Made an appointment 4 days in advance for an oil change. They had the car info from the start. Come appointment day, drove 1-1/2 hours each way to get the service done. When I got there, the tech said all walmarts nationwide were out of oil filters! Flat out fib. Any manager there care? Doubt it. I found 2 microwaves for $83 and $88 so I got the Hamilton Beach one because you don't have to push a button for it to open! My mom prefers to just pull it open ;) This is also a great place to just try to walk off what you've eaten after dinner. It's pretty quiet. It's so quiet that the workers seem to be asleep as well!!! SERVICE: C++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ No greetings. Feels a bit like TSA at the nursery garden side of the checkout lane. But, I can understand and empathize. No one wants to work on a Saturday night right? But, then again. This is a super center Walmart. The aisles are wide enough. The place is clean. They have a really good variety of items from groceries to electronics. I did end up leaving an item in my cart and left . I tried calling customer service at 6pm on a Sunday and could not get a hold of anyone. read more

Has a grocery stores if I remember correctly. It was clean and well organized. Easy to find employees to ask questions. The app shows you the aisle where items are located! That's so much better than Targets app. There you have to find an employee for help. An employee told me to use the Walmart app and USAA credit card at checkout so I can use my rewards up to $10 off each purchase so be sure to spend $10 to get the most from the USAA credit card. You can use it at CVS and other stores that accept the plan. It was a nice surprise. Thank you Walmart for having informed employees! The lady working the garden department doesnt want to do her job, then I have to wait 45 minutes for someone to open a glass case to get anything. It takes me an extra 2 hours to shop all the time when I go here because they have 1 person opening the glass case and they have everything in the store locked up. Walmart stores can sometimes be incredibly frustrating. The older ones are all the same. Row after row of wide aisles. But, the newer ones try to mix things up. Here, you have aisles that lead no where, or are almost maze like. If you come in on the right, you have parallel vertical aisles, that lead to horizontal ones, which go no where. Who designed this grid, a drunken animal? My suggestion, bring bread crumbs. Also, all the aisles are narrow. For such a large Super Walmart, you would think they were rationing space. Grrr. Between shoppers and Walmart employees loading online orders into huge carts, it becomes frustrating to shop here. Never again. read more

Had the worst experience at Walmart in Temecula today. First time in years since I step foot in a Walmart! The associates are so rude, no smiles no eye contact, and not helpful. We were in the jewelry department looking at watches and had a couple items in our cart and I kindly ask the associate if she could ring them up. No smile, no eye contact, you could tell she was not want to ring us up. She stated without answering my question, you can go upfront and they'll ring you up. I asked again can you ring our items up here at the jewelry counter? I wasn't able to stand in line that long due to some health issues. Plus the journey around Walmart with no help added to the issues I was having. That's why I had asked her kindly in the first place . It was very obvious she didn't want to ring us up no smile, no eye contact, and she finally agreed to it. We had walked through the store, trying to find items and we asked a couple associates that it was obvious they weren't trained properly because they couldn't help us. Very disappointing not one associate was kind or helpful. Horrible customer service! I prefer Target anyway, but went because a family member needed to go to Walmart. Target will actually walk you to the area or item you need! Very well trained and friendly service. I believe people like the personal store experience, but when associates are rude and uncaring and unhelpful people are prone to order online like Amazon. Shopping at Walmart in Temecula is always an adventure. Following my wife around this behemoth of a store allows me to register at least 10,000 steps. Up and down the various aisles and departments is a good workout. She does not miss an aisle. People watching is another experience not to be missed at Walmart. I can hardly believe my eyes when the parade of outfits, tattoos and hair colors pass me by. Selection? Product names you never have heard of and some you can't find elsewhere. With all these benefits why only give Walmart 3 stars. I don't think we save money here. In fact it is like going to Costco and buying crap I don't need. I also don't like shopping and searching for a parking space. That in itself cost this store 2 stars. If you've read this far I hope I didn't offend you. Walmart is not my thing. It is however a favorite of my wife's and so I will continue to see it on my credit card. Roll back prices? Think not! I can find better shopping at Stater Brothers. read more

