The prize for losing on trivia night!! :) It was a blast!
Ramona S.

Delicious food and friendly service! We happen to show up on trivia night. So our party of five jumped in and had a great time. The pizza is especially good, the crust apparently is locally famous. I believe it! Well worth to stop.

Quirk has a really good selection of bevvies to whet your whistle. They have IPAs, Stout, ciders, etc... but they also have some Wine too! They don't make wine, but if you are more of a wine person, they offer wine too. So... they aren't just a beer place. They are so much more! Quirk lets you do a sampler tasting so my mom and I tried 3 beers and 2 ciders. The surprising one for me ... the Kolsch! I've had this style by other folks... and I hate it. Quirk's Kolsch however... I found quite enjoyable. It wasn't the funky, harsh, weird after-tasting kind like I had experienced at other places. Theirs is smooth, light and quite delightful. I now stand corrected that I don't hate all Kolsch. Thank you, Quirk for educating me. The 2 ciders we tried were quite tasty too! I really liked the drier one, Fuji Cider. It was not very sweet, it had an apple essence and you could tell you were drinking a cider with alcohol. The Honey Pear Cider was sweeter... more like a fizzy soda so it was dangerous to drink because I could easily pound a few of those and not realize the alcohol content. BONUS: They have a Mexican food truck on-site (Agapa's) serving up homemade eats that are handcrafted with care. Their tortillas are not the regular thin, flimsy store-bought kind. They are Homemade! So good! My mom and I weren't super-duper hungry so we shared the Huarache (I'm sure I didn't spell that correctly.) It's like a Tostada. Quite tasty and filling. All in All... a great spot at the Airport District so I highly recommend you stop in either on your way in or out from the airport.

Great beer, great service. Would have given 5 stars, but the food truck was not open, but on…read morewebsite, says it was open. Had to leave after one beer to get something to eat. Back yard would be a nice area to hang out on a cooler day.

I have been to the town of Palouse before but for some reason it escaped my attention that there…read morewas a brewery here. So on a recent trip to southeast Washington I made my way north to make sure that I paid a visit here. I had three different beers from this brewery by the time it was said and done and to be honest I felt it was a hit and miss experience with the beers. The first one I had was their Chili Lager. I was under the impression this would have some heat to it or at least have a peppery taste to it but unfortunately I was not really able to find any of that. The beer was okay but I felt like that this beer didn't have it's own unique personality or flavor profile of it's own. The next beer we had was a Kolsch. This one was better for sure but... just not quite as good as other Kolsch beers I had in the past but it did have it's own signature. Flavors to detect in this beer are a maltiness, a bit of fruitiness, sweetness and a clean finish. The body of the beer is smooth. The next beer is what we liked the most out of the three. That one was the Wild Mild British Mild. This one definitely had a personality of it's own and was tasty and a fun beer to drink. The elements in the flavor profile are maltiness, a slight amount of bitterness and a tad of sweet. It was very well balanced and would be the one I'd recommend out of the three. The staff here were super nice and pleasant to talk with and definitely helped raise the review to four stars.

I love this place! Their cheesecurds are fantastic and I've never had a bad cocktail! Such a nice…read moreplace to sit out in the summer.
