Went on to get some over the counter medication. Patiently waited in line. One person is working the register the other is filling scripts the 3rd is just pushing around bags doing whatever she can not to help customers. When I get to the front of the line the cashier tells me I have to go to the other line and she'll help me there. Other line? Well at this other line are another 5 or 6 people waiting for service. What is this place? The DMV? As I can already see none of the other employees want to lift a finger to help out. I didn't feel like upsetting their night by having the audacity of asking for anything. Besides I now see they are afflicted with rectal cranium inversion syndrome. This is for a new Face Cashier that i encountered few days ago. Since i am a Regular Customer here i never really have a reason to put a negative review but my encounter with this cashier made me think twice. Her name Is "MARCHON"I am not sure if i got it right when i check her name Badge. Went to cvs Just to claim my scratched Reward. She was i think doing something when i press the bell. The moment she walked closer you can see it in her face how annoyed she was. I guess because she had to stop whatever she's doing. Every cashier at CVs always have a smile in their faces no matter what they're doing and had to stop to help a customer. But this woman is different And while she's checking the card she's murmuring something. You can easily tell she's very much annoyed. When you encounter someone like that your Day was already ruined. I get easily affected by disrespectful people . I gave one Star because of this woman. Needs to learn how to give Good Customer Service. read more

This is the worst CvS I've seen. I've posted negative reviews about this place before, but the Manager either doesn't read them, or reads them and doesn't care. I'm betting the latter. You absolutely CANNOT trust their automated prescription service. I had a simple prescription to refill, and when I called it in, the system responded "Your prescription will be refilled!!" I scheduled it for pick-up two days in the future. Sure enough (as is their history) the prescription was NOT ready. No call from CvS, no text, no notice whatsoever. And the incompetent staff person at the register is GUESSING as to what the problem might be. THAT'S NOT THE POINT!!! The pint is that if the prescription ain't gonna be ready WHEN YOU PROMISED, SOMEONE NEEDS TO CALL ME!!! They don't get it. They're just stupid. read more

So the pharmacist working on 9/30/2018 at 10:30AM is pretty much a jackass. My Father-in-law (80+ years old) was recently diagnosed with diabetes. The glucose meter he purchased came with only 10 lancets, and the store was out-of-stock on the lancets he needed. My Father-in-law carefully read me the specs off the lancets he had so I could go to the CvS on Winchester and pick-up some more. The girl behind the counter gave my notes to the Pharmacist, who laughed and said "this is pretty much meaningless" (trust me, product numbers and item numbers are not meaningless). So I took several pictures of glucose meters that were on the shelves, sent them to my FIL, who identified the meter he bought. I then identified a couple of boxes of lancets that look to me like they would work with the meter my FIL purchased, and then took them back to the counter-girl for confirmation. The girl took them to the pharmacist (along with the meter my FIL bought). The pharmacist again laughed and said, "Yea...these [lancets] will work with this meter" as he shook his head. Note to CvS: Just because something is intuitively obvious to your pharmacist does NOT mean it'll be obvious to a customer! UPDATE: So I drove the lancets (the ones the pharmacist said would work with the lancing device my FIL purchased) from Temecula to La Habra....and they DIDN'T work!!!!!! I've just got to tell you that if you ever have any kind of problem with your prescription like Insurance not covering or whatever and things don't seem to be making sense, talk to the manager here, Ms. Chloe Nguyen. Chloe is out of this world wonderful in getting to the bottom of any matter almost immediately and explaining it clearly so that everything will make sense for you. All of the other folks in her pharmacy are very nice and professional as well but Chloe is a wonderful resource for your Rx's. We wouldn't go anywhere else ! read more

Horrible customer service. There was a rather long line at the checkout, but only one lane open. And the employee working that one checkout was notably incompetent, leaving the stand for several minutes at a time. Every time I've gone here it's been an annoying experience. I will make a point to go to the CVS further from my house from now on. read more

I always shop at this CVS. I usually stop by in the morning before work. Today I went in to buy Christmas candy for my coworkers. The cashier Marchon was rude and appeared annoyed with me and her job. She picked up my shopping basket flipped it over and poured my items onto the conveyor belt with no care. She grabbed the merchandise from my hands and proceeded to speak to me in a disrespectful manner. Even the women behind me spoke up because she was being so blatantly rude to me. This encounter seriously impacted my day and just set this negative tone. I get upset when people are rude and just plain mean for no reason. I value respect and treating others the way you want to be treated. This Marchon needs to be talked to. I saw another post about her terrible customer service. I seriously almost left all my merchandise and walk out. I will take my business to Walgreens! read more

I went in with my father for a presciption pick up. She took a look at us, got the presciption, then left it on the counter while helping 2 other clients. I initially thought that maybe our presciption would take longer to explain, but nope. Once she got to us, she rudely handed it to us while rushing to say once daily, everyday. Not a thank you for waiting or thank you in general. This place has the worst customer service. If you want the name of your medication to be read out loud across the room in front of people, then this is the pharmacy for you. I thought that there were some privacy laws out there like HIPPA to protect people. This is a male pharmacist who did this. I don't have to go to the pharmacy very often, but if I do, I will not be coming here any longer. read more

I live in French Valley, so it's convenient for me to come here. I was shopping tonight and my cashier was very nice. I had a coupon which needed to be printed out and brought to the store to redeem. I did not read the coupon correctly, which was my fault, and did not print it. She went ahead and honored the coupon anyway. It was only for $2.00, but I appreciated the accommodation because she did not have to do that for me. I'll be back. read more

This CVS does not represent all the CVS pharmacies. But DO NOT take your prescriptions here. Ever since it changed over from Longs to CVS the staff has changed hands numerous times. They cannot get the prescriptions correct and blame it on computer problems or insurance companies. Funny, when I use another CVS, all is smooth. read more

Don't call your prescription in here! After waiting in a 40 minute line I was informed that they didn't fill my prescription because they didn't have insurance information on file. It was a $20 prescription which is below my insurance amount. The wait time to fill my prescription 90 minutes. Hey Walgreens I will be calling my next prescription into you. read more

For some reason every single time I come here they "can't find" my prescription. This is after my doctor faxes it to he same exact store I always use. For the same prescription. After waiting in the slowest line ever for 30 mins. Just to leave without my medicine. That I use to sleep every single day. This is the FOURTH time, and one of those times was when I was picking up my husbands prescriptions. And every time I leave question my own stupidity like is this my fault but it never is.
