I have been coming here often and finally writing a review! The salad rolls are $7.50 fresh and huge! We love the Thai tea here, nothing special but very yummy! Now, I come here often for their chicken bahn mi sandwich and I must say it's the best one I've had! The baguette is always so soft and FRESH! And I've had a few bahn mis from different places in San Francisco and San Jose CA, but this one is by far the best! Very tasty! Service is great and staff is always friendly! I did not get pictures, but I ordered the firecracker shrimp - honestly just tasted like shrimp in a fried wrapping, no flavor I also ordered the brisket pho, and hands down the best broth I've ever had!!! I eat a lot of pho, and I'll be back for the soup for sure. They're out of boba which was disappointing :/ Service was quick, there was no check in though so no water refills etc, we had to get up and ask for boxes, and had to pay at the front which we weren't aware of and were just sitting at our table. The restaurant was clean but wayyyy too quiet, needed some background music or something IMO All the stars for the soup but everything else knocked it down a bit. read more

Service was prompt. 1/4 dishes came out earlier than the rest which was a little unfortunate as we were all hungry and my friend waited to eat until the rest of the dishes came out. Pad thai was tasty and the shrimp was cooked well. Not overcooked, which a lot of places do. Pho was good but not delicious or phenomenal in any way. Would be better with more umami flavored broth. The brisket was chewy and had a lot of fat. The avocado smoothie tasted nothing like avocados and the boba was rock hard. The smoothie tasted like bananas to me. read more

Came in while I was getting something at the ACE Hardware store in the same parking lot. There were a few people eating in there. The place is wide open and lots of room to move around. The young man took my order of salad rolls and chicken pad thai. The salad rolls were kind of warm. Like not very cold. They had shrimp and chicken in them. The chicken taste a little stale. The peanut sauce was a little runny. They were not wrapped very tightly and the salad roll fell apart on me half way thru eating it. The pad Thai was weird. I don't think they used rice noodles. It was a thicker kind of noodle they used. It tasted ok. Was not really a big fan or it. They do have different sauces for you to take your to go order home like siracha and hoisen sauces. Over all I was not too impressed and definitely had better. Maybe this place is just more of a pho place and not a pad Thai place. Idk. read more

The ingredients are great quality and fresh!! I tried the pho beef broth with chicken and it was delicious! You get a good amount too. The orange chicken was a bit disappointing as I was expecting the battered and fried version, but it was actually really delicious and moist chunks of chicken cooked in orange juice. I'm not in Battle Ground much, but was happy to find a pho place here. It's tucked away in the parking lot of an Ace Hardware store, near a Dutch Brothers. Don't let the drive thru line scare you off, it's for the coffee shop. The interior is nice with soft music and clean tables, some booths, and nice plants. I started with the salad rolls followed by the special pho. I was a little disappointed when she let me know that they didn't do tripe or tendon in the special pho here. Bummer. But I imagine it might not be to the tastes of a lot of the locals, or maybe it didn't sell well. That being said, here is my review. The salad rolls were very good. Clearly freshly made, tender rice paper, with tender shrimp. The peanut sauce wasn't too sweet, and the chili paste they brought out on request was amazing. Seriously, ask for it. Comes in a silver little pot. It's SO good. The P1 (combination pho) was good. Pretty clear, flavorful broth, tender meats, with fresh greens and herbs to go on top. A very solid experience. Will happily be back next time I'm in town :) read more

I called the order in ahead of time and that was super easy was only about a 10 to 15 minute wait, which was perfect picked up the food. The customer service is extremely nice. UPDATE: Our Family is a regular here now. We tried more things on their menu and LOVE it!!! I've grown to really love pho and I learned how to properly eat it (with all the garnishments including lime - highly recommend)! Try their pepper and salt calamari and Thai coffee....YUMMMMM!!!! Food is ok. The pho broth has a strong star anise flavor so unless you really like that spice, pho may not be for you. The chicken thigh and Korean short ribs were good. A little slow on service, my family and I were the only ones in there. I had to ask if we could order...no one checked up on us after being seated and given menus. This is my second time here. They are a new restaurant so it's hard to say if I'd recommend this place just yet. Maybe I'll give another shot at a later time to see if anything improves. read more

Very sad to give this review. We used to love pho Bg and had many date nights there since it opened. Got take out tonight after not having it for a few months. Very disappointed. The peanut sauce tasted off and smelled like rotten meat. Plus our salad rolls were missing the shrimp. Come to find out it's under new owners which is a bummer. Seems they changed all the recipes including the broth. Probably won't be going back. It really is sad because we really did love this place. The food and the staff were amazing. read more

I'm disappointed to have to write this review but this place went down hill. I don't know what happened but the food was as disgusting for a lack of better words. All my meat tasted old and I had to ask to reheat. I didn't finish anything I ate and my pork chop was undercooked and pink and smelled bad. All my veggies were stale on my plate as if they went and got it next door from Dutch bros from a cooler of some sort. Really sad to see this place come to this we ate here a lot and gave them lots of business. Really sad to see a good restaurant go down like this. read more

For a Vietnamese restaurant, they definitely don't serve Vietnamese style fried rice. You can get away with this in Battle Ground, I guess. Will not be going back... what a disappointment! read more

The chicken pho was delicious, the chicken was so tender & perfectly cooked. Broth was delicious. Only hang up was it cost me $17 for chicken pho takeout ($2 extra to add veggies). Best Pho I've ever had! They also have the best spring rolls, my hubby usually hates spring Rolls but he loves these. A lot of meat and an amazing taste! My kids love the vermicelli bowls with spring rolls and I've had a few of their other dishes and I'm never disappointed!
