FREE CONSULTATION: We arrived at the pharmacy and were told that the pharmacist will see you in just a minute! When he arrived he looked at my husband's eye and said WOAH! I'm going to stop you right there and say that you need to go to URGENT CARE!!!! My husband wanted to BITE THE BULLET so he decided to NOT to go to urgent care and bought some eye drops instead... After using the eye drops for about 2 days his eyes got better! It turned from red to pink. It's started to clear up fast... THE CAUSE: Heavy lifting and holding breath. Also stress... Just takes some time to heal but, glad we STOPPED by CVS for some expert opinion and saw people who didn't want to work as well especially on a SUNDAY... My son used to purchase Pokemon cards when staff kept them secured without any issues. Recently, we went in and the cards are "locked up" but on the shelves now. We purchased two different packs of cards. After opening them we found multiple Halloween themed cards which are usually not part of the packs and in the other set the main card was missing. They were in the cardboard packages and not the foil packs like what we previously had purchased (those were out of stock). I'm wondering if someone "returned" them after switching out the cards and glued the cardboard back. She did this all while dealing with a difficult customer who was being very rude towards her. Contrary to negative reviews my experience is very positive. I make online appointments for vaccination, its quick check in and out. I renew my my meds online, CVS send me check in barcode, you scan it and get meds, no need to wait in line!! For new meds wait for the text message for quick pick up!! read more

First of all, I called to speak with the store manager to complain about the Indian lady who is the pharmacist and manager. I have not received any kind of follow up like I was told I would. My problem is with this terrible person who is a so-called pharmacist and manager, she needs to get fired or move on. When we "the people" who have medical conditions come in to pick up our prescriptions we don't need any attitude, or disrespect. I moved my prescriptions to this CVS a few months ago when I moved to the area. I've never had so many issues with a pharmacy before. Every prescription is put on hold and requires me to call in through their absurd automated system to get them delivered. I had to call in to tell them that I was not pregnant anymore when I was prescribed birth control 6 weeks postpartum. Obviously I wasn't pregnant if I was just prescribed birth control by my gynecologist?! It took me days and repeated phone calls to get it finally delivered. Their automated system is the absolute worst and requires you to repeat yourself over and over again just to get placed on hold and wait another ten+ minutes to speak to a human. After being hung up on 3 times in the span of an hour just trying to get my prescription delivered today, I've decided to switch to a different pharmacy. I'm not one to write negative reviews unless it's a consistent problem but this has been a frequent issue. read more

The only reason I came here was because urgent care sent my prescriptions to this pharmacy (I will not have anyone send prescriptions here again), they only had one of prescriptions ready after almost a whole day. This is the closest and easiest pharmacy for me to get to. I've been using it ever since the Ralph's next door closed down. I can always call to check if my refill is ready, they sends texts to let me know when my RX is ready or if it's time for a refill. A few times over the years I've had problems getting a prescription filled, but it was always on the part of the prescribing doctor, CVS is very good about sending refill faxes and letting me know when they have not had a response. The staff have always been nice and helpful. For customers with problems, it's very easy to call and check on your RX before coming in and waiting in line. Call and confirm first, then you won't have to be told your order is not ready...usually it's because the pharmacy hasn't heard back from the doctor. Just call, it's easy to do. read more

Wish I could give zero stars. After 13 years of using their pharmacy I'm done. Used because it was close to home.I called in 4 precriptions day prior to pick up. I went in to get them only 2 were ready. I said I need the four I called in. She asked "what time did you phone? Them in" I pulled out my phone and said "here is my call log 11:28 yesterday" she replied " oh I didn't work yesterday" REALLY so I had to wait another 15 minutes for them to get the other 2 precriptions ready....I'm done they are a hot mess in there! TERRIBLE Pharmacy!! First they couldn't find the prescription. Then I was sent to someone else to look for the prescription. She couldn't find the prescription either. I insisted she look again for and I even called the Doctor who had called it in and verified that the prescription refill had been called in the previous day. After I insisted they look again, they finally found it. It had not been filled in a day and a half! This was just for a refill - not even a new prescription!Clerk with attitude said I could wait for it to be filled which would be 20 minutes. As if. We've all heard that before When I left, I asked for a number for customer service and was given a number for a third-party hazmat responder. Wow!!
