We landed at Walla Walla airport at 1pm (left the house at 5:30am) so we were hungry and thirsty. Lo and Behold! Quirk is Open and has a Great Food Truck - Agapa's serving up Yummy Eats! Quirk has a really good selection of bevvies to whet your whistle. They have IPAs, Stout, ciders, etc... but they also have some Wine too! They don't make wine, but if you are more of a wine person, they offer wine too. So... they aren't just a beer place. They are so much more! Quirk lets you do a sampler tasting so my mom and I tried 3 beers and 2 ciders. The surprising one for me ... the Kolsch! I've had this style by other folks... and I hate it. Quirk's Kolsch however... I found quite enjoyable. It wasn't the funky, harsh, weird after-tasting kind like I had experienced at other places. Theirs is smooth, light and quite delightful. I now stand corrected that I don't hate all Kolsch. Thank you, Quirk for educating me. The 2 ciders we tried were quite tasty too! I really liked the drier one, Fuji Cider. It was not very sweet, it had an apple essence and you could tell you were drinking a cider with alcohol. The Honey Pear Cider was sweeter... more like a fizzy soda so it was dangerous to drink because I could easily pound a few of those and not realize the alcohol content. BONUS: They have a Mexican food truck on-site (Agapa's) serving up homemade eats that are handcrafted with care. Their tortillas are not the regular thin, flimsy store-bought kind. They are Homemade! So good! My mom and I weren't super-duper hungry so we shared the Huarache (I'm sure I didn't spell that correctly.) It's like a Tostada. Quite tasty and filling. All in All... a great spot at the Airport District so I highly recommend you stop in either on your way in or out from the airport. read more

Great beer, great service. Would have given 5 stars, but the food truck was not open, but on website, says it was open. Had to leave after one beer to get something to eat. Back yard would be a nice area to hang out on a cooler day. read more

Beer is ice cold and the IPA I had was yummy. The nearby food cart was fantastic. I had a vegetarian dish that had corn and was so well seasoned. Perfect combo. read more

On a recent wine weekend to Walla Walla, we wanted a break from the wineries and some live outdoor music. First visit to Quirk and we were impressed. The POG Hazy IPA was excellent, so much, I had to have 2. My wife isn't a beer drinker but they have guest cider on tap and she really enjoyed the Freewater Fuji cider. They have outdoor seating in front and back - in the back, there some very talented sisters from Oregon performing - very rustic furniture, but good enough or you can sit on the grass. Good crowd out front too but unfortunately the food truck was just shutting down at 8 so we missed out. Nice spot to hang out read more

Walla Walla indeed has some very good breweries! And Quirk Brewing was indeed one of them! The taproom was fairly busy and there was quite a bit of hustle and bustle. Steve and I got a couple of beers here all in which were very good. I got an excellent raspberry hibiscus beer here which was highly enjoyable to drink. As Steve and I often are we were on a tour of the different breweries in the area so we couldn't focus on too many of the beers Quirk had to offer here but we enjoyed what we had. I really liked the t-shirts they sold here with their brewery logo. I got a black t shirt with kind of an explosive white image that said Quirk Brewing in the middle. I was excited to wear the shirt but after just one wash and one afternoon of wearing the shirt started getting holes in it. So in that regard the shirts in this style at least aren't very well made. I still have the shirt and will sew up the holes to give it a more used look even though it was only one afternoon of real use... which was just hanging out at breweries in Oregon. Lol read more

Amazing spot, amazing beer! The owners are wonderful and the staff they hire reflect that! One of my favorite places on earth!

This is easily the most innovative brewery in the area. For such a small place, it's amazing the amount of variety they have on tap. Not everything is going to be to your taste, but they get the basics right and do a lot of interesting styles (Belgian, tart/sour, funky IPA, Saison) and the experimental stuff as at least interesting, and often great. Location is a bit out of the way near the airport, but that means most people there WANT to be there and didn't just stumble in while wine tasting downtown. Also check out the Mexican food cart adjacent to the building. They share a courtyard, and it's probably the best Mexican food you're gonna have south of Tri-Cities! read more

After a lot of wine tasting in the area, I knew my man crush needed a beer - STAT. All of the locals pointed to Quirk and I can see why. Not too far out of the way, but at the airport and easy to get to. It was a hot day and we both needed something refreshing. Right away I could see they had a great selection to choose from and the tap room itself was busy with people in and outside*** (MEXICAN FOOD ALERT). Right away we were greeted and given several samples. I was instantly in love with Ginger Lemograss Saison....refreshing and almost resembling a Lemon Shandy if you will and my man loved the Crack in the Wall IPA. We were instantly drawn outside to the patio where there are several tables...corn hole and wait for it..................A trailer that serves mexican food with table service. How can you not love this combination? The menu is short and sweet - but fresh and authentic. If I could guess an experienced Mama Rosa was working away inside that trailer serving awesome taco goodness. Quirk is a must for a great beer experience and the food truck was an added bonus. We love Quirk! The beers here have complex flavors and they always have a diverse selection. Quirk definitely has a beer for everyone! And also, the taco truck is AMAZING. Wait to visit until after COVID! The worker behind the bar was rude and high strung about our masks, ours were on, but yelling at us when we sampled each other's drinks, all the while the owner sat at a table without his mask on. We've been wine tasting all day without a problem, wearing masks, respecting rules and being treated with respect. Not dissing the owner at all, but the guy behind the bar could use a beer! I hate to mess up their average but that's how it Gose......to be honest they are a solid 4.5. Very unique beers. Seriously two Grizettes on tap when I was there. I didn't love their ipa's or pales but the Grizette. ...crazy good. Also taco food cart outside is awesome. I'll return next time I'm in town. read more

This place is fantastic it's my new favorite beer spot. It offers a wide variety of high quality beers my favorites are the double IPA and chocolate raspberry nitro stout. The tap room was set up with purpose and offers a nice comfortable chill atmosphere to drink the beer in. They also will fill growlers and when they're open they have an adjacent taco truck and seating to get food out. Truly a great experience. read more
