I used to love Kohls and it was one of the only stores I shopped at. Nearly everything I owned came from there. I don't know what happened to them in the last 10 years, but the clothing styles, selections, and designs are just terrible. I rarely find anything either for work or casual wear that I want to try on and the few things I've purchased have been so cheaply made that they pill after one use and wash. Not to mention the prices are outrageous here. Even under the guise of "savings" the initial prices aren't fooling anyone and the final prices after discounts are still more than any of it is worth. The only reason I still step foot into a Kohls on a regular basis is because they accept Amazon returns. My fiance has better luck here so it's possible the men's clothing is better. read more

A pretty good selection of name brand clothing. My sons love to shop the adidas section, and they have a good selection of Bills merchandise! I find that compared to other stores that sell the same brands, they are overpriced. I also hate that this store is organized by brand. It's frustrating to be looking for a long sleeve shirt and have to go from section to section all over the store instead of them just being together by type! Definitely a good option in a pinch, but be prepared to spend some money, and spend some time in there! read more

I like this department store. Ever time I go n to browse, I come out with full bags of shopping. Unfortunately, they have discontinued a brand that I like to buy nice shirts and polos for my boyfriend. The deals that you get and discounts on the weekly emails make shopping a surprise and pleasure. Customer Service area is very nice. The staff is friendly. read more

This is about Kohl's in general-not a store. I placed an order for almost $300 and realized I earned no Kohl's cash. I knew I could not use coupons because it was for Nike products. Today-2 days later I would earn $50. Spend over an hour on the phone trying to get them to credit me so I wouldn't have to reorder to get My $50 in Kohl's cash. Though I could save them money is shipping , I'm picking, in processing return etc. NEVER got to the supervisor who would have to approve. Had My call "lost" twice and then put on perpetual hold so I finally hung up and just reordered. Stupid if you ask me. I tried to save them money and they treated my call horribly. read more

So Kohl's has done some updates in the past few months which involved most of the front layout of the store being changed entirely from what it used to be. Was this a good change or was the old layout better? Well, I should explain... You won't notice that much of a change from the outside but when you walk into the left side entrance, that entire clearance area that used to be for men has mostly been replaced by the new customer service area that handles returns, exchanges and so forth. It's very sheek, streamlined, and modern for this time but I think it's a nice addition to the store and the associates running the area know their stuff so you'll be in good hands most of the time. However, this nice new addition ate up a chunk of the former section, thus must of the clearance areas for men have been shifted to the back left corner which has now trickled into the actual young adult section for males. A bit of an inconvenience for past shoppers like me but it'll get better for repeat visits. The other sections of the store haven't really changed at all. The shoes, housewares, and women's apparel are still located in their designated sections prior to the renovation but Kohl's did ad a small "tech center" where they have a small selection of TV's, headphones, and other electronic gadgets you can view and buy. I personally don't see the point of having this since Kohl's really specializes in clothing but I'll see if it works for them because it seems more to be an experiment then something that is going to permanently stay. Kohl's has become a lot neater since the renovation to my surprise...but it really only lasted a few weeks or two before it went back to how it was before with clothes thrown on racks, floors, and in other odd places I won't mention to keep this PG rated. I do wish that more care was taken to this since someone may actually want that discarded article of clothing you unceremoniously dumped on the carpet. That set aside, I do still enjoy browsing through the clearance racks that they still seem to have every time I walk in. They now range from 50% to 80% around this time but the stock seems to be strong so make the effort to browse if you really want to find a good deal. If I didn't mention it before, they did add a new "kiosk" by the shoe rack where you can browse Kohl's online and buy products that Kohl's is out of stock on. This is great when they don't have the size you're looking for it and need it soon. I've only done this once with when purchasing my converse but they arrived a few days later and in the right size so I would definitely use it again. The staff seems to be more active and helpful then before and I enjoy seeing that most of them had a smile on their face as they rang up customers and helped them try to find what they wanted. I can say that the atmosphere has improved greatly, thus I am more inclined to shop here whenever I get the chance. I know Kohl's may only appeal to the suburban class lifestyle but It's good for clothes no matter what wealth status you are. I highly encourage anyone to give it a go, even if it's your only trip because you may just find that one gem you have been looking for at a really good price. read more

I have shopped at Kohl's for years. I pay my credit card, if I have charges, monthly. I accidentally forgot to make a payment in Sept. That is my fault. As soon as I realized this, I sent in payment. However, I have received harassing phone calls and emails from Kohl's 2-3 times a day. The payment is not even 45 days past due. Kohl's has lost a great customer. I will never purchase from them again. People make mistakes. Since this is the first time I forgot a payment, the amount of calls/emails is absurd. They have lost a valuable customer. read more

