I found a tree that is advertised as a flat tree. This one is 3 ft. tall and has a back ( unlike the no back tree) & front both with shorter branches giving the illusion that it is a full tree. It is already lite too. You can see me smiling, right? I can still have my tree without all the work. They had a beautiful Christmas tree that I fell in love with. I went up to the cashier who knew I was interested since had asked for a measuring tape to see if I could get it in my car. Well I measured and it would fit, so I went back in and said I wanted it only to find out the cashier sold it to someone else. I can't believe they allowed this to happen. When the job was finished, they said that if the issue comes back Victor Furniture would fix it under warranty. Well... a few months later, the same wrinkle re-appeared. It took multiple calls to get a response from Amanda, their contact. When I told Amanda they originally fixed it, she said we would have to pay AGAIN. Finally, after explaining we were told it was covered from a repair this year, they agreed it was under warranty, but on the service date no one showed up. They I had to spend multiple calls trying to get someone to come out. When they did, they told me that it would be hundreds of dollars to fix. I'm really disappointed with their service.
