First time here... and staff was great. Very good service. I ordered the Tom Kha Ramen soup (takeout) as I wanted to try it. I then went next and did some quick shopping... and picked up the soup when I was done. It was waiting for me even though I was not gone long. Got home, put everything in a bowl... and tried to make it pretty! Chashu pork portion was small, but it tasted fine. The three shrimp included were yummy and large. The soft eggs were ok, as were the bean sprouts and herbs. The broth was sort of like a cross between Tom Kha and Tom Yum.... tasty though. The ramen noodles were basically one solidified block by the time I got home, so I just cut them up a bit before eating. I will have to try some of their other dishes too.... read more

Been here three times now and all meals great! Huge portions too! Quite sure it'll be a regular spot for us.

Really nice little spot in Vancouver! The restaurant is simple and casual, but it feels warm and cozy. The atmosphere is relaxed, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome. You can also tell the kitchen knows what they're doing -- the food came out fresh and full of flavor. I tried the Thai Boat Noodles and really enjoyed them. The broth was rich and flavorful, with tender beef, rice noodles, bean sprouts, fresh herbs, and vegetables. It was a very satisfying bowl without being too heavy. The portion was generous, especially for the price. It's a great option if you want something tasty, filling, and affordable. Overall, a simple but cozy place with good service, a good cook, reasonable prices, and delicious food. I would definitely come back for the Thai Boat Noodles again! read more

We popped in here for lunch. It was pretty quiet but had lovely staff. We tried the steamed dumplings, pineapple fried rice, and the kahri noodles. The dumplings were very good. Looks can be deceiving but they were perfectly cooked, filled with meat and the sauce they came in was savory and sweet. The pineapple fried rice was lacking in a bit of seasoning/flavor. Texturally it was very good, cooked well. Adding in some sambal helped. The kahri noodles were very good, reminded me of drunken noodles. It states it's spicy, but there wasn't much, even with asking for extra spice. Overall I would definitely try again, but it wasn't spectacular. read more

Very quiet when we arrived just before 5:00 pm on a Monday. The friendly hostess/server greeted us quickly and showed us to a table, returning with waters for the table right away. We learned a couple of things: no kids menu, no kids chop sticks and they don't split dishes in the kitchen. All things we were able to work around. Our orders arrived fairly fast, steaming hot and plentiful. I had the wonton egg noodle soup. It was a delightful broth. The wontons were good, the bok choy tasty, a lot of good thin egg noodles and the pieces of pork were somewhat dry and flavorless. All in all, I'd give it a 7 out of 10. One of my dining companions had the beef pho and the other the pad see ew. The pho was shared with a toddler (they brought us another bowl so we could split it) and both enjoyed theirs with leftovers. The pad see ew was ordered "mild" and they made the spice level perfectly mild. Very clean and comfortable environment. Many superchargers nearby to charge your EV while you eat! read more

Stopped by here unexpectedly on our way back from Portland to supercharge my car and was pleasantly surprised with how I enjoyed it! The restaurant wasn't too busy so we for greeted and seated right away. The restaurant itself is really clean and inviting. Our server was very kind and helpful. We got our refills quickly and our food didn't take too long. Food itself was really good! They were very generous with the meats and everything was very flavorful. Not sure when I'd be back down there but I'd go again. read more

Not a huge fan of the place, nothing memorable and it was just ok. Friendly service and clean establishment. read more

Had some ramen at Ei8ht Noodles for Sunday dinner. One of the most tastiest ramen in Vancouver, WA. Nice chewy ramen, not too heavy soup base, good amount of sliced roast pork. There was only one person doing all the busing, taking orders and cashier. Clean and friendly atmosphere. Lots of parking, it's next to Fred Meyer's market. This will be my go to ramen restaurant. read more

This place is a hidden gem! Thai food that tastes sooooooo good! A lot of the dishes on the menu I can make myself, but this place makes it taste better. We have liked EVeRY dish we have ordered here. Except maybe the pad Thai. It's just too sour for our liking. Service is decent. They are stingy on utensils and napkins. With a kid, it helps to have access to all of that without having to constantly ask. I love tom yum and the tom yum noodle dish they had was marked as MUST TRY. I can make that dish at home myself, but their touch to the flavor was so much better. I also am I big fan of their curry. That red curry is addicting. We will definitely be back for more. This is my new favorite restaurant. read more

Delicious food and nice atmosphere! Great customer service. Food was ready in a short time, even at closing time. I had the beef curry noodles and they were delicious! I ordered peanut sauce just to try it out and it was delicious! My leftovers are broth, it has enough to provide several soup servings. I will add ramen and meat for a 3rd meal. read more

Ei8ht Noodles has gone downhill over the past two years in flavor and quality. we won't go back sadly. The service is good tho.

