Our server never came back and asked for refills on beverages during our visit either, which was disappointing. My burger looked good, but super greasy, even the bun was greasy on top. Maybe it was brushed with butter?! The burger dripped with grease while eating it. The chips were saturated in grease as well. Some of them so much they weren't crispy at all. Our server was nowhere to be found or I would have complained. They were left on the plate. My husband didn't like them either. He ended up sharing his fries with me. My husband liked his reuben, but the bread was burnt on the bottom. You couldn't tell at first look, only once it was picked up to eat. It had plenty of meat, cheese, peppers and onions. He enjoyed it overall. The fries were good too. Much better than the chips. The restaurant was clean when we walked in, but during our visit many tables were left dirty for far too long. Not sure if they were in the middle of a shift change, but it seemed like no one was around to clear plates or refill beverages. Someone from the kitchen eventually came out to get us our bill. Our plates were still on the table when we left. Overall a disappointing experience. There are far too many restaurant options in this area to spend $65 on lunch for mediocre, at best, food and service. We will not be returning.

Tasted like the meat was not freshly prepared and was left over from the previous day and just reheated. The Pita was not soft and appeared to be microwaved. It had hard edges all around. I didn't eat the pita, just the meat and the filling because the pita was not fresh. Next time I won't come in right at opening so they have time to prepare fresh meat and fresh pita. They usually have 3 - 4 pizzas on the menu, with a couple with your usual toppings, and then a special or two with more unique toppings that truly hit the ball out of the park. Most recently we had their Lunar New Year pizza special, which was topped with cheese, Chinese sausage, pork floss, salted egg yolk sauce, crispy rice, soy sauce reduction, and green onions, and all I can say is, WOW, it was truly a marvelous pizza! The owner is such a wonderful lady, too, and has such a kind & fun demeanor. She makes the pizza crust with a special 3-day fermentation, and you can taste the quality in the dough. Their pizzas are 8" x 10" giving you 4 hearty slices of pizza. Your pizza is baked to order, so expect to wait 12 - 20 minutes for your pizza, depending on if there are orders ahead of you (it's worth the wait!). And sometimes she bakes yummy treats & cookies to add to the menu as well, so snag some of those, too.
