Very nice flavors and wonderful crust on the pizza. One of the best places I have been with such yummy pizza.

Good Pizza with a side of hypocrisy. They are happy to take your money....but water is NOT free! My friends and I were cleaning up after a candle light vigil for people (both American citizens and immigrants...all humans) who have been killed by the poorly-trained ICE agents. The night before names of all the humans killed by ICE were written in chalk by concerned citizens. We were cleaning up the chalk and ran out of water. We had bought a pitcher of beer, and are consistent customers....but were denied a bucket of water. The staff tried to give us water - but were denied by the owner. Pizza is good - but after this incident I will get my pizza elsewhere. read more

It was...okay. The place smells amazing, but the pizza didn't live up to the expectations. And what I thought was a slice of Hawaiian pizza was actually BBQ chicken. Imagine my surprise when instead of marinara, I tasted BBQ sauce. read more

What a beautiful restaurant! It has 2 levels. We got a private table for the 5 of us in a cool upstairs corner, all private. I enjoyed my cocktail and my grandson had the same drink as I did. Very tasty. Lovely place. We were visiting from Los Angeles and we tried many restaurants here in Walla Walla. Loved Sweet Basil! Food was great! read more

Sweet Basil Pizzeria is a great, friendly place to get a slice, a pizza, a calzone, or a salad. If you wait your turn long enough, you'll see the pizza maker throw up the dough to stretch it out. We got one slice of pepperoni and a slice of their cheese with ricotta. We also ordered the bra and Caesar salad. I was thrilled they had fountain Coca-Cola products, so I made my Coke Zero and cherry Coke mix. You order at the counter, and they give you a number and quickly bring you your food. The pepperoni pizza was OK, but I loved the cheese with ricotta on it the most. Baratta salad was our favorite of the two salads we got. We sat at a booth inside, where a TV was playing baseball. If you prefer outside, there's plenty of seating outside. read more

It's 2026, and the Trump administration has taken so many of our brothers and sisters from us. We held a vigil to honor the lives that have been lost. There was chalk on the sidewalk, and because of the new law against leaving chalk, we tried to do the right thing by cleaning it up afterward. We needed water to wash it away. Starbucks was happy to help. They filled our bucket and even gave us water to drink because it was so hot outside. Yamas was happy to help too. Then we stopped at Sweet Basil. I asked one of the employees if we could have some water, and they said yes. Before they could help, a woman came over and said no because they were "too busy" and could help us later that night. The funny thing is, they weren't busy. Later tonight? We needed the water then. We were already there. Needless to say, I won't be going back, even when all of this is over. Thankfully, there's plenty of pizza in this town. read more

Some of the best Pizza I've ever had! Great service and plenty of seating! Great ambiance!

Food Service Ambiance Nothing negative to say about this establishment! Pizza was soooo scrumptious!! we sat outside, and enjoyed the great weather to go along with our cheese slice, and Luau slice. It was so delicious, I ended up taking a couple of slices to go! Must go to spot for sure! read more

Nice easy and quick for a larger group. They could do 1/2 and 1/2 pizzas. Friendly young staff.

My go to place for lunch in Walla Walla. Love the Jalapeño pizza slices on Wednesdays. Even though by the slice, the crisp up the crust so not limp and soggy. Love all the slices. Great local beers on tap from Burwood. Always a favorite. Highly recommend! read more

The prices are just too high and the pizza is just okay. We paid about $20 for a 10 inch, two-topping pizza (when you add tip and tax). There was nothing special about the pizza and we (2 people) were still hungry when we finished it. read more

Really busy Saturday night downtown pizza place. We phoned in our order and they said it would be ready for pickup in 45 minutes. We showed up on schedule and by the time we paid for it they were slicing and boxing it. Both pizzas were thin crust and delicious as were the side salads. Bonus! They hand throw them, entertaining and fun. Wish we had stayed, but we took it home. read more

Dang this was the best pizza I've had in a long time. If you like NY style pizza you're gonna love this spot 6 stars if I could!

