We worked with Kendall and she was extremely helpful and attentive but also gave us space when we were having personal/family moments. She was mindful of what I was looking for but also encouraged exploration and allowed me to try on styles that I would have otherwise skipped over, which was helpful to see 1. things that I wasn't expecting to like and 2. also confirm the style(s) that I did like. For Covid, they were extremely safe and we felt very comfortable with the precautions they took. They limited the number of wedding parties in the space at any given time and had us all in dedicated rooms, and were all distanced within the rooms. They were polite but firm with enforcing that everyone wears a mask. There was also plenty of hand sanitizer. All in all, it was a fun and memorable day!

I went into my fitting with some loose ideas - I adamantly knew I didn't want a mermaid style, and I was interested in lace and dresses that weren't white. Super helpful, right?? Ryan was wonderful and just talked to me and got an idea of my personality and just started grabbing dresses for me to try on. They were - truly - all freaking stunning, COMPLETELY different, and very much me. From the second I had walked in I had my eye on a short pink dress that was on the mannequin, but it ended up being one of the dresses Ryan picked out for me that was the winner. I couldn't stop smiling. The inventory was extensive, and most importantly unique. Stella has a fantastic eye and picks dresses that are not only gorgeous, but will make you stand out. The process was so easy and stress free. We had the entire place to ourselves, no time limit, there was champagne, and the space is just gorgeous. Picking up my dress was easy, they helped me with everything, and I felt they were genuinely interested in my wedding. They wanted to know the hair, the shoes, the makeup, everything. Timing of order is also a question as my dress arrived a full two months ahead of expected arrival. Call for immediate pick up. You are encouraged to purchase above your size as ' tailoring is easy and it they can adjust a small amount, a larger amount is not a problem'. According to the tailor, it most definitely is as the neckline and bust area had to be remade to fit - significant additional expense. It was a good experience overall but these problems detracted and they are unnecessary as the staff is kind and professional.
