Chicken and veggie pho

A new frequent for us! The bahn mi is stellar and I love that they have small or large bowl options. Not to mention pick your own meat for the bowls too!

Pho Brothers is always a solid choice. The pho is consistently delicious-- rich, flavorful broth and quality ingredients every time. Service is just as consistent: friendly, welcoming, and efficient. You know exactly what you're going to get here, and that reliability keeps us coming back.

I had been curious to check out one of the several pho restaurants in Vancouver, and settled on this because it wasn't quite as expensive as the other nearby locations. Glad I chose it! The interior of the restaurant is no frills but was packed with other diners, slurping on noodles. My son and I both ordered the beef pho and were blown away by the quality, freshness and flavor of the pho. Perfect for a cool and cloudy afternoon. Will definitely be back for more.

Wow, this place blew me away. I'm quite picky when it comes to pho because I don't like any condiments in my pho because good broth doesn't need anything. Pho Hung is my usual go to but I tried this place with a friend & this place is phenomenal. The broth is clean & rich in flavor. No condiments needed! Love how much green onions & onions they put on top. Lots of meat as well. The egg rolls were okay, good but not the best I've had. My friend got the brothers special vermicelli bowl & I had a bite of it & it was delicious, not much of a vermicelli person but the sauce & portions of everything was great. Service is great, very friendly & quick. This place has a mom & pop shop feel, not very busy which I liked. Very quiet compared to other pho restaurants where you can hear the kitchen bustling. Inside is very cute! Pretty art on the walls & you can see a little into the kitchen. Would definitely come back to this place if I was in the area. A shame it's across the river or this place would've been my new go-to for pho!

The soup, which is the most important factor for me, is delicious! Service is always friendly. The meats, sides, and rice entrees are alright.

Service was excellent. They gave me a military discount. Yes, I showed my military ID. Food was good. I ordered it as a take-out order. These pictures have been in my phone for a few weeks, so I forgot exactly what I ordered. But it was all tasty. The restaurant is nicely appointed. Clean. Easy parking. I gave this restaurant 4 stars because although the pho was tasty, my favorite pho is at another restaurant in Vancouver. This restaurant is much closer to home though. And near Target in Hazel Dell. For convenience and good food, this place is a wonderful place to dine at! I will definitely be back.

Pho Brothers is good food. I can't speak for the whole menu but if their vegetarian fare is this good then they must excel at their other dishes. We had their fresh spring rolls with peanut sauce and their vegan pho by the bowl. Their broth is so rich and heartwarming. I fell in love with it. You can tell the care a place takes with their food by the way they cook their veggies. Perfection! There is a bounty of veggies and noodles in their pho that most places can't match. Ingredients tasted fresh. Tofu was done well. I thought i had a favorite pho place already. I am now adding this to my places to go. You want good pho? Must try. Soooo good!

We came here after some friends had mentioned how much they liked it. Super cute modern place. I had seen others mention that it gets busy here. I guess we had come between lunch & dinner, so there was only 1 other party in there. Of course with "pho" in the name of the place, we knew what we had to get. I like that they offer 2 sizes as usually it's a lot for me. You can customize your pho, choosing 2-3 meats or choose from one their pre-made selections. We also wanted to try one of their specialties, so we went with the fried rice. The pho came with the usual plate of vegetable, but this one also came with a sauce that tasted like hoisin mixed with some other stuff. It was a nice change from the usual hoisin, although that was offered on the side along with srircha & a chili like sauce. Broth was really tasty. We really enjoyed the fried rice with its mix of meats & shrimp. Super light, airy & tasty with that wok flavor. Pricing was on par with other pho restaurants. I kind of laughed because our bill came out to almost the same price as our meal from Chipotle the other week. Go figure!

Pho Brothers is the new kid on the block. I came here on the recommendation that they had some good broth; which they definitely do. I got the B1 and A4. The special pho only comes in a large; this was a big negative to me as I didn't need that much food. The egg rolls were kinda mediocre compared to other local pho restaurants. While the broth was good, it could have been more flavorful. I don't typically use sauces when I have pho so I'm always looking for the most flavorful. Their price is really good and they have a neat thing on their receipt you can pay on your phone. Their service was also prompt and friendly.

