It does seem a little on the pricier side for synthetic vs pit stop was, but it's convenient and not excessively expensive. They offer a drink while you wait, which is nice too. I don't love the upsells. I'm sure it's part of what they are told to do. But from additives to additional services, they upsell a lot. They also don't hard sell, and if you say no there is no pressure. Overall, I've been happy with the service here and will continue to return for future oil changes,
