    Eggplant Parmesan

Came here for Valentine's Day dinner under a reservation I made earlier in the day. Overall the food and service were pretty average, but the ambiance is very cozy and nice after a day of walking around. We ordered eggplant Parmesan and clam linguini, and my main gripe would be that my eggplant was too saturated by sauce for my liking. The dessert was good, but I wouldn't say it tasted how you would expect "tiramisu" cheesecake to taste. Total for a salad, 2 entrees, a bottle of wine, dessert, and tip was $90

When in Walla Walla this is my go to Italian eatery, always freshly made pasta and traditional sauces and meatballs along with salads made with the freshest local ingredients and house made dressings! Chef Corie and her Staff prepare the fresh ingredients and everything is served timely to the table by Dehler, Karina and Brittani. Everything on the menu is delicious as you can mix and match your choice of pasta to several sauce choices. A wine and beer menu complement the food along with a dessert menu and coffee. Table service is prompt with indoor or outdoor patio seating available. Food may also be ordered To Go. Stop in and say Hi and enjoy dinner. A Local Family Restaurant !

Let's get the bad item out first. The chairs are very uncomfortable for anyone who is a bit larger than they should be. Fortunately the food made me forget about my chair. The bruschetta was amazing. Tasty oil and balsamic along with olives, tomatoes, garlic and more. Eight pieces for eight dollars and well worth coming in the door. You might say the menu is limited but we had linguini with marinera and meatballs, and alfredo and vodka sauce. Both were tasty and filling. We brought enough of each home for lunch. Wait staff were timely and friendly. The food was hot and the price was in a good range. We are not wine drinkers and we were to full for dessert. The photos on the wall were great. Make this a stop when in town.

First time going here. They have gluten free pasta! Nice outdoor seating area with fire pits on the tables and heaters in the tent. I got the gluten free pasta with the Vodka sauce. Sauce was delicious! Had the Prosecco with was great as well. My mom had the linguine with the pink sauce and my step dad got the chicken Alfredo. Everyone was happy with the meal and enjoyed the outdoor covered seating area.

Walking home, I swung by the Walla walla pasta factory. Got some pappardelle pasta with pink sauce and sausage. Goo golly this was good stuff, I appreciate the service and taste of this meal and will return again. Pasta factories should be a thing everywhere.

    Alfredo

I love this place. The Alfredo is sooo flavorful and delicious. Great service, nice family owned place with rly fresh taste. I like eating here, nice vibes and not too stuffy, a step above casual without being too much. Life hack: I like eating at home so I order just the Alfredo and it's very cheap and then I just make my own pasta. If I eat there though I literally bring my own Parmesan lol. Just because I love cheese. But yeah this place is great I also like the pink sauce for dipping the breadsticks.

Prosecco the wine list is mostly local & there is a large variety!

Finding a place to dine in tonight was pretty difficult, I walked into the Pasta Factory & got squeezed in for a very impressive dinner. Service 10/10, employees are so kind, your glass is never empty, and the atmosphere feels so comfortable. Nothing like a factory at all, so don't let the name stray you away! Feels like a small town family owned business with quality food that'll blow a lot of restaurants out of the water! I ordered the muscles & bread. Flavor & technique was spot on. My fiancé got the clams and fettuccini , noodles were very impressive (I'm super picky about how noodles are cooked) So cozy w all the heaters & the center table fire pits!

Menu browsing time brought on this happy smile. :)

I was in Walla Walla for business yesterday…read more I sell water stuff. There was already water in Walla Walla when I got there but thats not really how the business works. Had a very big day. Met with several people. Shook a lot of hands. Looked at some things. One guy had a map. By about 6pm I had done basically everything a businessman can legally do in one day so I decided to get dinner. Went to TMACS. Sat at the bar because I was by myself and sitting at a table by yourself makes it look like someone is coming. Nobody was coming. The lady gave me the menu. I told her I wasnt very hungry. She recommended the octopus. I said lets do it. I have always respected the octopus because it has 8 arms and still doesnt have a job. Octopus came out. Very good. Charred on the outside. Tender inside. Had some sauce and other things around it. I ate all of those too. At this point I was no longer hungry which had been the original goal. Then she asked what I wanted for dinner. This caught me off guard because I thought the octopus had counted. She recommended the bolognese. I said lets do that too. This is one thing I like about restaurants. You can just keep ordering. Bolognese came out and immediately became a serious situation. Big wide pasta. Rich meat sauce. Parmesan. Everything stuck to everything correctly. I dont know who invented bolognese but they understood that sometimes spaghetti needs more stuff on it. Very good. Halfway through dinner a glass broke. Everybody heard it. For about 2 seconds the entire restaurant became about the glass. Then it wasnt anymore. Incredible recovery. I talked to the staff quite a bit because I was at the bar and thats where they keep the staff. Very friendly people. One of the waitresses told me she had never been outside Walla Walla. I had just driven there from Bend Oregon. Between the two of us we had been to at least 2 places. I told her Bend is nice. She said Walla Walla is nice. We made a lot of progress. Then they started talking about the goat milk cheesecake. I reminded them I wasnt hungry. This information had not helped me earlier and did not help me now. Ordered the goat milk cheesecake. Very good cheesecake. I dont normally know what animal the milk came from when I eat cheesecake so it was nice having that information upfront. Goat did a great job. At this point I had eaten octopus, cow and goat in about 90 minutes. Basically toured the farm. Then I learned the restaurant was originally T. Maccarone's because the founder's actual last name is Maccarone. This guy was born with the last name Maccarone and opened a restaurant with pasta. Sometimes life tells you what to do. If his last name had been Hamburger this could have been a completely different place. Eventually they changed the name to TMACS which is much faster to say. Smart. I paid the bill. Everyone said goodbye. I walked back to my hotel extremely full even though I had entered the restaurant not hungry. That is a 100% increase in hunger elimination. I dont give investment advice but these are strong numbers. Excellent octopus. Excellent bolognese. Excellent goat cheesecake. Excellent staff. Glass situation resolved. Would recommend TMACS to anyone who is in Walla Walla and needs food. If you are not in Walla Walla you will need to get here first. 5 stars.

Your food is incredible, 10/10. A local inn made our reservations. We sat upstairs, Alex was our…read moreserver. His tenderloin was served rare as ordered. My chicken marsala was served without the menu-listed grilled baguette. I asked about that twice. Both times Alex shrugged it off saying maybe the kitchen had run out. Please note we are from California.and maybe things are done differently in Walla Walla? In California, when an item listed in a meal is unavailable, the server tells that to the customer and asks if they still want that menu item. We were not offered a discount. We were not provided with the grilled baguette or a substitute item. We were charged full price. Again, this is not how restaurants operate in California but maybe this is normal for TMACS? Your food is worth the price, but not if it isnt going to be served as represented on your menu. 10 points on the quality of your food, 2 points for misrepresenting your menu.

The pretzels appetizer was a couple of med 4"-5" pretzels with a couple dipping sauces that you choose. Then, they kept getting our orders incorrect. I wondered if it was because it was a loud environment and it was hard to focus on getting orders right or, it also seemed like they were understaffed for the large amount of people that was there. The food was pretty good but nothing to write home about. I had a huckleberry lemon drop which was really delicious (and surprisingly strong for a lemon drop!). Came here on a summer Saturday evening and while it was pretty crowded, there were still tables available and any wait times were very minimal.
