I went to buy, by recommendation by a contractor a high-end refrigerator ($10k+). Without disclosing, they sold us a discounted used floor model, without disclosing to us. They said they sold it to the contractor, they did not. They did they would stand behind it, they did not. They said they would take it back after we discovered it was. Used floor model, they didn't. The sales guy with a VERY similar name to the owner, lied to us multiple times. Then they said they would take it back but we had to pay their profit on the system, and then still didn't take it back. We are out $$$ with a used built in fridge that they wanted to sell without disclosing that it was a used floor model. We have the emails and the proof. BUYER BEWARE. Highly recommend big box stores next time. They will make it right.They have guarantees and not greedy little owners who care more about their weekly profit then they do the customer.

I did some research on it just now because I'd heard there were some interested buyers so I'll share the article with other Yelpers and the public. Big Lots has completed a deal that will save up to 400 of its approximate 950 stores from going out of business. The closeout retailer said that it has successfully closed its sale agreement with Gordon Brothers Retail Partners that will enable Variety Wholesalers to acquire between 200 and 400 Big Lots stores and up to two distribution centers. Variety plans to operate the stores under the Big Lots brand. Big Lots, which filed for bankruptcy in September, announced the deal at the end of December, after its plan be acquired by Nexus Capital Management fell through and the retailer said it would hold store closing sales at its locations nationwide. "We are pleased to close this strategic transaction, which provides a framework to preserve thousands of jobs, maximize value, and maintain the Big Lots brand," said Big Lots president and CEO Bruce Thorn. "We are working closely with the Gordon Brothers and Variety Wholesalers teams on this transition. We are grateful for the continued hard work and dedication of Big Lots associates across the Company." The place is set back in a strip mall with plenty of parking. The store is small but cute. They have a handful of counters with jewelry. I have a Tiffany's bracelet that was engraved over a decade ago that had faded. The nice lady help me decided on the font of the bracelet. I also have a Tiffany's necklace I wanted to have a pawprint engraved. Unfortunately they can only do letters and numbers when engraving. She did show me that I can get jewelry etched on in. In the end I decided on a singular letter for the necklace. The pieces I brought in were small and dainty. I was called a week later when it was all done. The pieces came out beautifully. I am so happy with the results. It was only $15, so affordable. I highly recommend Trilliant Jewelers.
