Tonight we tried Big Cheese Pizza because it looked like one of those true local hidden gems... and it absolutely delivered. The vibe is exactly what you hope for in a hometown pizza spot: small dine-in area, nostalgic arcade games, an air hockey table, and genuinely friendly staff who make you feel welcome the second you walk in. Most people seemed to be grabbing takeout, but we stayed and ate there -- because fresh pizza is the best pizza! We ordered the classic pepperoni pizza, the garlic cheese bread, and the Royal Hawaiian pizza -- and everything was fantastic. The garlic cheese bread disappeared embarrassingly fast, the pepperoni pizza nailed that perfect classic pizza flavor, and the Royal Hawaiian was the perfect balance of sweet, savory, and cheesy goodness. The pizza is reasonably priced and unreasonably delicious. Fresh, flavorful, perfectly cooked, and the kind of place that makes you start planning your next visit before you've even finished the first slice. Big Cheese Pizza is exactly the kind of locally-owned restaurant people should support. Well done, Big Cheese Pizza! read more

Very quick and friendly. Great price pizza. Has a nice little seating option with some games. Also has a reward system which is nice to be able to work your way up to getting free stuff/discounts. Appreciate coming here. read more

Great pizza and amazing garlic ranch. Italian breadsticks are always a must. Staff is super friendly and quick to serve.

Yeah this is the most consistent pizza spot in town. They have great salads too. When we have large parties and need 10 or more pizzas - this is our go to spot. They are hot, fresh and tell you when your pizza will be ready for pick up. They have it down to a science. Their price point is hard to beat. So an easy 5 stars. Taste, Price, Consistency, & Service. read more

Great pizza! I get the "Meatzza" loaded with meats and cheese, good stuff! Also, their garlic ranch did is top notch!

I was out in Walla Walla with my brother for some business and decided to try Big Cheese for some lunch and let me tell you I (we) were not disappointed. When you first walk in you are hit with the look of an old school weekend pick-up pizza night joint. A few tables were inside for some quick bites with a few games for the young ones. Very friendly employees. As for the pizza and the cheese bread, I don't even know where to begin. With what we ordered it it could have fed probably 4 if not more people. The pizza had the perfect amount of cheese and was cooked just to perfection, as for the bread... oh my! The bread was so cheesy and gooey... Just delicious... I definitely will be going back when I'm in town again or even just to make the special trip for some good (great) pizza. read more

Fresh ! Tried the Mexican pizza and the veggie with garlic ranch .. very pleased ! Nice staff and reasonable price read more

Salad was big enough to be a meal by itself. With 4 people, we took almost a whole pizza home. They have a couple of tables outside and about 5 tables inside. Employees are very friendly. This is a very casual restaurant with a few games you can play, including air hockey. Just remember, if you are dining in, they do not have plates. All of our food was very hot, except the salad, and very delicious. This family run pizza place puts all of the chains to shame. read more

No paper plates, no cups for drinks and the worst part, they have no restrooms available for paying customers My 82 year old mom had to hold it until we ate our pizza out of the box, That's bad business!!! read more

Made me pay for a pizza to use the bathroom not impressed in the quote unquote customer service and lack of concern for a grown man about to piss himself read more

Always polite and friendly Good food at an affordable price. Family friendly Clean bathrooms read more

Love that they support our community youth with fundraisers. The pizza is good too. And the fact that they offer a decent gluten free crust/pizza option is wonderful! read more

The prices for pizza and salad are very reasonable. The single salad feeds 2 adults with some leftover. The larger size probably feeds the whole neighborhood. This is our "go to" place when we want to pick up a quick pizza "to go." (See what I did there?) My six-year-old grandson loves their air hockey table. So it's a special treat to dine in too. read more

Ok. Just a standard pie. Good for what it is. Service was great and polite. I'd eat here again

