However as time went on, the quality of the clothes definitely dropped. A lot of the clothes I purchased from Old Navy started to tear in about a week after wearing them. On the other hand, this is the only Old Navy I have been to where the clothes don't break apart after a week's use. Out of all the Old Navy's in the Rochester area, this is my preferred choice even though it's quite a drive to get here but it sure beats the Greece location that I am subjected to whenever I visit the mall. There is plenty of space in this Old Navy to walk around in and the staff keep it an excellent shape but I guess that's the "Victor" standard because even the shops surrounding in it are nothing less then near perfect in presentation. As I said before about the staff, the ones who are employed in this location will treat you with a great amount of respect and kindness that really is hard to find in other locations. I never had any issues with any certain employee and was even complemented by one at one point...even though I was a bit embarrassed by that. When it comes to the clothing selection, women have it made for them here. Unfortunately, this causes the men's area to be a bit lackluster in selection. I'm not saying it's tiny, it's just that I wish there could be a bit more of a selection when it comes to shirts. Strangely enough though, they have an excellent clearance area for both men and women and I am proud to say I was not disappointed at all with what I have found out of all the times I've come here. This area can get a little messy in comparison to the rest of the store but overall, it's well worth the digging through to find a gem for a low price. In the end, I am very satisfied that this Old Navy has managed to stay one step above the others in terms of clothing quality, customer service, and cleanliness. While I may hate the drive, the pay off is well worth the visit.

They didn't have his size but the gentleman who helped us was so amazingly helpful and knowledgeable about the jacket and sizing; he was able to find it in one of their other stores and order it for us to be shipped. It arrived within a few days and fit perfectly. Hubby was so happy. I'm giving the store five stars just because of how friendly and helpful the gentleman working with us was. The store is well laid out, bright, and well-stocked, except for accessories. They've only been open a few weeks, so I was very surprised to see an almost depleted accessory area. I was looking for inexpensive hair accessories for Daughter. I was also looking for a certain hair product for her. The female cashier came over to help me; she was very knowledgeable and friendly. She used to work for Rite Aid and said the product I was looking for is something that Rite Aid carries. She seemed genuinely interested in helping me, and that's what put them at 4 stars.

We had the most thorough and thoughtful experience with Michael from the custom framing department…read more We had a simple job of getting a mat cut for a photo that was a particular size. Based on previous experience at another location we planned on having to order it and come back for it another time. It was a Christmas gift and a very busy time in the store and that department in particular. Michael offered to cut the mat immediately, then went on to fit it all into the frame, along with our picture, and put the proper closures on the back to ensure we had the right fit and end product. He then wrapped it and we were on our way. We thanked him and let him know we were grateful. He was gracious, very professional, and pleasant. He shared that entering our order into the system would have taken as long as completing the work immediately and he wanted to make it easy for us and then have one less job for him to have to complete later. Very thoughtful decision and efficient. We appreciated him very much. It was a day of errands and he helped make it go as smoothly as possible. Thanks Michael!
