I have been shopping here for many years and have found countless cool things. Some favorites include recycled silk yarn that I made a scarf with, a bumper sticker that said "Well Behaved Women Rarely Make History", and a mini tape measure on a keychain. Archimage has toys, musical instruments, soap, coloring books, gemstones, stickers, candles, jewelry, plants, clothing, and so much more. It's definitely worth a stop.

We found Vittorio's on yelp and sent a message at 8am, someone responded right away and assured us that they could take care of us. True to the promise, Charisse was ready when I showed up minutes before opening time (10am) and had me fitted with a perfect suit for the occasion. They even tailored my pants to get the exact fit and by 11:30am I had everything I needed for the 3pm wedding, which included walking the bride down the aisle. Needless to say, Vittorio's saved the day for me. But it was Charisse's attentive service and professionalism that really impressed me. I knew the moment that I stepped in the store it was all going to be ok. And to top it off the price was quite reasonable.

We have called multiple times with the answer "we will call you when it's in, it will be in before the date of the event." It's one week before our event and we still have not heard if the suit is in. Does it really take 2-3 months for a suit to come in!? Not to mention it will need to be tailored. Will NEVER use this place of business again. Very disappointed.

He made sure I was aware of all the options and possibilities without trying to upsell or be pushy. He delivered a beautiful final product that fit and felt better than any piece of clothing I've ever owned. And finally he went above and beyond and opened his beautiful showroom after hours so I could run over and get the perfect tie and pocket square (which had been staring me in the face all along, even though I went to many other stores looking for them). Capacity is one of the only places in Rochester that I'm aware of that sells well-curated hypebeast paraphernalia in a welcoming setting. The store was full of Supreme products, collectibles, Nikes and products from various recent rap tours. They accept cards and it seemed that they will also buy stuff, making it feel like a community-minded business. I purchased a Supreme x Les Enfants Terribles t-shirt for $27 - be warned that numerous items in the store retail upwards of $100 and $200 despite being used. This is a place for the savvy consumer, not to just randomly walk in to grab something for your kid / SO / friend without doing some research. Overall, I think this business has definite room to grow, but I had a good experience there and I encourage anyone with an interest in fashion, aesthetics or culture to check it out!

For $40 we were able to get a quality 3x4' engineering print of a research poster within a few hours. I was told they could complete the job on time and went on to create a design because they could not use the google image I found (which I understood) when I sent him the one I made, again I was told that the photo could not be used and that I would have to create a different photo but I would have to go through a different company to do so. I sent an email back to Doug letting him know that I could do that, but I can also more than likely make it myself but I didn't know what he needed from me in order to make it work (what type of file/picture). He never responded to me. I contacted FASTSIGNS and they were able to have my decals completed with the first photo I originally designed in less than 24 hours. I'm disappointed by the complete lack of help and understanding from Doug when I was a respectful and understanding client who would have used them in the future for many more things.

We started off thinking we didn't care too much about the invitations--because we thought (incorrectly), who remembers an invitation? But once we started looking, we decided that we didn't want something out-of-the-box and boring. Amy created a gorgeous invitation suite and customized it further with a little art we requested. And she did these gorgeous letterpress invitations better price than the boring, digitally printed generic stuff we saw at invitation stores. When we received our invitations, I didn't want to take them out of the gorgeous boxes she packed them in--her packaging alone was Pinterest worthy! I would hire her just to wrap holiday gifts if I could, it was that lovely. But alas, we opened the boxes, assembled the invitation suites and mailed everything out. And the rave reviews are POURING in. I never expected it, but we are getting emails and phone calls from loads of friends and family telling us how our invitations are the best they've ever seen. Amy is a pleasure to work with. I would give her 10 stars if I could.