Ordered the Canadian bacon and pineapple was supposed to have tomatoes on it also,,, didn't have them also ordered 2 garlic ranch on the side didn't get and was charged 4.12 cents for two, they don't have parmesan packs The pizza was like warm when I got it , I left the driver with a five dollar tip I paid in cash and got a embarrassing -$0.58 cent discount ,,, not the same Big Cheese it used to be ,,, poor quality food ,,, I called back to let them know I didn't get my ranch which yes I should of noticed befor hand that I didn't have it and all they could say was I'm sorry for the mistake ,, I can credit your phone number for the next time, but being said I was visiting at the address that I gave them to be delivered,,,,also told them I'm a big foodie yelper you will not get a good review ,, the person on the phone didn't seem to give a shit!!!!! So for a medium pizza with out what was supposed to be Was not a good deal for me tonight 2/07/2025 Hope they get better 19.68 cents was a donation from me for a crappy pizza ,,, come on BIG CHEESE you USE TO BE GOOD!!!!!! They are amazing supporters of our community, great garlic ranch, best big stixx, our go to place for pizza.

Solid pizza. Its not quite as nice as it used to be, but its still solid. Good pricing and quick service too. Defintely a solid value.

A little inconsistent, but when they hit, they hit right. The pizza is a normal, greasy pie, and there's nothing wrong with that! Service has always been good. They do charge a service fee if you pay with a credit card, and they don't do a good job letting you know that. It is posted, but not in a spot you'd think to look, and your cashier won't tell you unless you ask. Not a great place to sit at. No plates. Just a sheet of paper. Good place to grab pizzas for a party or a lazy night. Or whenever you feel like that "gut bomb" craving. read more

Our favorite thing at big cheese pizza is the calzones best in Walla Walla! We love to support big cheese pizza because they are so generous in the community. I first tasted them when they donated pizza to the MomCo. read more

Came in today and wow I felt so unwelcomed. As soon as I pulled in there were two girls at the register staring me down from inside the restaurant. A little odd but it's okay. When I walked in I wasn't greeted and instead the looks continued. As my boyfriend and I went to pay it turned into dirty looks directed at him. I don't know why the atmosphere was like this I have never had a poor experience here but these two girls made it an uncomfortable place to be in. read more

Amazing! The owners are so kind & ministry oriented. Had my 1st slice at The MomCo at Blue Mountain Church and then saw how they supported several local organizations with food and $$. It's now my family's favorite! read more

I prefer their pizza sauce to other places in town. However, their thin crust pizza was not crispy at all. Rather yucky. Their regular crust is much better. Veggies pizza is good. read more

Love the garlic chicken! They do so much for the community and are always supporting local groups like The MomCo!

Pizza is honestly so good for the money! I don't know how they get it so cheap but keep the quality so high! If you are wanting Pizza Hut or Dominoes I would say for the same money if not less pick Big Cheese instead! read more

Love their chicken bacon ranch gluten free pizza! They have supported our MomCo bi monthly meetings during the school year and we all look forward to a warm meal waiting for us without having to prepare it ourselves! Big Cheese is the best!! Tastes delicious and I appreciate all the support they show to the community as well! Especially to our busy Moms of Preschooler's Group (MOPS) where they donate pizza for dinner twice a month. SO AWESOME! read more

WARNING! DINING HERE OR EATING THIS GARBAGE CAN BE CONSIDERED A NASTY EXPERIENCE! First game of the world series so I thought I would order delivery to my motel room. After reviewing Yelp, food delivery in Walla Walla is scarce so I took a chance and did something against my best judgement and ordered from a "lowly" 3 star purveyor of food and immediately LOST my appetite! My first clue was when I asked for packets of red peppers and Parmesan and was informed they don't offer Parmesan cheese! In Retrospect, I rank this food experience as in the bottom 5 worst food experiences in my 65 years of being a road warrior, traveling salesman's life! Just hope I dont get sick in a few hours as this food was not cooked! The Big Cheese Pizza yelp reviews are all over the board based on which employees are working and I tonight I definitely struck out! I feared this result but defended that fear as being "hungry" and motivated to not leave the TV set for the ball game. I ordered the thin crust medium supreme described as "crispy" and received the soggiest, nastiest, greasiest, medium blob of under-cooked dough that you could ever imagine putting in a pizza carton! How is greasy & doughy ever described as crispy? Never again will I eat pizza in this town! If you like quality prepared pizza as described, this is not your place! I threw over half my $20 purchase out as totally inedible! You have been warned, from my experience, trust me that this is really poorly prepared pizza! As you can see by my over 400 reviews, I rarely give a one star rating to any business but in this case the quality rating is lower then a zero! The bottom of the pizza box was saturated in grease and stuck to my desktop from the nasty under cooked ingredients! Let the buyer beware, it could possibly be fatal! I will update if I need hospital assistance! read more

