Cheesy Breadsticks and House Made Ranch

I'm a Michigan native, so I was a bit skeptical of a Detroit Pizza place whose website photos only include rounds and that up-charges $1.50 for Detroit crust. All that to say, the pizza and service are both great at Detroit Pizza in Camas!! Fresh ingredients from the veggies to the cheese, great crust, and house made ranch. We were ordering takeout as first-time customers on a Friday night and there was only a 20-min wait time and the server on the phone provided recommendations and offered free cheesy bread because it was our first order. We ordered the Veggie Gourmet with Detroit Crust, Cheesy Breadsticks, and a side of ranch. All were delicious! We will absolutely be back!

Taco pizza was an awesome recommendation from Ivan--super flavorful and definitely worth trying. Cassidy made a great Bloody Mary, and Ivan also hooked it up with some free cheesy bread for our first visit, which was a nice surprise. The whole team was super friendly, and the service was excellent. Great food, great vibe--Detroit's Pizza did not disappoint!

This is the saddest pizza I have ever purchased for $30.00. 7 slices of pepperoni, 9 pieces of sausage, and 6 slices of Canadian bacon. First and last time going here.

I would probably rate this closer to a 3.5 but because of service I went to a 4 since it didn't let me. Pizza crust was good and crunchy, flavor was lacking. We ordered the combination (can't remember the name) impeccable customer service, marinara for bread sticks was served cold, large salad was crispy and good.

Yeah, it's just a deli sandwich, BUT, the bread sets it above supermarket deli sandwiches as well as the quality of the ingredients. Hands down, without a doubt, the best deli sandwich in Camas! The staff person was super nice and pretty speedy slapping those Sammies together. But what really made this a 5/5 was an awesome selection of BEER!!! I frequently will sit inside and just read a book I borrowed from the Camas Public Library in the back just for the sake of enjoying the gentle chatter and sounds and the temperature inside the building. I've had a sort of mixed experience with their food and drinks, but I usually like them. Once in a while, the coffee comes out tasting a bit burnt or like the shots were pulled a bit off, but usually the drinks are tasty and the bagels cut and toasted well. The baristas and people are friendly enough and I think they explain what certain drinks and foods are in knowledgeable ways. I have noticed some times when the sanibuckets haven't been replaced as often as I would like, but that's just me. Overall, I enjoy going to Caffe Piccolo and always bring everyone I know there when they come to visit Downtown Camas and want a drink and/or foods to eat outside of a restaurant-styled space.

Quite liked it. Olive-feta marsant (lightly warmed up) 5/5 - our first time trying a marsant (fusion of muffin and croissant) and LOVED it! The bits of olive were delicious and the pastry itself felt fresh and flaky. Must try! Raspberry scone (lightly warmed up) 5/5 - I usually refrain from getting scones because they are dry but this one was soft and slightly chewy which we loved. The staff were friendly and service was quick. Plenty of indoor seating (with power outlets) and access to restroom. Street parking is fairly easy to find but could get busy on the weekends. It is a busy neighborhood full of restaurants.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall positive experience. That being said, I'd give this place 4.5 star if I could. The downside was the cleanliness of the floors. They could definitely use a bit more attention. Not only this time but every previous time I've come in they have needed to be swept around the dining area. It didn't ruin the experience, but it was noticeable enough to mention. It would be more pleasant for those wanting to dine in. Still, I'll definitely be back for those yummy sandwiches and the great service!

I honestly adore the interior just covered in plants and greenery; such an inviting little space. There was a line when we entered but it moved pretty quickly which was nice. The menu was so so so tempting and honestly, I wanted a breakfast burrito but knew there was no way I'd be able to finish it before we hiked so I went with a breakfast sandwich instead. I love the plethora of options they have for vegans/vegetarians and omnivores alike. I got my sandwich with egg, vegan sausage, cilantro aioli, and avocado - I was initially worried the aioli wouldn't be strong enough or flavorful enough but it was perfect. A very good breakfast sandwich, filling too! You can also get it on an english muffin or on ciabatta which is a nice swap depending on your mood. My friends tried the breakfast burritos, loved them but agreed portions were very generous. We also grabbed a couple scones -- the lemon poppyseed and the marionberry. They were the size of my head but I definitely get the hype around the marionberry scones; would inhale one daily if I could :P Coffee was good and sadly they were out of matcha the day we went so I guuuess we just have to go back to get it! There is plenty of parking in the giant lot and the honestly the highest props for having a drive thru! Swing by and try the goods~

And their chef is talented AND personable as well. I enjoyed bantering with them, fun people!! Food was great! I had an Adams St. BLT with a side salad. The salad was not mixed greens thrown in a bowl, heck no! There was fresh mixed greens but they had company! Like cucumbers sliced bite sized which was genius. I'm stuck of having to gnaw off a huge round all the time. Roasted red peppers, shredded cheese, slices of red onion, excellent balsamic vinaigrette. Sandwich was tastyyyy! Thick slices of tomato, avocado, shredded lettuce (special!) some type of special aioli and crispy bacon. This was hearty!! Bread was dense and thick, toasted to perfection. Hubs had French dip plus bowl of clam chowder. I snagged a bite of his sammie -- tender beef, soft fresh bun and generous amount of au jus! He didn't run out! He said the clam chowder was tasty too. He orders it a lot so he would know. His pale ale was good too. (Okay, I did have a tiny sip!) Prices are reasonable on top of everything. Zero complaints from me!
