Usually everything is good, but they are not consistent. If you order the same pizza 4 times in a row it'll be different each time. Sometimes better, sometimes worse. I've had the sandwiches here before and liked them. Last time it was crap with hardly any toppings. I don't get those anymore. I still go here as they have some great specials and the pizza is good. I'd be really curious as to whom actually owns this dominos franchise and whether any listed delivery fee is simply an extra service fee that the store collects but is not paid to the driver. How much, per hour, does the delivery driver actually get beyond tips? As consumers we don't always think of this, but it is a key question with regards to how we choose to spend our money. How many of you expect your delivery fee to go towards the driver? I'd assume most of you, but that is not always the case. Some transparency would help bring this rating up from a 1 to something higher, but I'm not cool with paying Mr. Ownseverything extra money for no reason versus paying the people actually doing their job. Being able to finance a franchise does not equate to deserving more money from every day customers. We've got local Mom & Pop shops that serve better pizza. read more

I am a commercial driver and have stopped here on numerous occasions for work, staying overnight at a hotel since my cab does not have a sleeper berth. I've tried different restaurants and food joints in the area that is a decent enough walking distance from my hotel or offers delivery in Walla Walla, but no place compares in quality than Domino's. The drivers are amazing and timely, the food is never over/undercooked, and I always get what I ordered. Keep up the good work! read more

We placed an order at 11:30. When we got to the window at 11:45 we asked if they could add some food to our order considering the fact that they closed at 12:00. Being able to order online or via my phone has made life so much easier. You are not put on hold, and you can see all your coupons and specials in one place, and choose based on that. Love the 50% off pizzas after 9 p.m. However, I am getting tired of being charged for sauce we never get. We have to ask every time. i've been ordering from this dominoes pretty often for the past few years when i'm in school, and i always feel like they make my pizza with love. everything is always hot and they never skimp on toppings, and it usually arrives pretty quickly. this is my favorite dominoes by far and when i order dominoes in other places i am always disappointed because their pizzas never compare to the high quality pizzas and desserts that this dominoes consistently delivers. would give more than 5 stars if i could read more

Don't know how good food is as after hour and 15 minutes the food never showed up though it was promised in 45 minutes. When we called they denied ever getting our order though I talked to same person and manager. No apologies. Made me sad but we went to a restaurant and had a good meal. read more
