First time here... and staff was great. Very good service…read more I ordered the Tom Kha Ramen soup (takeout) as I wanted to try it. I then went next and did some quick shopping... and picked up the soup when I was done. It was waiting for me even though I was not gone long. Got home, put everything in a bowl... and tried to make it pretty! Chashu pork portion was small, but it tasted fine. The three shrimp included were yummy and large. The soft eggs were ok, as were the bean sprouts and herbs. The broth was sort of like a cross between Tom Kha and Tom Yum.... tasty though. The ramen noodles were basically one solidified block by the time I got home, so I just cut them up a bit before eating. I will have to try some of their other dishes too....

We popped in here for lunch. It was pretty quiet but had lovely staff…read more We tried the steamed dumplings, pineapple fried rice, and the kahri noodles. The dumplings were very good. Looks can be deceiving but they were perfectly cooked, filled with meat and the sauce they came in was savory and sweet. The pineapple fried rice was lacking in a bit of seasoning/flavor. Texturally it was very good, cooked well. Adding in some sambal helped. The kahri noodles were very good, reminded me of drunken noodles. It states it's spicy, but there wasn't much, even with asking for extra spice. Overall I would definitely try again, but it wasn't spectacular.

We just had a wonderful dinner for our group of 6 at Teriyaki Thai Restaurant in Ridgefield, and it…read morewas absolutely fantastic! With a larger table, it's always great to find a place that has a wide variety of choices to please everyone, and their menu completely delivered. We ordered a huge spread to share: Teriyaki Salmon, Pad See Ew, Pineapple Fried Rice, Pad Thai, Teriyaki Chicken, and Crab Rangoon. Every single dish was high-quality, incredibly fresh, and packed with great flavor. The kitchen clearly pays attention to the details, and the portions were generous. To top it all off, we enjoyed some refreshing Thai Iced Tea and finished with their delicious Mango Sweet Rice for dessert. I highly recommend this spot if you are in the area looking for excellent Thai and Teriyaki options with a great menu selection. We will definitely be ordering from here again!

Waited (only customeers in the shop) for over five minutes to order. OH NO, could not just order…read more Was told to take a menu and sit down. We did. After another five minutes, we went and ask if they were going to take our ordeer. They said yes, you have to come and order at the counter. Menu said $5.50 for tofu salad rolls. I ordered, and a Thai Ice tea. Got bill, charged me 5.95. I said the menu says $5.50. He argued with me. Finally agreed to sell to me for the $5.50 that the menu said. How many people never notice that they are being over charged? I also ordered a Thai ice tea. Got my salad rolls, made in the kitchen and delivered. Still did not have my drink. He took next order and started on a third that had come in then looked at me, like why are you standing here? He finally poured premade Thai ice tea mix in a glass, added ice and then poured the cream over it. A very quick drink to fix. I received my Tofu Salad Rolls. Had 90% letuuce, one small tofu slice 1/8th inch thick and 2 inches long (only) in each roll. Did have large amount of basil leaves (which I like but many people don't and it over powered the entire taste of the salad roll. Was given a small container of peanut sauce which was only enough for one roll. My dinning companion had red curry. It was a good portion, enough for two meals. With a soda it was $20. Neither of us had a problem with the price - seemed fair. PROBLEM: service. None. Would not come and take our order at the counter or at the table (which they instructed us to go sit down). Argued over price. Never smiled. You could not understand him. He would not look you in the face or so you could read lips if that was your challenge. He was just extremely rude during our entire visit.

Hearty K-Bop is my Battle Ground guilty pleasure! Our friends turned us on to this restaurant when…read morethey moved here several years ago, and it's always been our first suggestion every time we visit. Even though I live in Portland, hardly a food desert, this is by far my favorite Korean fried chicken! I'm shy to admit this, but I've been known to drive 30 minutes out of town for takeout from this restaurant before. My favorite dish is the soy-garlic fried chicken; boneless chicken with with a light, sweet garlic sauce loaded with spices. It's crispy, juicy, sticky, and oh, so delicious! Hearty K-Bop also serves bibimbop, bulgogi and ramen, but I hate to admit I've never tried anything but their KFC. I mean, it's so delicious... why would I?

I got the eight piece Yang Yumm chicken boneless and it was delicious. I was surprised to see that they actually gave me 10 pieces and not eight. I also got the corn slaw, which is a combination of corn and coleslaw. I remember getting it last time I was here and was looking forward to getting it again. The lady at the counter who took my order was really nice. The restrooms are really clean and the service was really fast. I can't wait to come back in again sometime soon. If you haven't been here, I would give it a try.
