She is rude, unprofessional and just short of calling me a liar. She stated the store never puts orders back without a phone call. I don't even receive emails telling me my orders are in, let alone a phone call. When I call the store I have to call at least 12-15 times just to get one of them to answer the phone. It is usually the manager that is beyond rude to me. I do not know how she keeps her position being employeed at Torrid. I've caught her in multiple lies. Her employees have agreed with me she is a very unprofessional individual.

I used to be big into Old Navy a few years ago which can be clearly shown by the amount of Old Navy…read moreapparel I have in my closet. However as time went on, the quality of the clothes definitely dropped. A lot of the clothes I purchased from Old Navy started to tear in about a week after wearing them. On the other hand, this is the only Old Navy I have been to where the clothes don't break apart after a week's use. Out of all the Old Navy's in the Rochester area, this is my preferred choice even though it's quite a drive to get here but it sure beats the Greece location that I am subjected to whenever I visit the mall. There is plenty of space in this Old Navy to walk around in and the staff keep it an excellent shape but I guess that's the "Victor" standard because even the shops surrounding in it are nothing less then near perfect in presentation. As I said before about the staff, the ones who are employed in this location will treat you with a great amount of respect and kindness that really is hard to find in other locations. I never had any issues with any certain employee and was even complemented by one at one point...even though I was a bit embarrassed by that. When it comes to the clothing selection, women have it made for them here. Unfortunately, this causes the men's area to be a bit lackluster in selection. I'm not saying it's tiny, it's just that I wish there could be a bit more of a selection when it comes to shirts. Strangely enough though, they have an excellent clearance area for both men and women and I am proud to say I was not disappointed at all with what I have found out of all the times I've come here. This area can get a little messy in comparison to the rest of the store but overall, it's well worth the digging through to find a gem for a low price. In the end, I am very satisfied that this Old Navy has managed to stay one step above the others in terms of clothing quality, customer service, and cleanliness. While I may hate the drive, the pay off is well worth the visit.

Both the assistant manager and store manager know me by name, although I, more regularly, deal with Cynthia than I do Patrice. Today, I didn't start on the right foot with being confused by text messages and emails and online only versus store sales. I was prepared to buy several of one type of tank. I did leave the store to check online and call customer support. I was so ably served by both Brittania and supervisor, Kendra, over the phone. Kendra encouraged me to go back in the store as I said I want this store to get credit for an in-store sale. When I spoke with Patrice and explained to her what Kendra would do for me, she immediately said that she would honor that. I was treated kindly, respectfully, and more than fairly, and I sincerely thank Patrice, the store manager, and encourage folks to shop at Chico's in Pittsford.