I love this store. I always get great service, they answer questions and they always put the customer first. I live close by and I rarely go to the mall because I'd rather shop here. I love good service and cheerful personnel who seem to like their jobs. Great selections are nice, but it's people that make the difference for me. read more

Our order was in at this location. I went to pick it up on the day it was "expired" but since the order was "scanned out" I have to repurchase the article of clothing... The employee had what we ordered in her hand... yet sent me away without selling it back to us. Kind of Ridiculous to me so I'll shop elsewhere. Just figured people would be a bit nicer. read more

This is one of my go-to clothing stores. It has a great selection of camis for me to wear under my dress shirts. I also love their dress pant selection. My fiancé always finds great clothes here too. Recently we found a matching outfit for our engagment photo session. We looked great. My favorite part about Kohl's has to be Black Friday. Kohls was a great addition for the West side, and middle aged women love it. If you spend over $50 with your purchases, they give you a $10 Kohls cash voucher to be used within a week of it's specified date. If you are smart and know when to go in when there are sales, use Kohls cash, and then get a coupon you can score big here. I got my dad a pair of Asics sneakers that were $80 for $18 with these skills. You just have to know when to go and pay attention to when things are marked down. I like their men's section for my brother and boyfriend. They have really nice clothes, and they are typically good quality...not something that will be ruined in the wash after a few wears. The parking lot is typically full, so just park far away. I promise a little walk won't kill you. If you need to make a return around the holidays, the lines are very long. Just have patience. read more

This store is great! They usually have something I need or am looking for (and even have a much greater selection online). It's a great place to go for gifts, because they'll likely carry a bunch of rare gift items (especially around the holidays) and will likely have all sizes and colors you need. Furthermore, they seem to have the styles I like, and I have bought many clothes, home furnishings, and appliances from them. Also, the prices are great for the products they offer. They'll give you additional discounts in the mail and extra coupons, so the prices will be even lower than expected. If in the rare instance you're not satisfied, this company will do whatever they can to make you pleased. Once I received an electric blanket as a gift which came from Kohl's. It was broken, so I took it back and got a different one. The blanket broke a year after I got it, and I told them about it. Kohl's said that I could take it back and they'd give me a full refund. Really? A full refund on a used product?! How cool is that! I didn't do it because I didn't feel right about it. When their customer service exceeds my expectations, they are definitely putting the customer first. Having a broken item is rare, but once in a while it happens. But Kohl's customer service will always try to make things right. Though I would also like to add that once we got an item that was dirty upon opening. Apparently it had been sold, repackaged, and returned. I like this place and try to stop by often. The Henrietta store is also good. It's a little bigger and better organized. read more

I have been a very long time customer of Kohls. However, I recently have been disappointed with the store. First, with the pandemic going on, they never lowered what you have to spend to get free shipping. A lot of other stores did that and I was surprised Kohls didn't follow along. Second, they off a pickup at the store during the pandemic. Good luck finding anything in any stores within a 50 mile radius. I find it hard to believe. I searched many items, even simple things like a hand towel and was told it was not available to pickup in any stores. I think I will start shopping elsewhere. read more

I have supported the West Ridge Kohl's for the past two years and purchased many of their items throughout this time. Tonight I have undergone one of the most unpleasant, disrespectful and appalling situations that I have ever experienced while shopping. I am currently a cancer patient and undergoing Chemotherapy treatment. Shopping, especially window shopping has been a preferred past time for me and a fun escape from reality. Tonight, my husband, sister in law and I planned an outing to Kohl's in order to have a relaxing evening away from the day to day grind of my treatment. While looking at sweaters, my sister in law and I were abruptly approached by a male employee, possibly a manager who asked us if we needed any help. While we didn't think much of it at the time, my husband saw this same employee suspiciously eyeing us for several minutes and calling for assistance on his walkie talkie both before approaching us and again after. We had done absolutely nothing to warrant this severe action. From here, we were followed by a total of three additional employees as we went to try on shoes. These employees took turns circling us like vultures for approximately fifteen minutes. The same employees consistently asked us "what we were doing," "if we needed any help," "if they could help us find anything" as they continuously stayed no more then a few feet away from us, never letting us out of their sight. They stared us down for these fifteen minutes while muttering on their walkie talkies. We were only trying on shoes, trying our best to ignore what was happening. After deciding that enough was enough, we decided to leave only before being followed back through the store, up through the security doors and watched as we exited through the parking lot. A manager with arms crossed angrily glared at me as I passed through the front of the store on my way out. Up until tonight, I have never felt the way that I did after this particular shopping trip. What was meant to be a relaxing evening shopping with my family, turned into a negative, belittling and overall awful experience. I was looked upon like I was a criminal or "thug" when only trying to enjoy a rare outing out in between cancer treatments. I will never be back to the West Ridge Kohl's location. As of tonight, they have lost a valued customer. read more
