I feel bad for the servers because it was clear the kitchen and bar were way behind. Overall I was on the fence on how to rate, but I could not believe how small the portion of the beet and carrot salad we ordered. I wish I had taken a photo, but I'm not exaggerating it was a half a carrot and a quarter of a beet chopped into random shapes and spread out on a plate. I honestly thought we were being punked. The mojito was not good and was super watered down. The hummus plate was nice and the servers were trying their best. Do not recommend going here. read more

The servers here are so friendly and the vibe inside is so clean and chill. This is great for eating out with friends, grabbing a drink, or even a casual date! For food, I ordered the Mushroom Raviolis and they were SO good. My friend ordered their Risotto which was also delicious. Even the presentation of the two dishes were pretty! For drinks, I ordered their Fairytale Ending, a cocktail with vodka, passionfruit liqueur, lime, and coconut. I loved how perfectly sweet (not too sweet!) and smooth it was. My friend got a nonalcoholic drink called a Pomona which had drink monday (mezcal substitute), grapefruit, lime, splash of club soda. The owners were wonderful to work with ahead of time and gave excellent recommendations, the charcuterie board and hummus platter were a huge hit with everyone. Very knowledgeable about the menu (even how the pork and the beets were smoked!) The drinks were super Duper strong! And all of the appetizers that we ordered were good. The one thing that I would say about this place that is a negative, is that the server staff is very hit or miss. If you get a great server, then your experience will be wonderful! However, we did not have this experience. The server that was assigned to our table was not good! We did see a server that was tending to some other tables who was fantastic, and I wish we had gotten her instead. The drinks took a super long time to come out, and so did the food. Unexpected fine dining experience! I was too excited to taste the food to take a picture. My husband and I spontaneously decided to try Marcy's tonight. I expected "bar food" and instead got fine dining in a casual, comfortable environment. For appetizers, we ordered the fried chickpeas and the stuffed dates. I thoroughly enjoyed the chickpeas, but the dates were heavenly. I didn't realize they would also be warm. They practically melted in my mouth. My husband and I both ordered the risotto. He added frenched chicken and I added shrimp. I wanted to lick the plate when I was done. The bartender David was our server. You could tell he loves his work. I love his greeting to everyone:"Hi, friend." It was a sincere greeting recognizing even first-time visitors as friends he simply hadn't met yet. Fantastic location near the heart of Walla Walla with fantastic outdoor patio with nice landscaping, plus a water feature. We chose to sit outside with our dog at our feet and immediately our server, who is the brother of the chef/owner, brought a water bowl and treat for her. The menu had all the expected offerings but everything we had was elevated and exceptional. My companion had a salad, then the burger with fries, and I had the heirloom tomato eggs benedict with the best bacon I have had in recent memory. The side of tri-colored potatoes were crisp on the outside and just soft enough. It was hard to choose a favorite, so we didn't. They were all our favorites. The smoked beets, the bang bang cauliflower, the hummus plate, the brussels sprouts...YUM! YUM! YUM! YUM! We went on to entrees and not one disappointment there. We had hangar steak, burgers, and Cubano sandwiches and all were excellent. We had all of the above with nicely paired wine & beer as well as well balanced cocktails. The service was outstanding. Sarah, w/an h ; -) was so patient with us and answered all our questions as well as making great suggestions for those that had difficulty deciding. Stopped coming for awhile because I didn't enjoy the service, recently had a family member recommend it as he started working there so I just had to. And it was amazing. Lee's service was quick and thoughtful and personable he restored my faith in good service the food was even better than I remembered the Bavarian pretzel will always be my favorite but holy COW that cubano. I don't understand how this place doesn't have a higher rating. My friend and I had just gotten into town and walked here to check it out. We started our meal with their fried cauliflower which was delicious and not too spicy. We then each had a salad. I had the mixed green and my friend had the one with cranberries on it. Each salad was delicious with really fresh ingredients. The cherry tomatoes on my salad were so flavorful and sweet. I added steak which was also flavorful and well marinated. We enjoyed some drinks here too. The old fashioned was so perfectly balance and not too sweet. This was an excellent start to our trip from the great food to the welcoming service. Rolled her eyes at us while we were ordering, refused to have the bartender muddle limes in our drink because "he hurt his arm", got our drinks wrong, forgot water for the one person with us that wasn't drinking, and threw our credit cards across the table at us and walked away.