Some of their pizzas are alright but despite their "sometimes you need a hug and some pizza" sign, the vibe here isn't great. I don't generally eat pizza from chains so I expect to pay for good pizza by the slice or pie. However, the value and service are just okay. Sometimes the crust can't hold the toppings. I appreciate they have arugula and consistently offer both classic and unique combinations. read more

Via Doordash we two ordered an 18" Margherita pizza with added pepperoni. Pickup order. PIZZA: 3.5. Excellent thin crust. Fresh tomatoes and pepperoni were very good. No fresh basil - though there did seem to be some dried basil. SERVICE: 4.5. Very friendly and considerate when we picked up our pizza. Note that it is possible to modify a menu item when ordering via Doordash by using the comment dialog box when ordering: we asked that pepperoni be added "if possible", and that we would pay the extra charge. We received the acknowledgement of our order, at which time the cost of the added pepperoni was charged to us. (The online menu did not provide the cost of modifications.) read more

Don't take my 6/10 as saying the food is bad. It's not. There's just several issues I have elsewhere. They make great, unique, high quality pizza. They even sell it by the slice. (I didn't check the per-slice price, so I can't vouch for it being a good deal.) They have Wi-Fi, or at least, I have the password. I can't remember if that's common knowledge. They take a little bit to get the pizza out, which isn't an issue, but with everything else, it kinda lowers my rating. While they are making it fresh, and it can be somewhat busy, it just seems a bit longer than I'd expect. But I could be being too harsh. Here are my real criticisms. I wasn't extremely satisfied with the customer service. It wasn't bad, but it was very specific, and not a type I like. I guess. It's not run-down inside or anything, but I feel like it just exists. There's no atmosphere to enter into. But there is table service, which is nice. But overall, I think people like this place enough to keep coming back. Which is good, because the food is excellent and unique. I have no REAL problems with this place. I just think it's my dislike of pizza in GENERAL, that tears this down to such a low rating. (Although, this may not be SO beloved in town. I don't know. I just know the people that I knew from the university, didn't go maybe...ever?) read more

Delicious! Whatever your pizza flavor preference, Sweet Basil Pizzeria has an option for you! From basic pepperoni to more eccentric flavors like pesto (pickle is even a new flavor?!), this restaurant's variety makes it a perfect stop for any group. The flavors are delicious, and the option to buy pizza by the slice is great! The employees were friendly and the service was quick. I don't have any current complaints read more

I love this place! My favorite part is the individual slices of pizza; it's perfect for when you're craving pizza but you don't want to completely lose control by buying a whole one and potentially eating the whole thing. I would usually get the margarita pizza and it was so good. Thin crust, great ratio of cheese to sauce and lots of flavor. The cheese bread is amazing and the salads are too! There is also a great selection of beer and wine. Good prices and they have pizza slice punch cards. read more

It was ok. Nothing special and service barely existed.. Stopped in for a slice, 5 people working, nobody else in line. They all looked at me and kept doing other things. Finally guy tossing dough asked girl to wait on me. Asked for slice and she rung me up. Then within a minute or so she drops slice next to me and walks away. It was way too quick to even see the inside of the oven. Sure enough lukewarm. Super thin crust but tasted fine. Nothing special. read more

Spent $60 for TWO pizzas... and extremely disappointing pizzas at that. Very over priced and not sure where everyone was eating at for all of these good five star reviews but it surely couldn't have been here. The margherita pizza was a complete te joke. read more

Slices ready to go when you get there which is nice. We do need in and had a pie made for us. Not too much, just enough. Sauce was a bit thick but we liked the thinner crust. Not super thin but not too much. Good crafts beers available. Not much ambience but not a deal breaker at all. We were hungry for pizza and was hoping for something a bit more intimate. All good though. Pizza came out pretty quick and staff was friendly and attentive. read more

Here on a work trip and was recommended to stop in. Had their special loaded baked potato pizza and it did not disappoint! The slice and caprese salad was delicious and at a really fair price. We got our salad first and after a bit of a wait, queried about the pizza. It was busy and our slices had gotten forgotten (no big deal, worth the wait) and we were offered a free slice to go to make up for it. Service was over the top, and I will absolutely be back my next visit. read more

I went in to get a pizza during the parade of lights going through downtown WW and it was super packed in there, so I was considering going somewhere else. However, upon walking in I could see how efficient they were pumping out pizzas, so I decided to stay. Ordered and paid very quickly and then waited for my pizza. Considering how many people were in queue before me, I was very pleased with how fast mine came out. It was seriously like watching the OG Henry Ford Assembly line. Idk, I seldom write reviews, but as someone who's been in the service industry for ~10 years, it warms my heart to see a team so competent and friendly. 10/10, great pizza per usual. read more

Excellent. Just had the cupped pepperoni and hot honey. Fantastic. Barstool would give it a 8.0

Excellent pizza , the granddaughter and myself really enjoy spending lunch together service was excellent and very prompt

The pizza at this store tastes great but it is about $25-30 per pizza and the service is slow. My last two internet orders took 20 and 25 minutes longer to prepare than the estimate meaning it takes about 40 minutes to an hour to prepare a pizza. Even a short drive home and the pizza is already cold maybe due to timing of the oven, service delays, and the low quality boxes used. For $30 each pizza, the service should be better than it is. read more
