Arrived to the Auto center at 7:05. They had me out by 7:45. I had an oil change and tire repair done. Very courteous and fast.

I shop at this Walmart at least 3 days a week. The only reason I spend several hundred dollars a month at this store is that I refuse to pay the markup at the other grocery stores. Let's thank Sam Walton for that (pricing). Sam would roll over in his grave if he witnessed what is happening today. ALL customers stopped at the door, backed up in another line to have their receipts checked for products they have purchased? What an incredible inconvenience. This is not a club (Costco) that has a membership agreement, the products belong to the customer at time of purchase. Like other retail stores, walmart obviously has issues with theft, but unlike other retail stores that choose to hire security, walmart chooses to interrogate their customers at the door. When I say interrogate I mean nasty, offensive, verbal abuse at the door by employees demanding to inspect your receipt. After calling management and confirming this is not a corporate policy (despite what the employees at the door will tell you) they are still doing it. Also, customers should pay close attention when being checked out. Multiple cashiers drag products across the scanner then back drag the product again when the first scan didn't take.....then they slide the product right across the scanner again when putting it in the bag. You guessed it, multiple charges for the same product. If you do not catch this at the time it happens the cashier can not subtract the charge without holding up everyone behind you while waiting for one of a couple store managers with the authority to correct the overcharge. But they will not offer this service unless you request it, instead they point you to the returns desk to go wait in another long line to fix their mistake. Then you leave only to wait in the third line of the day to have that receipt checked by the guard at the door. So who's stealing from who here??? On another note about theft, many of the personal hygiene products are now locked up. You wait for an employee to come unlock the cage to remove the product, but they can't give it to you! They ask you which checkout line you want to go through to pick up the product there. Well let's see, I'm shopping and have no idea which line will be shortest, if I knew that I'd win the lotto and shop at one of the expensive well managed stores! I guess the saddest part of this review is not what Walmart has become, but rather why they have been forced to adopt these policies. The people...the public....the folks that think it is acceptable to steal from a company that is providing us great pricing to allow us to stretch our hard earned dollar. Wow...just took 20 minutes for Joclyn to check us out. She would scan an item and wait for each item's price to appear. Doesn't know how to bag. Would place frozen items with boxed items. Foods with chemicals. Takes the meats out if the plastic bags to scan and not place the meats back into the bags. I had to rebag everything and tell her how to bag. When I asked her to bag the chips and breads together. She argued with me that they don't bag chips. I brought my own bags and I want these items bagged together. I never had such issues checking/bagging of groceries. Worst attitude, slow, and incompetent. Doesn't take a genius. read more

Depressing. Unclean. Nothing is consistently stocked, merchandise is frequently misplaced, damaged, or dirty. I go in there for brand name grocery and nothing else. Wouldn't trust Walmart brand anything, or anything their employees have (mis)handled directly. There are never enough checkers and the ones they have are asleep at the wheel. Well, I had the misfortune of working for this horrific company 20 years ago and as I have the displeasure of entering this location I realize nothing has changed: rude employees? Check. Sub-par merchandise? Of course. Empty shelves? You know it! And let's not forget the icing on this cake... the amazing ability to attract the most unbelievable walks of life (like National Geographic-unbelievable). I was actually approached by an employee (older gentleman) working near fabrics & crafts who commented on how "nice it was to see a female who wasn't wearing pajamas"..are you f*cking kidding me?!? Wow. Don't believe it can be that bad? Try checking out all the videos online that people record on their phones while in Wal-Mart; just make sure to put the kiddos to bed first..WILL CAUSE NIGHTMARES!!! Also, be prepared for long lines, whether at the return/customer service counter or at the checkout. Thinking about avoiding all that with the self-checkouts? Good luck. 99% of the time you'll encounter some problem with those damn things. I hate having to shop here. After being a 'regular' since they opened, I've had it... and recently vowed to only shop here when in a bind, and I'm glad I'm not dropping my usual $500 +\- a week here anymore!! Worst customer service of any retail establishment I've ever been a regular at, even the 'managers' are awful. Whenever I go here, the service is OK, it's generally clean, they are usually out of some popular items, but no biggie. Today though, I tried calling 10+ different times to get a hold of the Photo Dept. I called first time directly to the Photo Dept., they didn't answer. I called second time to the General Number and they told me they would transferred me to the Electronics Dept. and said I should ask them to get the Photo person for me. What? This place reminds me of why I haven't shopped at a Walmart in years. I just needed one item for work and had to run in. I prefer target but target was not close by and I just needed a sharpie pen. It took over 30 minutes to find someone who knew which employee had the key to unlock the sharpie cabinet. Over 30 min for a $1.77 item. What a joke. IT'S A SAD DAY FOR WAL-MART. What used to be one of the best stores in the Temecula area has sunk to new lows as demonstrated by multiple arrogant employees. Thursday February 22nd, 2018 my wife and I made a stop at the Wal-Mart on Temecula Parkway and checked out exactly at 6:50 pm as indicated on our receipt. We paid $224 for our order, thanked the cashier and my wife placed the receipt in her purse. We heading for the door where we were stopped by a Greeter named Consuela who stated " I need to see your receipt". I stopped and politely said "no thank you". She again staed "I need to see your receipt". I asked if her manager had explained that she had a right to ask for a receipt but to legal standing to insist and proceeded on my way. Consuela proceeded to yell very loudly " THANKS FOR STEALING!". I stopped and asked her to call her Store Manager and she literally turned away from me. I proceeded to find a Customer Service Manager and asked her to call her Store Manager. She informed me that Assistant Manager Jonesha was on duty but was with a customer but would be right up to speak with me when finished with fist customer. It was now 6:55 pm 7:15 pm I again asked for the manager 7:20 pm I asked again except to CSM Patricia and she was clearly annoyed and would not call the manager. Now I'm truly offended. 7:30 pm I asked again 7:40 pm I asked again 7:50 pm I asked again Assistant Manager Jonesha apparently was not at work or just didn't want to perform her job. 7:55 pm Assistant Manager Sonia arrives for work and was helpful. I explained how I was treated and she was apologetic. I left my business card and suggested the Store Manager contact me. Two days later, no call. Big shock. The bottom line is this: If I ran by business like this I would be out if business. I spent in excess of $9,000 at this Wal-Mart over the last twelve months. The staff used to be polite and were helpful. Now, they no longer care about Customer Satisfaction. If they continue to treat their best customers like this eventually the store will be patronized only by people that actually do steal from them. Top-tip: as soon as you scan the last item just insert your chipped card into the machine, select if you need bags for not. So my wife ordered online a Lightning Mcqueen bed. It arrived at the store and I went to pick it up. The box was completely mangled, so the guy told me i can take it home and if its damaged i can bring it back. I laughed while i looked in the box and saw a damaged part. So without excepting the bed i asked if they can just reorder it right here. The guy got on the phone to there 800 number and after a a few minutes he set the phone down and started helping other people. Im now waiting 20 minutes to find out whats going on. He comes over to me and says i can call at home and reorder it, i said no, your gonna do it here. So another girl comes over and now she calls there 800# and this phone call took about 45 minutes. She gets off the phone and tells me THEY CANT REORDER THIS!! So after more than a hour i had to take a refund. Screw Walmart!! Im ordering through amazon from now on and paying the extra $50 for shipping. I wish i could post pictures of the box. Such a waste of time and to see how they treat customers and the way they care about customers merchandise makes me sick. read more

