Had to share this. Today while shopping at walmart I was looking for a normally stocked sparkling water and the item was sold out. I went over to the next isle and ask a very nice man in his 30's or so if he could see if they had some in the back . He came over with me and scanned the item tag and said nothing in the back but it showed 6 cases coming in tomorrow, I said thanks and see you in a few days, I was standing in the checkout line( a long one) and here he came with 3 8packs of the water. WOW! He went in the back to double check and there was their shipment packed up and he opened up the pallet and brought me the water. Made my day and Kudos to that guy. I got all three. I have completed a survey on www.survey.Walmart.com but ran out of room to completely inform Walmart about how terrible Mary Ellen, their customer service employee, is. I arrived at 7:25 pm to find the customer service counter completely unattended. I asked the cashier on register 10 and she said she'd call. The turned her light on to call a manager. As I stood out near her register I noticed Mary Ellen come from the restroom. She walked past me without saying anything. When I asked her if she was customer service she said, "It is closed." I asked her what the hours are and she said 8 to 8. I looked at my watch to see it was 7:27 and she said "except today due to staffing." I asked her to call a manger and she refused. She told me, "I am off. If I don't log out in two minutes I will be fired." I pointed out that she just came from the bathroom on the clock and again asked her to call a manager. Mary Ellen was folding if her Walmart vest and holding I Her walkie talkie in her hand when she again refused and call. She placed it under the counter and walked away. The light in this is Maxim left his register and came into customer service to help. After I was helped Daniel a manager came up to talk to me. As I expressed my concern another employee came up and encouraged me to do a survey. She told me they have multiple complaints about Mary Ellen. I have an idea. Check your survey scores. Your location is not doing well. If you have employees like this bringing you down....FIRE THEM. FIRE MARY ELLEN. You and your employees seem to know she is a problem. FIX THE PROBLEM. read more

I wanted to update my review. Even tho its been weeks it was so bad i must warn you all getting tires and oil change here. I simply came for a oil change and a tire rotation. I was the third car there so I expected it to take some time(no problem). Oh and they dont have my oil so i have to drive to autozone and get the oil(so i did). THREE hours later i ask what is happening? They said they "finished the oil change it will take another hour for the tire rotation". They claim they had the other cars they were working on infront of me but fail to remember i dropped the car off and saw. 4 hours for a tire rotation and oil change is absolutely disgusting and should be free. They have changed their policy and you can only do the self checkout for 15 items or less. The cashiers are always super slow and half the time they expect you to pack your own groceries as well. I'm not standing in line for 15 minutes to serve myself. I usually come here when I need to pick something quick up because it is closer to my house than Target, but I will spend the extra 10 minutes to not have to come here anymore. It's Walmart okay, so my expectations are already low. I'm a reasonable person, and rarely leave reviews, but this experience was too "special" to not share. I waited at a glass case for an item to be retrieved from an employee. The button was pushed countless times to no avail. That whole half of the store was a ghost town employee-wise, but I still managed to spot one off in the distance. I run over and ask if she can unlock the case. She seems disgusted that I'm nicely making a request for her to do something other than aimlessly walking around, and replies with, "No, I don't have keys. You have to find someone else." Umm... okay. As it turns out, I'm IN LUCK! To the other side of the store, I spy 2 employees walking arm in arm cheerily! Hooray! My wait is almost over!! I politely ask if one of them is able to open the glass case for my one measly $10 item. Their reply back was, "We're off the clock!" Their heads whipped back around and they carried on their way without a worry in the world. Ya'll, I'm not even that old, a full generation away from being a boomer to be exact, but I felt "boomer-isms" permeating from my soul at that moment. Fortunately, a fellow customer (younger than I) shared my sentiments aloud, "This generation, ugh! Who even says that... 'I'm off the clock'... really!?! They don't make them like they used to!" Customer service is truly dead folks. Alas, my frustrations were nearing an end when someone finally arrives to open the glass case. However, they cannot hand me the $10 item. Instead, they tell me it will be up front when I checkout. I confirm that it will be up there no matter where I checkout, self-checkout or otherwise, and I am assured that it will be. You can probably take a stab in the dark at what happened next. Upon going to the checkout, nobody has the item. They are asking every cashier, sending out S.O.S. messages via walkie talkie, and still nothing. Perfect!! Just as I expected! But wait, what is that in the distance? The same employee that retrieved my item from the glass case is strolling along with my item. No urgency. And really, should I have expected anything otherwise? At least the unfortunate trip was finally over and my item was secured. If you've made it this far, I'm sorry. I'm sorry you had to go on this journey with me. It's time you won't get back, but so are the 30 minutes it took me to purchase 1 item. I'm also sorry to all of the other customers who will have to endure the poorly trained employees and disappointing management allowing this genuine circus to run as a "superstore". Secondly, the associate named Jackson was very attentive and took my car in right away and provided prompt professional service with a smile. I had an emergency and had to make a house key, after the automotive department was closed (where they make the keys). This was after 10 pm. So employee at the front door, called someone to meet me at the key machine in the automotive department. Shortly, a tall skinny man came and said, "You need a key made?" I said yes, "thank you so much for coming back here to make me a key, cos it is kinda an emergency". He made the 3 keys that I wanted, and they all worked perfectly. Not every WalMart makes keys by a live person. Some have a $4 key making kiosk, but I never use those cos it is too expensive, which it has an option to say "too expensive", when you void your transaction after inserting your key. This WalMart is well stocked. I returned some beach towels to this location without receipt, when other stores did not have the towel barcodes come up on their system, but this store did. So I was not stuck with the towels. I got their cost applied to the gift card. read more

