Only reason I'm not giving this place a 1 star is because of decent selection and pricing…read more Overall in terms of pricing and selection, I'd say its decent. Only big problem I have is that the staff are very strict with their rules and regulations, so I ended up running into a huge problem with that. About a few weeks ago is when the problem started when I was buying 3 identical items, two with a price tag and one without. (Price was the same on the two with the price tags.) I didn't know until I got to the register that one of the items didn't have a tag/was missing, so the cashier that was checking me out simply denied the sale and put it in the bin to recirculate through the system. Super frustrating. So I went back to the store a few times to see if it had recirculated, and I was just about to give up when I actually found it again about 2 weeks later. So I went up to the cash register, and the same cashier from last time was there. And when she was checking me out, the same exact frame that recirculated that I found again, guess what. Still didn't have a price tag. And so at that point I was so frustrated, I practically refused to leave the store until I was able to purchase the item. And when I called up the manager for help, I had to basically force the sale. Honestly ridiculous. You'd think that the staff would actually care about sales and customer service even just a little, especially the manager, but guess not. And to top it all off, the item was a dollar. So moral of the story, check if the items you're buying have a price tag. And if they don't, have an employee help print a tag before you get to the register.

It has everything from jeans, sneakers, skate boards, beenies and sunglasses. There is a section for men, women, boys & girls. We love to get Adam some tops and I love to get accessories from here. This most recent trip I got super cute texting gloves with a bows and a head wrap with a bow to keep warm for the winter. Adam also got his favorite coat from this store. The store can be a little pricy, similar in price to Zumiez and Pac Sun, but they are also sending out 20% off coupons in e-mail or in their catalog. Also always have a good experience with staff. Overall, Adam and I are fans of the store and the items they sell and we will continue to shop here.
