The store was even reasonably organized! And during the semi-annual sale, no less! Everyone did a good job with masking, sanitizing, monitoring the number and flow of customers in the store, and staying apart. All of the associates who approached me were helpful, they approached to check in and were not invasive, and they answered my questions as best they could. They even offered me a bag for the board game that I carried in! The only frustrating part is that their fitting rooms are closed, but I understand that's out of their control. I will be back at least one more time in the next week or so to make returns, but I do have 120 days to do so!

What's always bothered me about this location is the lack of 'leg room'. There's very little free space to shop around. I am a fan of the novelty items and how they've always kept the products fresh for cult junkies like Whovians. Because of the popularity, HQ should really look into doing something about getting space to fit the goods AND the customers. Staff is still one of the nicest and helpful in the mall.