Unsafe shopping environment. If you enjoy shopping in 90-100° weather with an AC that feels like it hasn't been cleaned, maintenance or replaced since the 80s, then you've come to the right place. It's so hot in here it's actually unbearable. Any other store isn't like this. I'm an Instacart shopper, I go to all the surrounding stores, yet for some reason Walmart stands out. went to walmart today to get my pool ready for the grandkids. needed to purchase some liquid chlorine , specifically the 2-pack because single bottles are $5.84 each and 2-packs are $10.28 . i have been watching their supply to see if they might go on sale, but their shelves were full of both singles and 2-packs. when i went today, the store took all the 2-packs and made them singles all across the display. like i said, i knew they had plenty of both a few days ago. since there we no 2-packs there, i decided to see if they would give me the 2-pack price if i bought in multiples of 2's. once at the checkstand , i noticed they did not ring up as a 2-pack price so i called the sales lady over to ask what's up. she said that they did not have the 2-pack all year yet and i told her that it was full just a few days ago. she said "oh" but would not give me the 2-pack price. i told her then just take it off my purchase, and just left. wouldn't you think that they would sell it to me for the 2-pack price rather than lose the sale? i guess she thought i was a fool, so it their loss. read more

The socks were locked up and the girl that came to unlock it, Every question I asked her she just glared at me and stayed silent. If she doesn't want to work with customers, she should get a different position. Then when I went to walk out of the store the old white lady who was checking my receipt told me ' you guys are bad at helping me' because I had three separate orders and two carts full of stuff she was sitting there for a whole minute scouring over the receipts , and Was asking me and my husband where specific things were on the receipt. I went to Walmart with my girlfriend and she ask me to get one more thing while she went to start checking out. The short fat lady named Tess who works there accused my girlfriend of stealing. Then continued to hover over us while we continued checking out until we left. If I would have confronted her she would've made me seem like the angry black man. So I called Human Resources but they didn't want to help. The fact she just assumed we were stealing because we African American is crazy. She couldn't even focus on her on job because she was worried about us stealing. She made it a horrific experience for me and my girlfriend. Someone should let Tess the Walmart employee that not all African Americans steal. I wish she was worried about her weight as much as she was worried about us stealing. This review is for the delivery. I started ordering groceries for delivery from this location since Sept. 2019, before covid. I haven't had to set foot in a grocery store for a major shopping since. The amount of time I've gotten back in my life is amazing. The annual fee for delivery turns out to be about $2 a week! Of course they occasionally make mistakes, but they always offer a refund if necessary. You can choose which items you want a substitution on or not. They provide a lot of communication via texts and email as to the status of your order. I can usually get same day delivery too. So worth it. read more

These clowns closed curbside pickup an hour before actual closing time without alerting customers on Christmas Eve. I arrived just after 5pm to see at least 3 vehicles receive their orders from Walmart employees. They just ignored me even though it's checked in on the app at least 30 minutes prior. Went inside after another 30 minutes waiting for assistance that never came, and nobody could help me get my order. Apparently curbside pickup is enchanted by a spell from a mystical wizard and once the wizard leaves the area, no one can break the enchantment to get to the orders. So I ended up shopping in store for one of the several items in my order since I needed it for Christmas Day. I also had COVID test kits in my order but couldn't access those without flagging down another employee, but I'd already wasted enough time and was missing Christmas dinner for this debacle. Figured I could just pick up my order the day after Christmas at some point. Fast forward to today, December 26th. They cancelled my pickup order because I hadn't picked it up without bothering to contact me at 11 AM. Unbelievably terrible customer service considering the only reason I couldn't get it on Christmas Eve was because they skipped out early. I've reported this to Walmart corporate and am waiting for a call from the store. If I ever get that call I'll update this review. read more
