I worked with Cassandra and she was great! She had 4 dresses I picked out waiting for me in the dressing room when I arrived and she made me feel very comfortable. She picked up quickly on what I did and didn't like in each dress and was able to make curated recommendations for me! I ultimately fell in love with one the clearance dresses but all of the dresses were so beautiful and intricate! Their selection goes up to a maximum of $2,500 and most dresses are between 1-2k. The entire inventory is posted on their Pinterest and organized by size and updated daily, including the clearance items! It was helpful to look ahead of time and see exactly which dresses I could try on! My favorite dress was my favorite dress even before I tried it on because of this sneak peak...I knew exactly which one to ask her to bring out! Overall, had a very easy and positive experience. You can bring up to 6 people to your appointment and they have champagne available to purchase for celebration. The only complaint I have is that they have some kind of strong fragrance being ventilated throughout the store which is very perfumey and may bother someone who struggles with strong artifical odors, as it does also linger on your clothes and ultimately the dress you buy. The owner, Inna, was amazing. She knew exactly what I wanted and how. There was no confusion on what I was saying and what she knew she had to do. I didn't have a ton that needed to be done but some had some tricky seams to work around. Inna did an insanely good job. Even the way she made the bustle was unique and easy to understand. Sadly I rescheduled my wedding before my last fitting. But the girls allowed me to pick up the dress and reschedule the fitting in 2021 if needed with no penalties! They really cared and took care of this COVID Bride. Definitely recommend this wonderful place!

I had come here in the spring of 2016 to have my wedding dress along with my wedding reception…read moreoutfit altered for my destination wedding which was about 2 months away. My wedding reception outfit was an Indian-western fusion dress made in India according to my measurements. When it arrived, it didn't fit me well and it wasn't what I envisioned. Through a consult with Inna, we were able to come up with a great plan on how to alter the dress that was still cost effective and didn't totally rip the whole thing apart. The end result was amazing and it fit me amazingly. My more traditional off white mermaid cut strapless wedding dress was altered to absolute perfection and my curves had never looked better. I originally wanted my dress as tight as possible around my hips but Inna suggested to leave some room in the hip area so I could last the whole day in the outfit and she was right! I was much more comfortable with that little wiggle room. Her turn around time was very quick, quality of the alterations were incredible, especially with the delicate silk fabric of my Indian outfit and the cost was very reasonable too.

We as a group got measured about 4-5 months before the wedding, typical. With under a month until the wedding I was concerned and found all but one had heard nothing. I did not hear that my suit was in until about 1.5 weeks before the wedding for my first fitting. After talking with the with the bachelor group most were worse off than me. We had multiple people not get their suits until the MORNING of the wedding. We also had issues with our ties, I was told the groom would be picking them all up, he had no idea and had to ask. Others were given the incorrect color. Price for rental was $100+ more than the other two rental places. Service when you were at the business was great, communication and timing was AWEFUL. Please do better for the next group.

I was seen immediately when I walked in despite it being mid-day on a Saturday. The tailor clearly knew what he was doing and was able to suggest solutions to help fix all of the issues I was worried about. I was very impressed by how quickly and expertly he made the necessary pins, marks, and suggestions. When I picked up the dress they had me try it to see whether more modifications were needed. It looked great, however a few dark marks had appeared on the dress since I dropped it off. To fix this, they got it dry cleaned within a few days. Overall it was a great experience!

I took in two items for repair and drycleaning, $218.00!. I have gone to them for years, but I will have to find an alternative. Update: Went back in to pick up my items and inquired about the high price tag. One of the owners looked over everything and refunded me $101. He stated the person ringing me up made a mistake.