Took the hole family to walla walla to visit family. Needed to feed the kids quickly before they got hangry. Called in three pizzas. Picked up 20 minutes later. Price was very fare and the pizza was great. Thanks Big Cheese! Wish I had taken pics. read more

First time here. Menus no prices, screens with specials or pricing off. Ordered a slice of cheese pizza and soda. Found out from person behind me about lunch special, wanted to change but girl at counter didn't want to or didn't know w how to change the order. It literally was just adding breadsticks. The pizza had No flavor. Breadsticks were good with ranch sauce . I'm gonna have to disagree with slogan. read more

You're not going to get world class pizza, but it's cheap, large helpings and they have a drive thru. You can feed a large family (3 teenage boys) for under $30 and still have leftovers. It's standard issue greasy pizza. We order from there at least every other week...not proud to admit that's it's sometimes more than that! Perfect for days you just don't want to cook. read more

Hands down the best gluten-free and cauliflower crust I've ever had on a pizza. Super competitive prices considering larger portions and far higher-quality food than chain places. Honestly should be charging more. As someone not usually a fan of ranch, the garlic ranch is fantastic. read more

It would be so easy to be ultra-critical with Big Cheese. It certainly isn't going to be the best pizza you've ever had. It's safe to say it won't even crack your Top 10 list. Service tends to be average at best more often than not. Some menu items are bad enough to be something you'd see at a greasy spoon in a town of 50 (I'm looking at you salad and chicken wing options) Big Cheese fills a need in this town. Other than 1-of-maybe-3 other pizza places in town, Big Cheese is that local, family owned place that focuses on delivery, take-out and massive value-to-portion ratio. A pizza place like this is always a must in a smaller city, and really, Big Cheese does it well. The value is there. Portions are great. Lots of cheese, lots of sauce, lots of food. Prices are spot on and their daily and weekly specials for takeout and delivery can compete with the big chains for sure. Flavors are decent. I've had much, much worse in pizza. And really, I'm kind of a fan of a couple of their "gourmet" pizzas (with emphasis on the taco pizza) and their sub/calzones. I've never had a problem with delivery yet, and that's important in a town with literally 3-4 delivery options. Always prompt, friendly and hassle-free. Big Cheese does what it needs to do in Walla Walla. They will continue to be successful if they keep their standards up without any healthy competition. read more

I've seen it first hand that they make their pizza WITHOUT GLOVES and I literally saw the manager make a pizza with no gloves then proceed to answer the phone and touch the filthy looking computer. No cleanliness whatsoever. I don't care if they have a good pizza, that is absolutely disgusting! read more

"I keep eating more pizza hoping that the next slice is going to be good." "How's that working out for you?" "Not well." Pretty average as far as pizza goes. Inexpensive, plentiful, fast, present at any social gathering at which one is expected to provide food, what with this being Walla Walla and all. But the pizza is still pretty average. Bonus half-star because I played Bubble Bobble there for a minute and a half while we were picking up food for a get-together. There are specials every few weeks, and I guess that's a selling point provided one wants additional average pizza. I don't know anything else about the Big Cheese menu, aside from the fact that the flour is supposedly high in protein and that the crust is kind of gooey and failed to endear itself to me. The pizza reminds me a fair amount of a point in my life when I was really into that kind of thing (maybe 1992-1995), but now I'm either too much of a curmudgeon or just too hard to please. read more

Apparently Walla Walla doesn't know what good pizza taste like. Take my advice go across the street to the grocery store and buy your own frozen pizza of your choice. It will taste better and you'll get more for your money. We had no idea the "chicken Cesar" would be canned chicken on lettuce with packets of dressing. Wow just wow read more

Good, cheap pizza for those days you don't want to cook. Compared to Little Ceasars... It is better. The bread sticks lack in all that I hoped for though. The Mexican pizza was pretty good, a little dry... Needed some hot sauce to wetten the chew a bit. read more
