I love Walmart. How can you not love it? Open all the time, and they seem to have everything for very cheap!!! The crowds and stupid people are a setback, but worth it for the best deals. Very Terrible customer Service. If there was zero stars I would pick that. The cashier and manager are clueless to the products they sell and don't know why they can't sell certain items. At the very least you can give an explanation as to why, instead of shrugging your shoulders and walking away like away like a 3rd grade child. Curbside pickup has gotten really frustrating. It used to be better, but the last few times it seems there is no system of helping people in the order in which they arrived, and some of the workers seem to be jerks. Tonight I had a disagreement with a smug, snotty, bearded worker. He was condescending, told me not to interrupt him while he was helping someone, said "That sucks" when I told him I'd gotten there 20 minutes before the woman he was helping, and said "You're funny" when I got angry about his attitude. Another worker, a teenage boy who stared me down the last time I was there waiting for my order, came out of the back room tonight yelling to a co-worker, "I'll beat your f***ing face in!" I was told that several of the workers called in to cancel their shift so they could go to an amusement park, so it had been a rough day. On the bright side, the girl with the pink pony tail is always nice and hard working. One of the few adults, Bardia, was amazingly diplomatic, and I pity him for working in such a hostile work environment. I teach low-achieving high school students in Chino, and I know there are plenty of nice teenagers who would like jobs, but wouldn't want to work with smug, snotty people. read more

Saw a stellar employee, BJ, at the Temecula Walmart !! I saw her looking out for customers and their safety multiple times, while I was in the check out line, in the garden center. Large carts full of heavy merchandise being stocked, kept rolling directly into on coming customers. She was able to advise the vendor/employee stocking and correct the issue. A co-worker of mine told me that this Walmart is one of the top-selling stores across the nation, and I can see why... it just feels like a night and day difference between this store and the one in Murrieta and definitely the Elsinore store. I don't think the parking lot is as big as the Murrieta one, but the actual size of the store definitely seems like it's wayy bigger also! Employees are hard to find like usual, but they do seem more eager to help and that definitely makes a difference! It would take me 10 minutes more to get to this location than to the Murrieta location that's closer to me, but in some cases it may definitely be worth it... read more

