Visitors to Walla Walla should AVOID this restaurant in the evening, in my opinion. Take‑out feels like an OK option to me. In my personal experience, the vibe here changes noticeably from the day shift to the night shift. During the day, the atmosphere has felt family‑friendly, but at night the local crowd has felt aligned with an alt‑right vibe, and the bartender's style struck me as a kind of cosplay‑MMA persona. To me, that combination comes off as obnoxious and made me feel uneasy. I personally worry that some people there might not be above things like vandalism, theft, or even violence -- that's just my perception based on how the atmosphere felt to me. I'm not claiming anyone there committed those acts; the only documented issues from that night were my stolen keys and slashed bike tires, which I reported to police. I think this place is fine for monthly theme parties, and it feels family‑friendly during the day. But at night and on normal weekends, I personally feel much safer and have more fun at Beer Parlor or Public House. Food is fine, and most of the staff seems good in my experience. It says "bicycle parking," but I personally would not park my bicycle here after dark. I can't with this place anymore. I've tried to give them so many chances, but the service is consistently terrible, and the restaurant is dirty. The windowsills are filthy, the AC vents are covered in dust, and it's hard to enjoy a meal when there are dead flies sitting in the windowsill next to your table. Our most recent visit was with friends. We ordered a bird's nest to share as an appetizer, but after waiting 45 minutes, it still hadn't come out. We canceled the order and left to eat somewhere else. We weren't going to stay and order more food when an appetizer took that long. The pretzel lacked flavor (mustard was decent!). My wrap was ok, drenched in sauce so that over powered the taste and made it was hard to eat. I couldn't take leftovers. My daughters chicken strips were over cooked. She struggled biting through them. Tator tots and Fries good. After reading the description on the menu, I incorrectly assumed the wings would be full wings for $4 a piece. They were not. I got a plate with 2 drums and 3 flats, 3 celery, 3 carrots, and two sauces. ($1 for extra sauce) for $19. I was expecting a meal and got a snack. Total bill for the wings, a house mac, a cheeseburger and a glass of wine was $80...Then add the 20% tip. There is so much YES about this place I don't even know where to begin. They don't have a massive menu offering but everything that they offer is SO good. The staff here is so friendly and on a perfect cool afternoon or evening, their outdoor patio is the perfect vibe to go out with friends or a casual date. Their burgers are incredibly juicy and delicious--I tried their Aloha Burger without the bacon and I definitely recommend it to anyone! I wasn't expecting anything fancy but ordered with the Caesar Salad instead of my more common pick of fries, the plate looked amazing! (See attached photos). Not sure why this place doesn't have higher ratings! We were looking for a place to eat with our dog and walked by Wingman's, whilst strolling the streets of Walla Walla. It's February and the weather is pretty crisp-but, we were hungry! We asked for a spot outside, since we had a dog, and we were seated, immediately. Upon seating, the hostess turned on a propane heating lamp for us and it made such a difference in the temperature. I'm always super cold and felt comfortable. And, my boyfriend said the temperature was "perfect." We ordered the cauliflower wings as an app and DEVOURED them. We both got burgers for our entrees. I got mine with a salad and my boyfriend got his with tots. His tots looked so good. And, my salad was so fresh (and a generous serving size)-with cucumbers and peppers! Our burgers were also BOMB. All in all, we highly recommend this place. Our waitress got our orders, perfectly (shoutout to Amanda!). And the service was QUICK. we got our app within 7 minutes of ordering it! Good place to watch the game! We had been recommended the fancier taphouse a couple blocks away but they happened to be closed on football Sunday! Luckily Wingman was close by - it was a happy find to watch the Seahawks and have great food while doing so. I had the pear half salad and tomato bisque and shared the cheese fries (worth every penny!) I didn't expect to find much I could eat here as a pescatarian so was thrilled to find salad greens and fruit. Yum. My friend had the wings and happily devoured them as the snow swirled around outside the window. After a long road trip from the west side to enjoy a weekend in Walla Walla, my wife and our friends were very hungry. We stopped in and to say I was disappointed is an understatement. I ordered 6 wings for $12 ($2 a damn wing) and they were the smallest I've seen in a "Wing Spot" the garlic Parmesan wings were horrible. I also ordered the cougar gold fries and paid $13 for what would have been simply a side of fries with some lackluster cheese on it, the portion size was horrible. I've learned in places like this not to bring up issues with your food just in case someone spits in the reorder before it comes out. Not a good way to start this trip.