Several clearly labeled Vegan options. We had pad se ew and pho. We also had salad rolls with tofu and peanut sauce. I would recommend this place. I would say the pho was good but definitely not the best in town. read more

Not great, not bad. Just mid. There are many other Thai places in the Salmon Creek area that are my preference. Also, $10 for these small salad rolls is robbery. (My hands aren't big btw.) The pad Thai was ok. Didn't see an option to add spice so that's a bummer. Again, the portion is not super large for the price. I can usually do Pad Thai for 2-3 meals. This is definitely one meal. read more

My new fave restaurant in the west side of the Couve. So many different noodle options! My fave by far is the beef curry noodles. I went twice back to back in a week, and I'm still craving it. Also tried the salad rolls with chicken, pad see ew, pad Thai (I liked this better than most Thai spots), tom yum nam kohn (love this soup typically at Thai restaurants, but too sour here), and son in law eggs (skin was quite chewy but flavor good). Service is a bit slow at times, and some miscommunication, but food will bring me back. The atmosphere felt pretty similar to a shopping mall food court. They could do more with the shop but not important. It is right next to Fred Meyer, so perhaps that explains the atmosphere. ‍ read more

We pass this place often & finally made it our mission to try it out. I love when restaurants have recommendations as thats something I'll usually try. I went with the kahri noodles & my boyfriend got the duck noodles. I was surprised to see duck on the menu as it is something that's harder to cook & you don't see it on menus often. The kahri noodles were so tasty, something I have never seen before. It was kind of like eating curry & pad Thai all in one dish. It had a little spice, but not too much. The duck noodles dish was also tasty & noodles were cooked to the perfect consistency. This place had a very chill vibe to it, which was nice. Not too busy either. Service was great & quick. Will definitely be back. read more

This is my second time ordering from them on DoorDash and being disappointed, so I think it will be my last. The first time I ordered a Thai iced tea that was so full of ice that it was gone in a few sips. It had about half a cup of tea in it. Today I ordered the salad rolls and paid extra for Shrimp. The rolls were falling apart and random sizes and the shrimp? Where is the shrimp? There were about 2 in the whole order, cut in small pieces, like the one you see in the bottom. Some rolls didn't have any and the few that did had on piece of a shrimp, just like that. Huge rip off. I can't believe I paid extra for shrimp. read more

Vancouver WA. Been here twice in a week. Pictures say it all. First time whole family. Expect a set gratuity if 6 or more. Pretty standard. The food was amazing. This food was so good I was too busy eating to get a proper photo! I got red curry with tofu and a thai tea with boba! It was really good the flavor of the curry was delicious but the boba in the drink were a bit soggy so I would say getting boba is not really worth the extra they charge for it! Besides that the workers were so kind and welcoming I loved the space and the cute decor. It was super modern and sleek on the inside! read more

I had the tonkatsu ramen and my husband had the tom kha ramen. Both broths were very flavorful, the noodles tasted great, and the meat in the ramen was delicious! We're new to the area-so glad we discovered this great place for Thai/Vietnamese food. Great taste, generous portions & nice presentation. Friendly, fast service. I came all the way out to the Portland area to do some work. One afternoon on my visit, I found myself up in Vancouver, and I was hungry. I just pulled up to Eight Noodles because Yelp recommended it. I was a little nervous to eat in a strip mall restaurant, but very happily surprised by the quality of the food, service and the general cosiness of the restaurant in general. I thought the portions were a great value, and I would definitely go back again if I was in the area. read more

We enjoyed a delicious dinner here after arriving in Vancouver on Friday evening. We ordered pad woon sen and green curry, both with shrimp. The shrimp were succulent and the flavors were excellent, although the green curry was a bit too spicy for my companion. The menu was extensive so you could eat here many times and not get the same dish twice. Service was fast and efficient. I will definitely visit here again if I'm ever back in the area! read more

Tried this place last night and came here mainly to recommend the Thai Wrap. I don't remember the last time I enjoyed a wrap or sandwich as much as I enjoyed this one. Just the right amount of peanut sauce to add flavor and very well made. My daughter ordered the red curry with beef and really enjoyed it. It was marked spicy , and for me it was a little too spicy. I would give this place a five, but the service was a little bit slow. The staff were very friendly, though, and I think they may have been short-staffed for how busy they were. If Yelp allowed it, I would have given this four and a half stars. read more

I eat here at least once a month since it's just up the street from where I live. I love the Tom Kha soup

Been coming here for about 10 years now, even before they changed the name to 8 noodles. Was in yesterday for a to go order and I was shocked how small my meal was. Is it just me or have the portions gotten smaller? Price went up, but the portions have gotten smaller. My lunch was delicious! But looked so small and sad. This place has every kind of Asian noodle you could possibly imagine, and I love it! It's a brilliant mix of Southeast Asian and Asian cuisines and still tastes authentic.
