My PCP doctor prescribed Eucrisa, and my insurance refuse to approve it. Even if they do, the co-pay is $40.00. Eucrisa is retailing for over $900 for a 60g tube. I told my dermatologist and he told me to try Rancho Pueblo Pharmacy and he sent in the prescription. RPP called me the next day for info and I told them specifically that my insurance is not paying for it. They said no problem, all I have to pay is $35.00, shipping included. To make a long story not any longer, I got my Eucrisa today, 2 days after I placed the order. Now I only wonder, how the hell did they do it? read more

This pharmacy made my medication accessible! It was much too expensive through a regular CVS even with insurance, but now I can afford the medication I need at a significantly better price. The team is also extremely responsive and helpful! They even called my CVS to communicate what needed to happen in order for them to fill my prescription instead. Really above and beyond. I personally spoke to Adriana and one other rep whose name is escaping me. They were both just so caring, communicative, and on top of every step. After a wonderful experience there, I have been using RPP for all our pharma needs. Gemaine, the customer rep I interacted with is super kind, professional and responsive! This pharmacy does not believe in strong customer service. They charged a lot of money for the Rx even though I'm double insured. they then failed to mail out a very important scar management prescription in a timely fashion, and then proceeded to argue with me over the phone about the actual day I ordered the script (which they had wrong!) So I now I've had to go a whole week without the scar gel, when they simply could have mailed it in the same package with the other prescription I ordered. Disorganized. Unpleasant to deal with. Super service! My daughter's dermatologist recommended we use this pharmacy because we could save some money. With insurance my co-pay at Rite Aide was $75 and that was monthly. With Rancho Puebla Pharmacy my co-pay dropped to $15- AMAZING! Before placing the order, Jermaine took the time to run my insurance to see if they could cover it at a discounted rate- Walgreens wouldn't give me that service. They also generously provided some samples for related products that made my daughter's day. You guys rock! read more

My experience with this pharmacy was not good. The process for ordering and delivery was fine. However, as mentioned by another reviewer, there is something wrong with their process on determining the cost versus what is covered by insurance. I have a $15 co-pay for the majority of prescriptions. I've used Rancho Pueblo a few times. The first couple of times everything was fine and I was charged just my $15 co-pay. On the last two times I've interacted with them they wanted to charge a much larger amount. I was filling a prescription for a generic for of Accutane for my son. They stated that my insurance "has a high deductible of $500" that needs to be fulfilled and that I would need to pay $100+ for the prescription. My prescription coverage does not have a deductible to be met, which I shared. The phone rep said they would call me back. When she called back she said she didn't really have an answer for me and that she didn't think my they were in my "network" for insurance, so the cost would still be $100+. My insurance takes any pharmacy, there is no network. I cancelled the order with them and had it filled with CVS for $15. read more

This place was horrible. It was my first visit with my doctor upstairs and she spoke very highly about this pharmacy. I probably walked in at the wrong time #1 The Asian girl that greeted me had a bad attitude. No smile no eye contact. She asked me for my name 3 times along with my birthdate. When I gave her my ID and insurance she then asked me about my last name again. #2 She was griping with her co-worker about work "space" #3 She already seemed frustrated about something else and I didn't want to make it worse for her so I didn't say anything #4 The doctor said they can even mail me my prescription. She never offered. I also gave my doctor bad ratings for even sending me to this pharmacy when I have my own pharmacy I regularly get my meds from. such a waste of time. The pharmacy itself looked new. Empty cabinets, no pens, no tables and that was what she was bickering about. Price didn't matter with my insurance. I'm looking for good service. read more

I went to the dermatologist in the same building and needed a prescription so they called it in here for convenience. Unfortunately, the prescription wasn't available and I was told that it would come in the next day and that I would receive a phone call when it was ready. They never called and since it was a Friday I had to wait until the following week to follow up. I called and was told that the prescription was ready and they hadn't called because of being understaffed. So this pharmacy wasn't so convenient after all. The staff was nice and all, I just don't like it when a business doesn't do what they say they're going to. read more

Rancho Pueblo Pharmacy is the best! They have the lowest prices in town. Cvs wanted to charge me $140 for a medication that was not covered by my insurance. Rancho Pueblo only charged me $20 for the exact same prescription. Bill is by far the best pharmacist in Temecula! Very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to get medications covered.