One of the best Walmart locations I've been to. The store is so large and spacious. They have everything you could possibly think of and it's fully stocked. We didn't think we'd be able to get everything that we needed, but we did and the prices were super affordable. The employees were also very nice and accommodating. My sister and I wanted to try some clothes on in the fitting room and they let us both go into the same one (which a lot of stores don't allow). We were looking for something that stated it was in a certain aisle and THERE IT WAS. Everything in the app matched the store exactly. The entire store is super organized and there were a lot of employees working the floor so it was easy to ask questions when I needed help. The parking lot is also super spacious because it's located in the shopping plaza. They also have many registers and self-checkout registers too! Will definitely be coming back! read more

I really hope Walmart reconsiders these new paper bags. They're very thin, tear easily, and have no handles to carry them. The old plastic bags were much stronger and more comfortable to use. There is an employee here named Galen who is always super helpful and super nice to me. I just had a baby and I've been in there overly stressed out and frustrated a couple different times where he has literally ran over to me and asked if I needed anything taking me all the way to my car and helped me and just been such a joy and so pleasant to be around. Mom had 15 items on her grocery list I was in and out less than a half hour. Everybody was rather nice and I found everything I needed. The only thing I can say I did not like. Is there machines when you pay at the cash register do not do tap for a credit or debit card. read more

Walmart pickup is supposed to save time, but for my last 6 pickups I had to wait between 40 minutes to an hour each time. That is way too long and very frustrating. So mom and I went to Walmart on the 31 in December. So my mom was going to pay with gift cards so we were going to self check out we got help from a lady who worked there. she told us to go to a lady at the cash register so we did. So the lady starts to scratch off the code. She scratch it all off like the numbers and said it doesn't works. So then my mom started yelling at her cuz what she did and called for the manager. The manger said you can go on an app and scan the code and it will fill it in or something like that. So them he got the highest manger was at Walmart. She gave us a new gift card with money on it. This is definitely a Supercenter because this Walmart location is very spacious. I stopped by this Walmart location to get some auto glass cleaner since I was in the area and had so many bug guts on my wife windshield. The first thing that stood out to me was that this Walmart has a Mcdonald inside. This Walmart is very organized and cleaned insidr. I was able to find the auto center area all by myself and they have a good amount of car products. I originally wanted the glass cleaner wipes but since they didn't have it, I just got the sprayer and Scott towels. It did the job and I was happy with my purchase. I walked into Walmart and the first thing that was approached up to me to do a return was that I was basically stealing the profiled me they grabbed my cash receipt. They said they had to verify it on $15 cash return made me wait 45 minutes while during that time of waiting that they went ahead and did cash returns for other women that needed returns with no problem and I have it on video. I came here to get some local winery bottles for cheaper! Haha, a local gave me the tip, and told me the Wilson Creek Winery bottles were less than $10 here. I like how they know tourists are in the area, so they put the wines right in the front from local wineries. A nice, clean store, with smiling employees. The place was packed with people and the shelves were fully stocked. The only thing is you can't do self check out with alcohol. I thought the store was clean, but I didn't go into every aisle. I try to avoid this Walmart and only go there for certain things, like SodaStream refill cylinders. The parking lot is a nightmare, the store is usually crowded and it seems dirty. I find the staff and customers at most other local stores to be friendly and helpful, but for some reason, this doesn't hold true for this Walmart! Because it does have good prices on some baking and household items, I order these online for local delivery, and haven't had any problems doing that. Oh my god where can I start. Elisabeth is an amazing employee; she saved us from a scolding from our mothers and having snacks for our 16-hour road trip. I haven't been to Walmart since 2019 and my British cousins haven't been there ever. We didn't realize Apple Pay didn't work. Elisabeth had so much patience she helped us with everything.
