We had a fantastic experience with takeout from Fiasco during our Walla Walla wine weekend. Everything we ordered was delicious and paired perfectly with the wines we brought back to the house. The garlic fig pizza was amazing and definitely the standout for our group, but the margherita and pepperoni with hot honey were also excellent. The mushroom bruschetta was super flavorful, and the large salads were fresh and generous. We ordered enough food for 8 people and everyone ate really well for around $130, which felt like a great value. The takeout experience was easy, food traveled well, and honestly it ended up being one of our favorite meals of the weekend. Highly recommend if you're visiting Walla Walla -- especially if restaurant reservations are full and you want a relaxed dinner back at your hotel or Airbnb with a good bottle of wine. read more

This place is hustling and bustling. I went in with a large group (had a reservation) and had fantastic service. The food and drinks came out quicker than I expected with how busy it was. The drinks are amazingggg although we did have one person in our party that was under 21 and his options were limited or extremely pricey for being nonalcoholic. We got a couple of appetizers and several pizzas and all we fantastic. You cannot do substitutions on signature pizzas which I'm sure some people will find as a bummer but with so many options there is something there for everyone (or you can make it). A BOUGIE pizza place? Yep! But is it also good? also yep! Everything that I've ever ordered here is always presented so nicely. The chef(s) really cares about how the food is presented. Deeper than that, the food is also of course very delicious. While a pizza place, their appetizers are very filling and yummy. For appetizers, we ordered their Mushroom Bruschetta, and Salt-Fired Fingerling Potatoes. Both were amazing--the house-made focaccia was flavorful and soft! Pizzas were great. I have tried several over a few visits to this place and even the oddest pairings--like their pepperoni and hot honey--were delicious! We enjoyed a fig jam, and chicken and rosemary pizza for dinner, with two tiramisu options for dessert. Additionally, we tried two cocktails and wine. All of our food and drink options ended up being awesome! Service was fantastic, and we loved the bar seating where we could watch the pizzas be made in front of us. We started with three pizzas but ended up ordering a fourth, which was plenty for our group. We tried both red and white sauces; personally, I enjoyed the red sauce more than the white. The restaurant design is beautiful, with a wood-fired pizza oven at the center of the room behind the counter, where the pizzas are assembled. The pizza crust is delicious, not too thin, and not too thick. There are lots of options for toppings, including fresh vegetables and vegan cheese, but if you want spicy sausage and Mama Lil's Peppers, they have that too! We were still enjoying our after dinner wine and were told we needed to leave because the table was needed for a reservation - we had only been there a little over an hour. 2nd visit: seated right away, (a date with my grandson). the service was good. it was quite busy on friday night. we got there and only 2 seats open at the counter bar area so we took those. it would've been an hour wait if we didn't do that. i recommend doing a resy if friday or sat night. the food was good once we got it. the crust was a little wimpy but that must've been because of the honey but i like a little bit more firm crust. the ambiance was very good. the decor was quite nice and it was unique. read more

Amazing! We came in from a road trip. Needed gluten free options and they nailed it. Everyone in our party enjoyed the pizzas they got. Perfectly wood fired and full of flavor with real ingredients. If you're looking for real pizza then this is the spot! My wife said that it was the best gluten free crust she has ever had. The regular crust pizzas were amazing. Cooked to perfection and served in a timely fashion. We even ordered another pep as we were going through the original order and the second order came up with quickness. They don't offer fountain drinks but have bottled coke as an option if you're needing that fizz. The fingerling potatoes with that Parmesan cream sauce was a great starter as well. The extra sauce I even used with my crust when the pizza came out. If we are ever in the Walla Walla area again, we will definitely be looking at fiascos as one of our main options. We enjoyed the Bianca Rose pizza, the brussels sprouts, two Housemade, sodas, and the oven roasted brownie. Our server Briana was friendly, attentive, and helpful. I am allergic to dairy from cows milk and the first time I went they allowed me to sub out normal cheese for goat. I was willing to pay more too, and the pizza was pretty good. Tired to order again from the same hostess and she said that they cannot do any substitutions. I told her that the last time I got pizza the owner said they could sub the goat cheese because I have a food allergy. She relayed that the chefs would not accommodate the request and sighted their no substitution policy. But she said that they could make the pizza with no cheese and serve a plate of cold goat cheese on the side... Don't understand the logic there, you think a new business would want to have as many customers. Honestly the best pizza is at Pasatiempo. They gladly made modifications for my allergies, serve pizza topped with local vegetable and high quality ingredients. We had been driving to Waitsburg for their pizza and so we're very happy they moved to WW. We've ordered many different pizzas and have never been disappointed. Their fresh pizza dough is very tasty. My husband and I stopped here for a late dinner while on vacation last week because the pasta/pizza place that had been recommended to us by someone we know in the area was no longer open, but our minds (and stomachs) were still set on finding some good pizza. Fiasco to the rescue! Our server (unfortunately, I've forgotten her name) was extremely personable, attentive, and apologetic about the heat and took great care of us throughout the evening. I enjoyed the proximity of the kitchen and being able to watch the cooks and servers prepare and pick up diners' orders while we waited for ours, which included their version of a green salad (beautifully presented with local greens, goat cheese, candied pecans, pickled onions, a lemon-thyme vinaigrette, and a flower garnish), the Sausage, Onion, Lil's pizza for my husband and that night's featured pizza (Margherita) for me. The salad was refreshing, light, and perfectly dressed. I prefer a thicker crust pizza, but this style of pizza is meant to have thinner crust, so I knew what to expect and thought the crust was very well-made with just the right amount of crispness. The sauce and cheese were well-balanced and the basil was fresh, flavorful and added the perfect touch. My husband was a big fan of his pizza as well. Because the kitchen is so close to the dining area and the a/c wasn't working properly, it was a bit steamy inside (fine with me because I like the heat, but too warm for my husband), but that's the only negative thing I can say about our experience there and it wasn't enough to make this any less than a 5-star review. The atmosphere, service, freshness of ingredients, and tastiness of their food makes Fiasco anything but one! (Once we told our friend that her first recommendation was closed, she recommended Fiasco to us without realizing we had chosen it on our own. Outstanding Italian Experience in Downtown Walla Walla! We had an absolutely wonderful evening at Fiasco on Main tonight, and I can't recommend this place highly enough! From the moment we sat down at our table, we knew we were in for a treat. The food was exceptional across the board. We started with the Burrata Caprese, which was perfectly fresh with creamy burrata, ripe tomatoes, and just the right balance of basil and balsamic. The fingerling potatoes were crispy on the outside, tender inside, and seasoned beautifully - a perfect shareable side. For our mains, we ordered both the Cup n Char Hot Honey and Prosciutto Cotto pizzas, and honestly, both were phenomenal. The Cup n Char Hot Honey had that perfect sweet-heat combination with crispy pepperoni cups that were addictive, while the Prosciutto Cotto was elegant and flavorful with high-quality ingredients that really shined through. The crust on both pizzas was spot-on - chewy with great char. Our server Briana T was attentive, knowledgeable, and made excellent recommendations.
