My coat had a burn which created a hole, I went to a previous tailor who said nothing could be done. Joanne was willing to work with me and see how we could fix my issue and provided me with diff ideas to choose from. She is very detailed orientated and will work with yoAfter brainstorming she came up with a bright idea to put a patch, which would be much better honestly. I was so desperate as that coat is new and so warm and was thankful we could have done something about it. She found a patch and place it right away!! I was so happy I was able to go home the same day with it and the color of the patch is perfect for my coat color, looks like it came with it, affordable service. My boyfriend loves it too! Where do I begin, planning a wedding was stressful enough, but Joann took a lot of stress away when it came to my dress fitting. I just picked up two pairs of sweat pants that Joanne had added draw strings to. The work was excellent, they were top quality sweats and will serve me well for many years to come with the added draw strings, turnaround time was better than expected and the price was very fair.
