The service is good, staff is friendly and seem competent and they are efficient. I had one of the employees come explain something they saw while doing my oil change,and I really liked that they took the time to do that. It does seem a little on the pricier side for synthetic vs pit stop was, but it's convenient and not excessively expensive. They offer a drink while you wait, which is nice too. I don't love the upsells. I'm sure it's part of what they are told to do. But from additives to additional services, they upsell a lot. They also don't hard sell, and if you say no there is no pressure. Overall, I've been happy with the service here and will continue to return for future oil changes,

I booked this appointment two days in advance for 1:30 pm wheel alignment had & dropped my car off early at 12:36 pm in case they could start sooner without expectations. From 1 pm till 2:47pm car sat in the parking lot untouched. Around 2 pm someone came over to offer coffee n' water & said thanks for your patience, we've had a tough day, but gave me no timeline. Whenn't even started yet, that I finally went to ask how much longer I was told the it alone takes about an hour, so I was looking at another hour on top of the two I'd already waited and hour from the appointment time. When I raised my concern, the front desk staff told me the appointment time isn't when service starts, it's just your drop-off time. That's not stated anywhere on their website or when booking. After more than two hours with no proactive updates I chose to leave & book with another shop. To the shop: this would've been a completely different experience if someone had simply told me up front that you were running behind & given me the choice to wait or reschedule. I would have rescheduled if that option had been offered honestly & early. Please train your team to flag delays proactively & add a note when booking that appointment times are drop-off windows. That one change would fix everything that went wrong here.

Kristian, William (who is actually Dillan, in Williams uniform :), Jacob and Alex on the bottom. Amazing customer service! I was in a rush, they welcomed me w/ big smiles and promised me a speedy, thorough service. They welcomed me to Eugene and amidst the auto recommendations, also had great recommendations for hikes and local attractions that I actually visited and loved! That experience alone led me to come back for my next oil change 3mos later... Visit #2: This time greeted again by Jacob, Dillan (formerly known as William, but now has his own, snazzy new uniform) Connor and Michael on the bottom. Same 5-star service, and I needed a few more services before a long drive to AZ. Love how these guys are always willing to quote extra services that they foresee you may need, and I didn't feel pressured at all (unlike some places that try to make you feel like you'll crash and die it you don't take their recommendations). In my case, transmission fluid looked like chocolate raspberry sauce, and I knew I needed a flush as well as the oil change. They ran a few more diagnostics and made a couple more suggestions before I jet off to AZ. I'll totally be coming back to do those before I go. This operation reminds me of a well-run, restaurant kitchen crew. If you've ever worked in a kitchen, it can get hectic. But everyone knows their role and amidst the all the activity, to the guest it's a seamless operation that produces amazing, delicious food that keeps you coming back. Worst mechanic experience I've ever had!! I brought my 2008 Honda Fit to this shop for a…read moretransmission swap. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely frustrating and left me with a damaged vehicle and significant out-of-pocket costs. I was originally told I would have my car back around 5 PM. Instead, I didn't get the car back until around 9 PM. When I picked it up, James the owner told me that the transmission fill bolt had not been properly tightened. During first test drive. and transmission fluid leaked out, he explained and then I got car back but I was also missing the transmission dipstick And had no idea. I drove approximately 40 miles home before realizing there was a serious problem. I ultimately had to have the vehicle towed back using my own AAA coverage. When I brought the car back, the missing dipstick was initially discounted as being the cause of the problem. I was then given an explanation involving another bolt that, according to the shop, had apparently been overlooked. My concern was that if that bolt had actually been loose and allowing transmission fluid to escape, there should have been evidence of that fluid loss at the time. When I picked up the vehicle that night, there was also a liquor bottle sitting next to the computer in the work area. I cannot say whether anyone had been drinking, so I'm not going to make that accusation, but given that my vehicle was being worked on and was returned several hours later than promised, it was concerning to see. Ultimately, I was only given $150 back. I was left with a transmission that had experienced problems after the installation, additional expenses, and the responsibility of getting the vehicle back to a condition I could trust. My biggest issue is that when something went wrong with work performed on my vehicle, I expected the shop to take responsibility and make it right. I don't feel that happened here. I'm posting this review because I want other owners and anyone considering a transmission replacement or for James to work on there car to know exactly what happened in my experience. I strongly recommend documenting everything, asking questions about the work performed, and thoroughly inspecting the vehicle before leaving the shop.
