The noodles were hot and cooks have used a little bit more spice ass they were just a little bland. The spring rolls are really good especially when you dunk them in the peanut sauce. Wow! Just wow! The food was off the charts delicious! The ambience was great. It had a laid back, romantic feel to it. The bun bo hue and the jackpot roll were my fav items on the table. I also really enjoyed the fortune-tini (it came with a little chocolate fortune cookie tehehe). Been here many times. I would say acceptable. This is not authentic Japanese food for sure. Very American but its good. Service they were really nice and everything came in a timely manner. In the Ilani casino so beware of the noise level, worse in the evening. There is plenty of eateries that line the outside of the casino and this is towards the right side from the main entrance. We had a group of 6 on a Friday evening so it took some time to get seated (no reservations so it was expected). Service was great, friendly and available. The food on the other hand... Ended up getting the large sashimi omakase, rainbow roll, dragon roll, double shrimp roll, and a tonkotsu ramen. The double shrimp roll was the best out of the rolls. It had the least amount of rice of the rolls and the most filling. The rainbow roll and dragon roll were flavorful but the rice was overcooked, clumped together, and more rice than filling/topping. The ramen was like instant ramen noodles placed into a bowl, the egg was hard boiled, and the broth without too much flavor. The biggest disappointment was the omakase. The slices of fish were thick but the quality was lacking. Definitely could tell that they were previously frozen, but had the texture of having been through the cycle of freezing and thawing multiple times. The octopus was extremely chewy and difficulty to swallow. Not worth the price. Overall, pricey for the quality and the amount of fish. Too loud of an environment for me personally. It was really the only thing open after playing a few games. The hostess can actually lead you to two sides. The sushi bar or the dine in area. We chose the dine in. The dine in is clean and spacious. Plus you get to view an open kitchen. Readers know I like an open kitchen. We got two dishes to go with our water. The yakisoba and pork fried rice. I was tempered to order more but it was already past 11pm when we got there. I was surprised by how delicious everything was, usually at a casino restaurant the food was so so, here it was Ono Ono. (You don't get it Google). Yakisoba came with large pieces of shrimp. The shrimp wasn't overcooked like most places. The beef was tender and really savory. The pork fried rice was aromatic and not dry. The pork fat blended with the rice nicely. Overall five stars. I wish I ate here more often. Visited on Saturday, March 28, 2026 around 8 PM. I've been here several times to eat, and unfortunately it has been disappointing each time. The service from our waitress/server has been great--no complaints there. However, the food quality for the price is not worth it. For example, I ordered the wasabi walnut shrimp before and it was really good. I ordered it again tonight and it was very disappointing. I understand there may be different cooks preparing dishes, but consistency is important and all staff should be trained to prepare the dish the same way. The first time I ordered it, the presentation was nice and the wasabi mayo was well mixed with a light glaze that wasn't overpowering. This time, it looked like a large amount of mayo was just placed on top and not mixed at all. The batter was greasy and the shrimp weren't evenly coated. I stopped eating after two shrimp because there was simply too much blob of mayo. I also ordered the chicken fried rice, and it seemed like it was made with freshly cooked rice instead of day-old rice, which made it mushy. I asked them to take it back. Fried rice should not have that texture. I ordered the kalbi ribs as well--they tasted good, but the portions were small. We also ordered the spider roll, and unfortunately the rice in the sushi was mushy too. Proper rice texture is essential for both fried rice and sushi, so this was disappointing. The wait time for the food was also long--I waited about 20-35 minutes for one dish to come out. If you're hungry, I would honestly recommend going to the food court instead. Try smash burger & order Truffle Burger it's delicious . Line & Lure is also a good option for brunch and seafood. I have no reason to go back to longhorn if they can't even cook rice correctly. Long wait time to get your food and disappointment once received. Not worth it. Restaurant has no consistency. They may need to hire more help for the weekend. read more

We have enjoyed Longhouse a few times in the smaller restaurant but had not yet eaten at the new larger area yet. I was planning on a group of about 15 people and having them all there to surprise her when we arrived. I worked with Sean via email for a few weeks. He responded quickly and helped me make an awesome evening for my wife possible. He notified the hosts that I would be coming in for our reservation for 2 and would walk us back to where our group was waiting. They played along perfectly. We enjoyed a 6 course meal and it was all delicious! The service was outstanding and really made us feel like VIP's. Our server was Kelsea and she was amazing.
