When my external harddrive failed (which I use every single day as a professional photographer) I was in panic mode. Even though I have those same files backed up many places, this one particular drive was all set up for daily use that took me years and years to arrange and organize. I called Dan with The Computer Wizard on a weekend, and was so relieved he was LOCAL here in Rochester, NY (unlike some of the other places I reached out to that requested you mail your devices to them in a different state!). Dan said I could bring my external passport to him right that minute, and within one day he had diagnosed the issue... not only that, I decided to request 2 copies be made on 2 new drives, and even though there were billions of images and he was transferring and backing everything up in duplicate, the turn-around time was only three weeks! The price was so reasonable, well below what I thought it might be for all his hard work. He stayed in touch with me, and reassured me all was fine, because my career was on that broken hard drive.
