They give you tons of ideas and options to play with if you don't know exactly what you want. Everyone there makes you feel as if you're family and the atmosphere is so inviting. I feel so blessed to have purchased my wedding gown, flower girl dresses, bridesmaid dresses, and mother of the bride dress from such wonderful people. If you want to add something extra to your outfit they will do it for you, if you aren't sure about something or don't like it they fix it for you right away. He has probably purchased upwards of 5 suits from this business. When some family friends recommended this place in 2021, we came and had a great experience. However, on our last two trips back (2024,2025), there has been a notable difference in the way we were treated as customers. Not only did they not do pre alterations due to a "miscommunication"by an inadequate staff member but staff was beyond short on the floor and we did not get the one on one experience. Additionally, because we live 2 1/2 hours away and don't need extensive alterations we often have the items shipped (free of charge) because we live so far and are returning customers, or sometimes they will throw in an item such as a tie because of this. On this last trip back, they couldn't even ship our suit free of charge for us. So, Incognito, Where is the customer loyalty? I am sad to say I won't be returning and will find a place more local to us as a result of this. Disappointed at our (lack of) experience and what this place has become in terms of customer support and also professionalism.

The entire experience was like a well-oiled machine…read more I called to see about booking an appointment and they gave me all the info I needed in one sentence-- that it was drop in, they'd complete the visit in 30 mins, make the alterations in one week, just bring the dress and the shoes. I was seen immediately when I walked in despite it being mid-day on a Saturday. The tailor clearly knew what he was doing and was able to suggest solutions to help fix all of the issues I was worried about. I was very impressed by how quickly and expertly he made the necessary pins, marks, and suggestions. When I picked up the dress they had me try it to see whether more modifications were needed. It looked great, however a few dark marks had appeared on the dress since I dropped it off. To fix this, they got it dry cleaned within a few days. Overall it was a great experience!

Came out with MANY pairs of ***gorgeous*** socks and several face masks. Nita was SO kind, enthusiastic, and helpful! I'm not sure I've ever felt so genuinely welcomed -- almost like she was inviting us into her home.
