Actually help with getting the medicine! When you are out of a medicine help get the entire prescription to ONE store so we don't have to drive all over and make MULTIPLE trips to get all the prescribed meds!! One for my husband last week and another for me today!! I will be changing drug stores!!! read more

I had to collect some medication from this CVS store, and I must say that the store was quite clean and well-organized. The pricing was slightly higher in comparison to other locations, which is why I have deducted one point. However, the staff members were exceptionally friendly and eager to assist. read more

All the items were in stock, had to do the monthly vitamin and miscellaneous item reup. Without coupons came to $193 but with coupons came down to $115 and everything was in stock all the shelves are restocked. Store was very clean read more

The Pharmacist was so helpful and considerate. I was out of meds on vacation and didn't realize I drove to the wrong CVS on Rancho drive to pickup my prescription. Carolina in the pharmacy saved my life today! I got off at 5:45 and got there at the same time the closed at 6. She was nice enough to ring me up as they were closing the pharmacy gates. I'm pregnant and miserable and had no other time to pick it up this week. She didn't have to do that but showed me serious compassion and great customer service. Thank you so much Carolina! CVS pharmacy Temecula on Winchester Rd. is the worst of the worst pharmacies in California!!!! Do not go here. We need to put them out of business because of their poor customer service, lack of knowledge, and just plain rudeness!! I continue to come to this location even though there are closer ones to my house. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. The reason for my review today is that this afternoon I went to pick up my prescription. At the time I was there a very angry man came in screaming at the pharmacy staff and swearing. They handled it calmly and the police were called. I was a little nervous to leave as he was still outside. One of the men working there actually offered to escort me to my car! That's wonderful customer service and not something you see everyday. This is a very good location with caring staff. This Yelp review is for CVS in Temecula CA. I went to this pharmacy today as I'm out of town visiting my son and his family for the Thanksgiving holiday. I usually use the CVS in San Marcos CA and I'm treated so well. I know everyone by their first names and they know me I went to this particular pharmacy on a few occasions I've stayed out here, I went again and was greeted by the rudest pharmacy technician. I was met immediately with hostility and suspicion. The technician is named Lexi. This pharmacy technician commented on my Drs signature on a narcotic anxiety medication. She literally brought it to the pharmacist (Asian woman who refused to tell me her name) and they refused to fill it until they spoke to my Dr. It was the Friday after Thanksgiving so there was no Dr available until Monday. I've never had a pharmacy treat me like this! I was shocked and I let them know I'd Yelp and Google their behavior. I literally used this pharmacy before and always have used CVS pharmacies for years. I still use CVS because the pharmacy where I live are very kind and helpful. I had to drive all the way back to my local CVS to get my prescription filled! read more

CVS is CVS but this location is located right next to Starbucks in the target shopping center. So parking can be a hassle sometime. Their setup is a little confusing but manageable. Overall is an ok CVS. Other locations may be more convenient. But this location is open 24 hours. So it may be your only choice in the middle of the night. read more

When you google "24 hour pharmacy" here in Temecula, this I one of two pharmacies that come up. However, they close at 10 pm. This is inconvenient when you really need meds at 2 am. read more

Being in the Temecula Town Center, this place makes a killing.The parking lot is always full. which doesn't seem to stop the number of folks that frequent CVS. Regardless, I find it convenient for me to catch it when I visit the parental units, the way out, or simply just walk to it. I can walk to it, get what I need and return in about 20 minutes. Instead of going to Target for basic things, I'll just go to CVS so I don't have to wait for any long lines. read more

Don't ever ever buy a gift card from CVS! They took my money and never charge the card. Found out the hard way by giving it to a family member who told me it was no good! It was a a kohls card which the management at cvs said I needed to talk to corporate, so I did. They said it was not there problem. You need to talk to kohls corporation, so I did and they said it was cvs problem, and went back and forth 5 times. Nobody will help me. Also they had a problem of employees taking and switching cards at the register and keeping the charge cards. I will never ever buy a gift card from any CVS store, and I suggest you do the same, what horrible customer service. read more

I have 2 CVS Rewards cards. One is my personal one and one is from my health insurance, CAREMARK. Both have different coupons. The medical card has more pharmacy related savings while the other has the rest of the store. Every single time I go to check out and use their coupons I am given a lecture about having 2 cards and we're the worst kind of people for having 2 cards and it should only be 1 card per household. read more

The store is almost always under staffed. The Kodak photo print machine is antiquated and freezes up repeatedly. It is hugely frustrating.

I'd give this a zero star if I could. I'm coughing and I need some generic Zyrtec. Not having the best of luck with anything working, I went with their smallest, a 45 pack. Marked at a ridiculous $15, but it's 11:30 Sunday night. The dude at the counter rings me up for a 60 pack at $20. When I told him that it was only a 45, pointed to the 45 on the label, he rescanned it, and insisted it was 60 still and tried to charge me. Needless to say, I walked right out without paying and will call the GM in the morning and get this dude on notice. I'm just going to Target in the morning. read more

Fuck this location. No service whatsoever went to fill my prescription due to the fact that I was in pain at the time they told me they couldn't help me because I'm not from the area. Not once did they try to help me or even ask me what was going on. Go to Walgreens way better service. read more

I called up, at first to complain, because my daughter brought her prescription in to get filled, but her insurance wouldn't pay for the brand name drug she was prescribed. The person she talked to didn't offer any help or alternatives about the prescription. But when I called up, by luck, I got Kristine on the phone. She said she would get back to me when she got an alternative prescription. When she did, she had called the hospital my daughter had just been released from, found out when the Doctor who prescribed the medicine would be working again, got the Doctor to prescribe an alternative brand by the next morning, and had the prescription ready that afternoon. In my opinion, Kristine did a wonderful job and should be commended for her work ethic. Thank you Kristine for helping my daughter. read more

apparently the female pharmacist, (I believe her name is Christina? for reference I believe her cultural background is East Indian which is no way an issue for me as I work with doctors with this same ethnicity I mention that for identification purposes only!) Is an ongoing problem for customers, and my experience was no different! I ended up leaving and grabbing the 2 prescriptions and going to another CVS and had absolutely no problem getting the prescriptions filled. When I explained what had happened they told be that she is a problem and other customers have had issues with her too, sooooooooo why does she still have a job with CVS????? To be clear this is the CVS on Rancho California Rd. in the Albertsons shopping center. I'm also contacting CVS directly. read more

I asked her for a consultation and she said she had no experience in recommending something for me??? Don't pharmacist go to school for these things?
