I refuse to use any of that 1-800-Flowers stuff, I search out and only do business directly with a local florist, one that has a storefront and that I can speak with directly. I sent a sample image to Arnolds Florist in Homer, NY (Finger Lakes Region). Lynn followed my request and suggestions, she was helpful, polite and assured me everything including delivery on time would be seamless, and it was, very pleased. I might suggest that if Arnolds is looking for more business, they increase their online presence, but maybe they have all the business they can handle, they know better than I do. I do know how expensive staff is. See Arnolds handiwork below. I highly recommend.

I absolutely loved working with Arnold's Flower Shop for our wedding in Ithaca, and highly…read morerecommend them! Before planning my own wedding, I always recognized how important flowers were to the aesthetic of weddings I attended, but did not have experience with how to actually make that a reality for my own wedding. Anastacia put together our order, walked through my "inspiration" photos in detail, and thoughtfully explained options for consideration. She was incredibly detail-oriented, and the event order she put together for us actually listed every individual flower that would be included in each centerpiece and bouquet. As more of a "type-A" personality myself, this gave me peace of mind about exactly what to expect... and the final products looked even better than I could have anticipated! I'd also note that we had to change venues for our wedding very last minute - from an indoor to an outdoor setting. Anastacia was a professional, calming, and flexible presence throughout it. With just a few weeks to go, she adjusted our order to include a beautiful arch, bud vases for cocktail hour, and more. Thank you SO much to Arnold's for making our wedding what it was!

Their customer service is excellent and their quality is even better! I would HIGHLY recommend Arnold's for any event and we will most certainly return in the future.

He showed up early and had everything ready to go at the beginning of the party. The Photo Booth was very successful with partygoers partially because of Dray's enthusiasm and encouragement. He adjusted the camera up for tall people and down for people in wheelchairs. And made sure that photos were printed for each person in each photo. It went so well that my mom wants a Photo Booth again at her party next year.

I'm a detail-oriented person myself so deeply appreciated Chris' professional, highly organized, and fun presence throughout our wedding process. Chris handled so many components of our wedding - from the amplification for our ceremony, to cocktail hour music, to being our MC for the night, to the lighting, to the reception with live musicians. Everything ran so well and the dance floor was packed the entire night with guests from all walks of life and ages - family, friends, aunts and uncles alike. Before planning a wedding, I didn't realize just how critical a DJ is to making a wedding run smoothly. That person ends up being the key coordinator for the night - handling introductions, announcing and facilitating key components like first dances and speeches, and making sure the flow of the music engages all guests. Thanks to Chris, my husband and I were confident that each aspect of our wedding would be covered seamlessly. Chris also went above and beyond to make our wedding special. When we asked if he could help us find live musicians to perform alongside him, he sourced a drummer and several saxophonists for us. It made our wedding so unique, and afterwards, many guests specifically said how amazing they thought Washburn Entertainments was. Thanks SO much Chris for everything you did to make our wedding possible, you're the best! (The photos included with this review are by Chris Szulwach at The Story Photography)

As an out of town bride and a Covid bride, Ron was flexible and understanding. He sent us vendors that not even my wedding planner offered to help us cut down on cost when he heard how much we were paying for things. He was resourceful when we needed a home for our groomsmen, sending us websites and making calls on our behalf. We got more than a venue when we decided to book with G&G. He made sure all of our house guests could transition in when we were out running around and even offered to watch our dog while we had wedding business to care for. When the power went out he came over to ensure we felt comfortable, as Chicago people we were not use to the country ways and he never made us feel uncomfortable. He was so welcoming of all races and personalities, that my wedding guest couldn't stop talking about how "Cool" he was. Leading up to my wedding his team would send me pictures of new pieces of furniture and even offered to allow me to use leftover items from previous weddings to again help cut down our cost.  His flexibility was shown when he allowed us to come a day early to set up and stay a bit later to ensure we could pack up. The house itself fit everyone of our house guests and they loved the layout. So clean!  Our wedding had a few do-overs but booking with G&G was never one of them.   We're hoping to come back for our anniversary.  Ron is the Man!