My husband and I stopped by Pho Zone in Vancouver, WA this weekend and I can honestly say it was…read moresome of the best pho I've had in a long time. The broth was absolutely phenomenal! It was rich, flavorful and clearly simmered with care. You can taste the depth and balance in every spoonful. The noodles were perfectly cooked, the portions were generous, and the fresh herbs and toppings really elevated the whole bowl. Everything tasted incredibly fresh and thoughtfully prepared. Even without snapping a photo (I dove in too fast!), this is one of those meals you remember. If you're in Vancouver and craving authentic, comforting pho, Pho Zone is a must-visit. We'll definitely be back!

I'm going to be honest, this location under its different names has not done well in my opinion…read more It was previously under a different name (Pho 777) and had similar issues. Today my partner and I went in for lunch. There was a table ahead of of of four people who had not ordered or gotten drinks yet, and a table in the middle of eating, and us. It took 17 minutes before he took our order. To his credit, he was the only person working up front, but he seemed more focused on the kitchen and doing to go orders, which is okay, but still, not great. I've tried three times in the past 4-5 months to go in for a raw beef salad dish they have. EVERY time they tell me there is SOME reason they can't make it "this time" but that they "normally have it." Every time. So today yet again, I was told they "normally have it" but it "takes a while to make" and wouldn't have any today. Okay, bummer (btw, it doesn't take a significant amount of time to make, it's literally raw beef and veggies/herbs in a lime vinaigrette which "cooks" the beef. You can eat beef raw, so it's not like it has to cure for a number of hours like a ceviche, but okay, remove it from your menu if you can't reliably have it. We order our food. My partner orders a dish he has had at this location numerous times before. It is a dish of stir fried veggies and chicken on a bed of crunchy noodles (looks like a birds nest). He orders egg rolls as well. I order salad rolls and the P1 pho. My salad rolls come out first, maybe 10 minutes later. No worries, they were tasty and well made. And we wait. Another 15 minutes and both our entrees come out, and his egg rolls. His dish is on a bed of stir fried soft noodles, and they give me a refrigerated, plastic wrapped dish with a lemon, two slivers of jalapeno, bean sprouts, and Vietnamese coriander (rau răm). No basil. So I ask him for some basil since that is STANDARD with pho. He goes "Oh okay" and comes back HOLDING two sprigs of basil, and tells me how the flooding in Hawaii a few weeks back makes them unable to get thai basil, so all they have is Italian basil. Okay, interesting...but why wouldn't you tell someone, at a Pho place, that not only do you not have limes but you don't have basil. The pho with the basil we got was good. Good broth, nice amount of meat. But my partners egg rolls had some weird HARD thing in them that he spit out and we left on the plate, which the guy serving us had no idea. He said he'd check with who supplies them. All in all, it was disappointing. Given their menu consistently advertises things they don't really carry regularly, and they seem to just be fine swapping things out without even letting you know when you order, I don't think we will be back. We gave them a lot of chances, from when it was Pho 777 and even here, and given how much it costs to go out to eat, its not worth it. To the servers credit, he did comp my partners food but I insisted on paying for mine since I actually ate mine. My partner decided to eat elsewhere given how much he disliked his. I gave it a two stars instead of one because my pho was good and they did comp my partner, but I think this was our last time.

Great restaurant with great food…read more Went for late 8pm dinner on a Monday. Immediately greeted by a polite young man with a great attitude. He brought me water right away and handed me a menu. Only one other couple in the restaurant. But their food looked appetizing. I got the vermicelli noodles with pork and spring rolls on top. Lots of sauces and chilis on the table. I also ordered a very good limonade drink The dish was fresh and prepared well. The flavors were on point. The dipping sauce was also perfect. For dessert , i gave the "honeycomb cake" a try. Not sure what it really was but tasted like matcha. It was chewy and mildly sweet. I usually stay at the Renaissance inn across the street , so this was an ideal place to dine. I definitely see myself going there again.

Meat and vegetables were good, but nothing to write home about. Service: 3/5 Average service. The owner seemed nice and legit, but the young guy working the front counter had airpods in and we had to ask for utensils. Ambiance: 3/5 Sort of backroom vibes? The lighting was dim which gave it that intimate atmosphere, which I liked. But, the layout was kind of weird like a hallway down the left side, maybe it's just more structured for takeout, but I just didn't love it as a dine-in experience.
