    Apples, potatoes, pumpkins, and strawberries!
    Jean K.

You can't travel to NY in the fall without making time for apple picking. First of all, the apples are so super fresh that you will become an apple snob for life. There is nothing like a fresh, crisp, juicy apple on a sunny fall day. And, there are plenty of choices to suit your tastes whether you like sweet, or tart and tangy, or anywhere in between. It's a party for your mouth. You can get a ridiculous amount of fresh, crunchy apples for a super low price plus a little tiny bit of manual labor, if you can even call it that. The trees are dwarfs (please excuse my political incorrectness), so you only have to stretch a little bit once in a while to get the one that catches the twinkle in your eye. There are strawberries, pumpkins and potatoes, too, depending on when you visit. Overall, it's a great place to go when you need to get some fresh air and sunshine while getting a tiny bit of exercise. Plus, you'll land some fresh, crisp apples for bangin' apple sauce or pie.

My first raspberry picking ever and thanks to G&S I loved my first experience!!! This farm is huge and it has a variety of fruits to pick! The teenagers helping the stand that day were so sweet and well manner. I live too far from this farm but if I ever come to town to visit I would 100% come back here to pick whatever fruits they have in season.

This is my go-to spot every summer to pick pounds & pounds of blueberries at! ($3.75 per pound this season) It's easy to get to, staff is always very friendly and it's never too crowded in the patches. They have so many fruit options to choose from- and also a farm stand nearby if you aren't in the picking mood. Hoping to head back this fall to test out their apples!

We have been a member of G & S's CSA for several years now. We've always done their fruit share and dabbled in the veggie share. This year we did fruit, veggie, and the new greens share. As with any good CSA we're overwhelmed each week with produce! Quality of produce is top notch! We normally pick a few times a year although we haven't had time to go this year. I love the variety of items you can pick - from fruit and berries to potatoes and pumpkins.

Wrong hours. They close at 3

After 4 years of coming here we just had the worst experience, we showed up at 2:50 and approached to get buckets and the girls stated they were closing at 3. I asked if we could pick for 10 minutes since we drove for half hour and was told NO but I could purchase at the farm stand. My husband and I started walking to the farm stand and the Caucasian girl with brown curly hair ran after us repeating they were closed. We told her the hours on yelp and google indicated a closing time of 5:30 PM but we were actually walking to the farm stand. She said ok but then followed us to the farm stand and while we're waiting in line to buy she berated us about moving our car because they needed to close. We made our purchase and returned to the parking area and there were at least 15 other cars and families still picking or getting ready to leave so I'm not sure why she chose to follow us around. But it was the worst service and experience we have ever encountered especially because we have loved and supported this farm for so long.

Ask for the tray and fill them by the pint; it gave us a good idea of how many we were picking.

Nice fruit and a lot of other vegetables and fruits. The fruit isn't cheap. The strawberries were sweet

We pick every year. Great parking. Good outing. Nice staff. Love the stand as well. Slightly pricey but worth it.

Amazing fruits and veggies, always fresh and nothing like what you get at the grocery store. This produce is the best around!

I've been here a bunch of times and every visit is a flavor adventure. The star of the show is definitely their sausage selection. What I absolutely LOVE is that they have different, creative flavors changing each week! One week it might be a mind-blowing sun-dried tomato and basil, the next a spicy mango habanero, or a classic hot Italian that's just perfect. It keeps me coming back to see what new concoction they've dreamed up. You can tell they use top-notch ingredients - the quality is just fantastic. But it doesn't stop at sausage! I was so thrilled to find out they also have pierogi! They are SO good - tender, flavorful, and a perfect complement to the sausages or just great on their own. It's like a little taste of Eastern Europe right here in Webster. And then, just when you think it can't get any better, you spot the cannolis. Oh. My. Goodness. Crispy shell, creamy filling - they are the real deal and the perfect way to finish off your visit (or, you know, to eat in the car on the way home, no judgment here!). The staff are always friendly and helpful, clearly passionate about what they do. It feels like a genuine, old-school butcher shop/deli with a fantastic local vibe. If you haven't been to Costanza's yet, you are seriously missing out. Amazing variety, fantastic quality, and those delightful pierogi and cannolis make it a 5-star experience every single time!

I love Wickham farms!…read more I've been going here for 4 years and I feel like every year it gets busier (so that does definitely have a downside as the farm and parking lot get full), and they add more cute little things around the farm as well as more events. You're not allowed to bring any food or drinks in, but they now have enough food options that I think most could find something that works for them. The hot foods like burgers are pretty basic and remind me of school lunches, so they're a bit overpriced for what they are. The apple cider shakeups are the best though, and they also have great apple cider donuts and slushy. Highly recommend. Tickets are pretty expensive. If you're an adult without kids, it might be worth it to buy the full ticket pass (for apple picking and the fun farm area) once if you want to check it out, but in general I recommend buying the apple picking ticket only. You get to pick a bag of apples, take some cute pics in some of the areas set up for that purpose, and check out the pumpkins and the store, where you can buy the apple shakeup and donut. In the summer they also have flower picking events and the sunflower spectacular tickets which have also been a great time!

My friends and I made it to the last weekend of Apple, picking and activities at Wickham Farms…read more Truthfully, after looking at the reviews, I was very skeptical about paying for an entrance fee and worried that they were going to be too many children around. However, I bit the bullet and found the value($23.95 for barnyard tickets and $28.95 including apple picking) to be worthwhile as well as the selection of activities for all ages to be enjoyable. To every member of the staff that we approached, they were all very kind and informative. We got to enjoy the apple cider donuts, apple cider, pumpkin smash, and the ride to the apple orchards. We were surprised to see an event where they drop a large pumpkin high above ground, but it was very cool to watch (and wondered if this was because this was their last weekend of opening!)
