I have visited a couple of Athleta stores over the past few weeks. Tonight's visit was impromptu while I was trying to get some exercise by walking around in the mall. I noticed that they had a sale sign out, I'm always in to see what is on clearance or reduced rack. Just as the staff at my local store has proven to be, the staff was friendly and informative. I was able to try some pants on and get suggestions, and I even asked which color looked best and got a solid answer. The store associate that was their knew about all of the new items and also was willing to pull stuff from the back that was on clearance or close out to show me. I will continue to shop at this chain. I am extremely impressed.

I only gave this 4 stars instead of 5 because it is on the more expensive side. I think some of the clothes are a bit overpriced but again the quality is above average, so... I've bought many shoes here. Skechers, they run smaller than…read morenormal size, I usually get 1 -1 1/2 sizes bigger, but they are very comfortable walking shoes. The next to last pair of shoes that I got were a ballerinas and booties for Fall, Winter. Both fabulous. Yesterday, I got a pair of knit booties in grey. They are sooo different, and comfortable. Very unusual design and chick. Best of all they were 70% off. I always check the clearance racks first and always find something there at a great discount before going to the regular racks. Sometimes, I don't even make it to the regular racks. To sit and try on shoes one has to go to the back. The mirrors are somehow forward from the back area. It's kind of odd. Happy shopping!

Their sweatshirts and hoodies are a personal favorite... super comfy and warm. Iv'e noticed they do have sales going on through out the month.. just have to hit it on time. Really disappointed with with business as of lately. My finance has been a loyal customer of 4+…read moreyears, and he drives 2 1/2 hours to come here to get suits for work regularly. He has probably purchased upwards of 5 suits from this business. When some family friends recommended this place in 2021, we came and had a great experience. However, on our last two trips back (2024,2025), there has been a notable difference in the way we were treated as customers. Not only did they not do pre alterations due to a "miscommunication"by an inadequate staff member but staff was beyond short on the floor and we did not get the one on one experience. Additionally, because we live 2 1/2 hours away and don't need extensive alterations we often have the items shipped (free of charge) because we live so far and are returning customers, or sometimes they will throw in an item such as a tie because of this. On this last trip back, they couldn't even ship our suit free of charge for us. So, Incognito, Where is the customer loyalty? I am sad to say I won't be returning and will find a place more local to us as a result of this. Disappointed at our (lack of) experience and what this place has become in terms of customer support and also professionalism.

She was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, helpful, and friendly as I asked questions and she provided me with her opinion on my fits. Shopping for formalwear on my own tends to overwhelm me pretty easily, so I am grateful that she was able to point me in the right direction with my measurements and what suits I shop for going forward. I have patronized this store over the past 12 years or so and the service has always been great. Last evening, on the recommendation of our corporate CFO, I asked for Wagih Labib... and experienced a whole new level of service that I thought only existed in movies. Wagih sized me up immediately with no need for a measuring tape and went to work. He started with what I was looking for (dress shirts) and went from there. The next thing I knew I was trying on sports coats, pants and shoes. He put together fantastic combinations of colors, ties, belts and even pocket squares that suited me perfectly. He is a true haberdasher and knows his trade and customers well. I felt truly spoiled and, while I generally despise shopping for cloths, I loved every minute of this 1 hour experience with an old school gentleman's gentleman. Beware Wagih Labib though... While he puts the movie shop keepers to shame (with none of the Pretty Woman sucking up by the way,) you are likely to leave with more than you expected... And you will love every minute of it!

Old Navy certainly lives up to it's name, not that its clothes are all navy, which I'm sure they…read moreare but more of the fact that they are o-l-d. What do I mean by this? Well while I have usually been a return customer practically because I am a sucker for clearance items, my visits are become less and less frequent more so then last year. Reason for this? Let me explain... If you were to look in my wardrobe, you would see jackets, shirts, jeans, and shorts that are more then likely from Old Navy. These may look nice at first glance but as time went on after I purchased most of these items, the fabric began to tear and a lot of jeans began to completely fall apart. I would also like to point out I didn't buy these jeans on clearance, they were normal priced, which ran around a hefty price of thirty dollars. Needless to say, I wasn't overly satisfied when my sleek skinny's completely gave out at the knees. I have had similar issues with shirts where the fabric was coming off in small strands that if you started to pull on them, you couldn't stop. Nevertheless, I have ceased purchasing anything from this particular Old Navy for about a year or two now. I can say though that through all the times I have been through here, I have never had a problem with the employees who worked at the register and on the floor. My inquiries about certain items were meant with a positive reception, no huffs or puffs about me "wasting their time" unlike some other "higher-end" department stores. Seeing how I still see most of these employees still working here, it makes the reason to shop here again more welcoming. I'll be a bit more cautious if I decide to initiate shopping here once again. I recommend giving the clothes you are going to buy a good once-over after trying them on to check for any damage or imperfections, it'll save you more money then you think.

The waiting room in the dressing room area was lovely to wait in, with sofas & water bottles for those waiting for someone to try on clothes. Service was excellent Prices were fair. Quality is top-notch My wife found a lovely dress that we just HAD to get for her, We will definitely be returning to this shop so she can further upgrade her wardrobe