When you weigh the good and the bad Walmart is kind of great. Both the auto and pharmacy department are cheap and well managed. The prices and selection in the store are both fantastic. My only two complaints are the employees that stock the selves after 11:00 seem very put out when you are trying to grab something from their aisles (particularly the women that stocks the aisles just behind the produce and the women stocks the cereal and snack aisles). My second complaint is that so many of the checkers are so slow. There have been several times I was waiting in a relatively short line for over 20 minutes and eventually just left my cart full of groceries and went home. read more

My wife and I are seniors. Our shop shopped for us yesterday. Walmart doesn't let customers use their own reusable bags because of Covid-19. I get that and fully support that. What is disturbing is that they still charge to use their bags even though you don't have a choice. Competitors are not charging for bags now. What a rip-off. Obviously 10 cents/bag isn't the issue - it's the principle involved. Just not a neighborly and professional thing to do to their customers during these difficult times. This Walmart is a disaster. I went to Walmart pharmacy when I moved from another state because I thought I could trust them get my medications and get it for a lower price. Six months I have been here they have made mistakes 50% of the time on my medications. Tonight I came in for three medications.they were all supposed to be ready. None of them were. They told me they didn't have one of them which they had when I insisted that they had told me that it would be in Wednesday and another when he said the doctor had not called in, which he had and I don't know how they mysteriously found that one. the other one I cannot have until tomorrow morning. Even though there are trash cans around people just dump trash in the parking spaces, planters, and shrub areas. Shame on those IQ challenged inconsiderate morons. Do not use the pick up service if you are getting freezer or cooled goods. They cannot be trusted to have kept your good cool or frozen. My last three orders all my ice cream products were partially defrosted. They refused to fix the issue which says they don't care and it's dangerous. If your meat or dairy also suffer not being kept at appropriate temp you or your family risk getting sick or worse. read more

I waited in line for 40 minutes to pick up one photo, and then the salesgirl couldn't find it. I had received an email telling me it was ready. So she has to express-print it. The line behind me had at least 7 people and one woman toward the end said she would go to Best Buy and would rather just pay more than wait in that line. There was only one girl working the entire electronics department AND photos. Isn't it ridiculous for someone to have to wait for the poor girl to look for my one photo when they want to buy an iPhone? The store manager needs to rethink combining photos and electronics, especially with the holidays coming up. Just wanted to give recognition to Danny working in the Outdoor Living department on Memorial Day. My husband and I were completely unprepared and decided to impulsively purchase a BBQ grill, which happened to be bigger than we thought could fit into our SUV. Danny stepped up to help us dismantle the grill and load it into the back of our SUV, going as far as grabbing multiple tools to get the job done. Very large center with a large array of products and services to meet your needs. The food section is impressive with a good selection of both fresh produce and staples. The traditional section of the store has a good selection of items we may all need from time to time. We went in to get breakfast at the McDonald's inside near the entrance. We ordered and got our food promptly. I actually like McDonald's big breakfast but we usually try to find a regular restaurant, not sure why. The food was good as always. Then we decided to stroll around and check out the "new for us" store. Just as I suspected we found a few things to buy, actually things we had been considering to buy online. But having them in your hand is better because you can be sure it is just what you want. Got out of there with under a $200 tab. Very pleased but still, honestly, it is just 4 stars because I can not bring myself to give Walmart a fifth star. Good enough, yes I am a fan, and this store is a good one. read more

I often stop by at Walmart right after work. More convenient for me since its late and not crowded. the only thing i hate most is that i don't get to buy what i really wanted to buy because of all these people re-stocking the shelves. Most of them just barricaded their Designated work area so you can't get through. What's the use of being open 24 hours when most of the customer can't even go to the shelves to get the things they want? So frustrating! Especially at this Store.
