my files from the hard drive, but he told me to buy a cable and copy them myself. So, I offered to pay $20 if he would copy them on to a Toshiba external drive. He accepted but also said he could not put the hard drive back in my PC. I got everything back and, to my greatest supply none of the files I needed were copied but just a bunch of stuff of no value to me. I called the guy up and he said he had seen the same stuff, but he never mentioned anything when I got everything back. Took my PC to a real repairing store and they explained me how the screen was improperly removed to get to the drive therefore causing the screen failure. Also, this real repair store was able to read the hard drive and told me that my files were in there. I had told the Moose's guy that thing happen and not to worry about. I was ok with that and had bought a new PC in between so that I could transfer the data from my old hard drive. Anyway, since I was given a bunch of lies, I feel compelled to write about what has happened. This is no manner to treat customers and furthermore if you don't know how to pry open a computer screen you shouldn't attempt to do it. Because of that between a new PC and the insurance I had to spend $1,100. Never again I'll have anything to do with this business and Yelp should not recommend it either.

I told Todd Crockford that I wanted a 30x12x16 double slant monument and a sample drawing of what I wanted. His 1st response was it is "big", really I'm paying for it. Then he said I will send you a design and price in a few days. It never came so I reached out and he responded with s price range but no design. Another week went by before the design he became up with was sent to me. It was nothing and I mean nothing like the sample I sent him. So I told him I did not like it. By this time it was late and winter was upon us so I decided to wait until after the 1st of the year to proceed. In January 2022, I started the process again and I reached out to Todd and he informed me it would cost $1,950 and would send his design by the end of the day. It never came. A few days later, I get a text from him "Did you get my text?". I responded yes if you are referring to the price but no to the design. Three more days pass and I get this design with just the names on it and nothing else. My sample had a wheat design and wedding rings on it. I am very disappointed with their service. I sent him a text this morning that said I had gone with someone else. His response "Good". Really that is how you treat your potential customers. Well not this one I will never refer or use Norton Funeral Home. Lori Cannan
