Sat down with a big group and the service was amazing. The food was tasty like a normal pizza hut. And the area was really nice!

As I walked I had to seat myself because no waitress was there to meet me. There was an employee sitting at the bar they have, that may have been on break that when asked went and got someone from the make table to come serve me. She asked me what I'd like to drink and walked over to an open soda fountain. She informed me when I asked that they don't carry crust finishers anymore. 30 min later a waitress brought me my food which was a medium hand tossed supper supreme with Alfredo instead of pizza sauce. The crust was dry like the dough was at least in the walk in for two days and looked that way (I only know that because I worked at one in kansas. The toppings were good and well distributed though so I give the pizza a 5-10. The service was slow however. I'm not sure if they got used to COVID and started not teaching customer service. I've waited another twenty min for them to bring me my ticket and I haven't seen the waitress. I went up to ask for it and a box. Customer service I give a 3-10. As for the price my ticket came to 23.73 which isn't bad if my crust wasn't old. So I'll give it a 7-10.The cleanliness was very good for a pizza hut I'd give it an 8-10 for some random garbage on a stand they hadn't cleaned for at least two days because of the dust collecting there. read more

We decided to stop for dinner with a group of four people in May 2019 while I was in the area for a few weeks... we we came back ~5 times while I was in town! Okay maybe we were a bit addicted to those darn mini Cinnabons, that came all hot and gooey to the table we kept ordering as an appetizer... LOL! The place was spotless, the staff wonderful, and the food great! Our food was always cooked to perfection delivered hot and salads/drinks served cold! Ordered a thin Supreme tonight and a one topping mushroom pizza. this was the worst pizza we have ever had. Pizza Hut used to be good but it is not anymore. Very skimpy on the toppings and cheese on the Supreme and the crust was so dry it was more like a cracker. I has a coupon for the medium pizza so it was free. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Server I think her name was Katie was the worst. She made us get our own drink refills. The General Manager was so UNPROFESSIONAL SHE YELLED AT THE STAFF right in front of everyone that was in the restaurant. I will never go back. There are better places in town. read more

The new interior design is amazing. A good atmosphere. However, the employees seem pretty untrained and confused. Not only was our table poorly cleaned, the menu I was handed had some type of purple ink (a berry maybe?) that when opened stained my shirt and hand. It took me 2 days to get it off my skin. On top of this, when leaving, our waitress took 20 minutes at the register while we stood and waited, eventually calling over other employees to try to figure out how to use it. We were paying on one card, not even trying to split the bill. Overall, I think this Pizza Hut could be great, they just need to either change employees or substantially change their training. read more

Don't go there...just don't go there! I give this place a star only because the delivery guys are cute. Pizza Hut USED to be good, but not anymore. They say on the box that placing an order on-line is easy. IT'S NOT!!! It took me an hour just to get my order to successfully go through. Then, it took over 35 minutes before I got it. (By this time it was @11:00 p.m.) While the cinnamon sticks were good,the cheese sticks had only half the cheese on it and the pizza was burnt on the outside. As for the left over pizza was concerned, when I nuked it for 45 seconds, it was soggy & had very little sauce on it. When I called the next day to tell her about my experience, all she said was that they could re-deliver the same order to me. Instead of doing that, I asked if I could have the garlic parmesan chicken and quepapas with blue cheese dip, only after she told me that they did not ever give credit to anyone. Once THAT order was delivered, I discovered that the chicken was saturated in a glob of overly salted greasy butter. As for the quepapas, they came with ranch dip, instead of the blue cheese that I had requested.,6and were at room temperature. All I have to say is that I better not get food poisoning from eating their food & it was definitely a major disappointment for me. Me and a co worker came for take out pizza on 7/31/20 and the cashier was taking our order and he ask a co worker a question in the back and she was soooo rude to him screamed at him from the back "WHAT ! " she screamed at him and told him she was busy ! The food isn't that great. The pizza we had made my girlfriend and I feel nauseated. And who cuts their olives lengthwise? Every time we go it just end up being a disappointment. They are usually understaffed too and the tables are dirty. The only thing we really enjoyed about this location was our awesome waitress, Amy, who no longer works there sadly. I agree with Dana, the service is sub par at best. A lot of tables were open and it wasn't very busy at all, but when my party and I arrived with another behind, the employees all of a sudden started cleaning off tables like kids who just found out mom and dad were on their way home after throwing a party. It was as if they left the tables dirty since no one was there and only started cleaning once people started arriving. It smelled awkward and the tables were still dirty after they sat us. We had to further clean our own table since it was still dirty and I wasn't about to eat on it let alone let my children eat on it as well. read more

Well..My first time in the new location off Rose. It was awesome. The staff was attentive and friendly. Plus they now serve pizza by the slice! The place looks much more modern and they look to be serving salads. There are a ton of big-screens (great for watching football or basketball). Also: They serve draft beer. Never a bad thing. I'll be going back. This area needs more places where you can just walk in, grab a slice or two of good pizza with a beer, and be finished in 10 minutes to go on with your day. I recommend the meatball slice: it had a nice garlic/white sauce brushed on top of it and was better than most of the times that I've ordered from the Hut. read more

First time here, in town for a bball touney. Open tables, but busy, they have enough staff but very chaotic, little to no management direction. Seated, have not seen a server in 30min. Very apologetic server, it really looks like the wait staff is working hard, just need more efficient use of their time. The single slice option is a time drag for staff, that needs to be kept to lunch only. I'd say the staff is top notch, just need the management team to improve the work flow. I usually get my order for pickup and the estimated time is usually off by 15 mins so arrive and wait alot of the time and hours need to be updated. What it says online and what the store goes by varies by 2 hours. Food is usually good but was a lil turned off seeing a mouse trap in the hallway as you enter the kitchen area. read more

The marinara sauce was too salty and I asked for extra sauce, because I wanted extra marinara flavor not extra salt. Also, delivery guy forgot my pasta. Not a big deal, but when its almost $40 an order, I want to make sure I got everything. However, when I called, Brent was very friendly and his customer service made up for the forgotten order. Don't have sports on TV if you know nothing about sports - for example showing a week old repeat of an NBA game when a college bowl game is on live on ESPN. Change the channel when someone asks you.
