The quality of service was fast and they knew what they were talking about. They also didn't force anything that you don't need. The price was pretty steep for an oil change but I needed to get it done. Have been going for years...they have always been cheerful, helpful, careful and have given me great advice for 2 different vehicles now. I really consider them to be my mechanic without having to be without my vehicle (I have gone to my mechanic with things they've told me about and they have been spot on). Sometimes they get very busy and there have been times when the company has moved people around, but I have never been disappointed when they "settled down". I would recommend HIGHLY!!! read more

After a service check by Lithia Jeep telling me my brake and differential fluids needed replacement, which I thought was wrong, I took my Jeep to Jiffy and the folks there ran a quick check and found nothing wrong, and fluids in great shape. On 2-22-24 my car died in O'Reilly's parking lot. Called road side assistance, tow will be there 60-90 minutes, Ok great. I called Mark the manager of Jiffy lube on 7th to let him know I'm having my car towed to his shop. He said, "Ok, I'll meet you there to put car in a bay, so it will be safe overnight. 75 minutes later, I call tow company for an ETA and was told, " your insurance cancelled that tow." Called insurance company, was told we didn't cancel. Well, can you set me up another tow? Yes, well let you know. Meantime, I've called 2 other tow companies, no results. Finally, Mark got B& R towing to come out, they arrived in 20 minutes, got me hooked up, towed and car safety tucked away The reason I'm writing this is, Thursday was Mark's scheduled day off, my first call to him was at 6:15pm, my car arrived at his shop at 10:10pm! That man waited for me, talked me through the anxiety & stress of being stranded with such calm and kindness. This man was a God send, and what an exempltory employee! read more

Went for a oil change and the $5 car wash Went through car wash, the arm on one of the scrub brushes broke my side mirror. They said they'd pay for it to be fixed. We really appreciate these guys. We showed up late on Saturday with a camper van conversion and nowhere else to stay. They let us keep the van locked up in the shop overnight while we stayed in a hotel and ate some local fair. This morning (Sunday) they gave us a quick run down of what they thought it would be/cost and we hung out at the local taco joint while we waited. MISTAKE ALMOST KILLED MY SON & JIFFY LUBE WON'T RETURN MY MESSAGE! I stopped in to have my daughter's oil changed before she headed down to San Francisco. They made a big deal of her VW Tiguan which is only two years old. Said they needed special oil and filter. I said fine. Well turns out they used completely the wrong oil filter, and some 800 miles later, my son almost had a fatal crash when the filter came loose, the oil hits the belt, causing it to come off and the power steering quit! This filter issue was validated by the local VW dealership. To make matters worse, I can't get a response from the Jiffy Lube Regional Manager. I guess the fact that both of my kids were put at risk, isn't a top priority for a returned email or call. I don't know what the certification requirements are, but I suggest finding a more reputable company. Mistakes happen when there are poor checks and balances. But a lack of response, action, and resolution is unacceptable on every level. I hope you will join me in sending a loud message by taking your business elsewhere. UPDATE: It's been 10 days with calls into Jiffy Lube corporate, regional managers, and the franchise owner in Eugene and we have had zero help from Jiffy Lube. Not one phone call. I had a tire blow out in my car kind of conveniently in front Jiffy Lube. I had been approached by all the employees there and told all of them that I had a tow truck on the way from Triple A. They told me, however, they could do my tires there on-site, which after being brought up 2 or 3 times, I reluctantly agreed to. While the service was fast and the staff was very kind, I was extremely overcharged for two front tires at $290 after discount. I'm a 22 year old girl who is broke, and doesn't know much about cars or tires. My boyfriend and I ended up reaching out to them shortly after my visit, and received a quote from Les Schwab for $170 which we brought to show the manager. He was flexible in lowering the price to $210, refunding $80 of what I had originally paid. We explained the situation to him, which he was receptive to. He seemed to agree that I had been charged a $50 fee "randomly" that shouldn't have been there. Not a great experience. I have had okay experiences in the past, but once again, I am told that I need this and that for my car when I am there for a simple oil change. My oil change costs $40-$50 less at Lube It USA. read more

This Jiffy Lube is the best! I've been going here for about a year now for regular maintenance and a/c issues. Today I took my car in because my a/c stopped working. They quickly figured out the problem that two mechanics in the past at other shops were unable to fix after spending $600. They offered to replace the part for around $200 or they told me how I could just bang on something in the car and the motor would start working again! And they didn't even charge me for what they did today. Every time I go they hook me up with discounts. All of the guys I've interacted with have been super nice and welcoming. Good service, friendly staff, the manager showed me my air filter was trashed and gave me a discount on a new one. Got my oil changed in 20 minutes. The only reason they did not get 5 stars is that one of the employees was very obviously sky high on methamphetamine, eyes bulging out of her skull, chewing her bottom lip and grinding her teeth in wild motions. The staff is "friendly," professional, and quick- almost to a fault. The service is so formulaic that you find yourself questioning whether you're dealing with real human beings. read more