This is a great site and location, they just cannot keep the store stocked to save their lives. I have been to this store probably 100x and they have NEVER had everything in stock that I need. Pros: - Clean store - 80% of the staff is helpful - lots of cashier lines (but.. 75% of the are usually closed) Cons: The only cons are really on stocked items. Here are the totally weird items they cant keep in stock. I purchased an inflatable toy for the pool online at Walmart.com. The item arrived defective. I processed the return as instructed online and received an email barcode to expedite my return. The email stated to return to the store. I waited in line for over 35 minutes to be told by the customer service representative that they could not process my return due to a broken Printer. The produce aisle looks nice... but your fruits and vegetables go bad after a day. I went to buy a tub of diaper rash cream, and just put it in my basket, not inspecting it, because I had expectations. When I get home and am about to use it, I notice the bottom is completely cracked and cream is leaking out.. Then I open it and the seal has already been broken and some is missing!! Today it was carrots, yea go figure. There wasn't a place for bulk carrots, only bunches. We had four carrots and this way it totaled over $5.90, so we asked for help. Normally I don't have any particularly negative experiences with the staff at this location. However today I experienced one from the check out lady that was completely unacceptable. First I noticed the line moving extremely slowly as this lady seemed very much dragging her feet so to speak. And not in the shes older and needs more time kind of way. (Which I can completely understand and be patient for). But in the I don't want to be doing this job kind of way. Next my young autistic son was having a melt down while I was paying for my items while his mom was clearly trying her best to settle him down. So the cashier decides it's appropriate to start clenching her hands up in the air and swearing under her breath. Then she takes it a step further and turns to him very aggressively saying stop! Now I understand she probably had no way of knowing he has autism and that's why he was having an outburst. But that shouldn't matter. The way she handled it was completely unprofessional and in front of customers?! Children with special needs often time require a little bit more patience and I understand that as customer service personnel their job isn't easy and they have to deal with a lot of frustrating people so generally I try my hardest to treat them with respect and politeness and I'm often willing to let small things go. However this is one situation that isn't ok. Special needs or not. There is no reason that this kind of behavior should ever be tolerated especially if the person is going to be the one out there dealing with literally everyone that comes into the store and buys something. Kids throw fits. Kids get loud kids do all sorts of things that can test the most patient of people on this earth. However it is in no way shape or form their place as an employee at Walmart to show aggression toward anyone's child. And publicly humiliate or discriminate against them. The workers at this Walmart are incredibly rude. They have no comprehension of customer service or respect. The women here in particular are the ones who I have mainly had rude interactions with. In particular, there is a woman always by the self checkout who never seems to harass me with rude and passive aggressive comments. Another female worker reprimanded my son in front of me for doing absolutely nothing with wrong which is absolutely unprofessional. I am quite disgusted with the attitudes of the female employees here. However, there is a male worker here with glasses and gauges and he is a very pleasant employee. Came in to the store to get a quote on the installation service for a brand new set of Pirelli Scorpion Verde All Season tires, I was quoted to be around $80. Not bad at all. Of course, I did not take the bite, next day called in hoping to get a better deal, which I did. Lesser than initially quoted price. Awesome, but why two different prices? This Sunday afternoon I went and bought a few items, and went to check out in a lane closest to the self check out, near the salon area. The cashier had been nice to the people before me so everything was going fine. I asked the cashier if they still sold cigarettes there while handing her my ID. She looked at my ID and said, "Just what I thought, an air headed teenager." First of all, I was just asking if cigarettes were still available for purchase. It was really rude of her to make that assumption, considering I'm 24 years old and certainly not air headed enough to make a statement like that to a customer. If you're that upset about people smoking cigarettes, maybe don't work in a place that sells them. This Walmart Supercenter is a JOKE! I was at Walmart the other evening and there were approximately 25 to 30 people trying to check out. I was one of them, with 4 items. The ONLY 20 items or less check-out counter had approximately 16 - 18 people inline; the other two checkout counters had approximately 10 - 12 people. I was standing next in line, behind a person putting their items on the conveyer belt at a third checkout counter, when the checkout person turned off their light, 1 - 2 minutes later a stupid Walmart manager, came by and told me that this checkout was closed and to go somewhere else to check out. I told her about the lack of open check-out counters and she suggested that I use the self-checkout. I told her that if I wanted to use the self-checkout, I would already be there. I asked her why she didn't open up a few more checkout stations and she just walked away. I thought that the Temecula Walmart Supercenter Manager Mr. James Watson, Tel: (951) 506-7613 might want to hear what I had to say, but I was completely wrong! I went into this store to purchase a few items 2 milks and 2 wipes and in those areas, it said limit 2 for the wipes and no limit on milk. I went to checkout and the bagger was extremely rude. She was rude to my mom last week and she was rude again to me. She told me "that every thing is limit one and we just had this meeting." I told them there was no sign saying that and then she says "other people need to shop too and we don't get to shop until the end of our shift." I understand the stress their under but at the same time, they should be nicer. I've worked on the grocery store and I get it but still. Already not a huge Walmart fan but my sister and I went to this location today 6/8/20 and as we were looking at some 4th of July stuff an EMPLOYEE (petite Caucasian older woman) pushes our cart out of her way into my sister and didn't say anything. I apologize if we were in the way but that's not how you go about things. Then we go to self checkout and I scan the line to see where it ends and we hop in line. The line moves forward and again, an EMPLOYEE who was shopping there tried to cut my sister and I in line, then gives US a dirty look when we get back in front of her. I shop at this Walmart at least 3 days a week. The only reason I spend several hundred dollars a month at this store is that I refuse to pay the markup at the other grocery stores. Let's thank Sam Walton for that (pricing). Sam would roll over in his grave if he witnessed what is happening today. ALL customers stopped at the door, backed up in another line to have their receipts checked for products they have purchased? What an incredible inconvenience. This is not a club (Costco) that has a membership agreement, the products belong to the customer at time of purchase. Like other retail stores, walmart obviously has issues with theft, but unlike other retail stores that choose to hire security, walmart chooses to interrogate their customers at the door. When I say interrogate I mean nasty, offensive, verbal abuse at the door by employees demanding to inspect your receipt. After calling management and confirming this is not a corporate policy (despite what the employees at the door will tell you) they are still doing it. Also, customers should pay close attention when being checked out. Multiple cashiers drag products across the scanner then back drag the product again when the first scan didn't take.....then they slide the product right across the scanner again when putting it in the bag. You guessed it, multiple charges for the same product. If you do not catch this at the time it happens the cashier can not subtract the charge without holding up everyone behind you while waiting for one of a couple store managers with the authority to correct the overcharge. But they will not offer this service unless you request it, instead they point you to the returns desk to go wait in another long line to fix their mistake. Then you leave only to wait in the third line of the day to have that receipt checked by the guard at the door. So who's stealing from who here??? On another note about theft, many of the personal hygiene products are now locked up. You wait for an employee to come unlock the cage to remove the product, but they can't give it to you! They ask you which checkout line you want to go through to pick up the product there. Well let's see, I'm shopping and have no idea which line will be shortest, if I knew that I'd win the lotto and shop at one of the expensive well managed stores! I guess the saddest part of this review is not what Walmart has become, but rather why they have been forced to adopt these policies. The people...the public....the folks that think it is acceptable to steal from a company that is providing us great pricing to allow us to stretch our hard earned dollar. Imagine if they had no theft, waits would be reduced as well as prices. read more

Wow...just took 20 minutes for Joclyn to check us out. She would scan an item and wait for each item's price to appear. Doesn't know how to bag. Would place frozen items with boxed items. Foods with chemicals. Takes the meats out if the plastic bags to scan and not place the meats back into the bags. I had to rebag everything and tell her how to bag. When I asked her to bag the chips and breads together. She argued with me that they don't bag chips. I brought my own bags and I want these items bagged together. I never had such issues checking/bagging of groceries. Worst attitude, slow, and incompetent. Doesn't take a genius. read more
