Pharmacy is super slow. Closed tonight due to staffing shortage. Changed from the Walgreens 2 blocks down because they never had my medication in stock. Unfortunately this is my pharmacy. The worst customer service in the world. Both my son and I come here for prescriptions. Several times have come down a pick up a prescription when it said it was ready on the phone or by email and the pharmacy did not have it ready. The most recent recent failure of this place was my son was having surgery and I couldn't even get his pain medication filled before his surgery because they were all incompetent there. The staff at the window where completely rude to me and when I requested that person's name so I could file a complaint they refuse to give it to me but the Incompetent manager's name Jviar or something like that. If you don't have to come here don't come here this place is awful! read more

This review is for pharmacy only. It takes forever, all reviews are right. Also stuff is pretty rude, one lady, Denise, grabbed my prescription and told me "we so are busy now, you can go, but I don't know if we need your insurance." My husband just got out of surgery and I need to get him prescribed painkillers. She was going back and forth with my prescription until asked someone else to help her. The other lady was helpful, but told me to wait 20-25 min more. Ugh, after I waited 30 min in lane. 2 hours after, we got a call that pills are ready. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs! It was the closest pharmacy that was 24 hrs and I needed a prescription ASAP and it was a nightmare. When I got there at 9:30PM 5 people were sitting in chairs waiting and I ended up waiting over an hour to get my prescription! I can't even imagine how terrible it must be at normal hours of the day. They also don't honor GoodRx. I will never go back and would give it zero stars if I could. read more

This Pharmacy is the worst!!!! They never pick up the phone, there is always a crazy long line, understaffed, drive thru takes FOREVER!!! Eventually when you do make contact with a person they have no idea what they are doing, can't answer your questions, and act as if you are some indigent, uninsured criminal when you are only trying to pick up your monthly prescription as you do every month, but they never seem to get it right! Whenever I stop by, stock and variety is always available, the pharmacists are polite and efficient as possible, and the checkout cashier is always kind and makes sure rewards are applied. read more

this is a review about the Pharmacy. Forget reaching anyone on the phone, they are most likely not able to pick up, and if they do, you are automatically put on hold without anyone saying anything to you. The worst thing is that they turn business away. So, I accidentally scheduled a vaccination appt on a different day. It is around 9am. The girl says well, we can't fit you in because someone else has that time. Well, hello, there is no one else after, right? The store is virtually empty. How come you couldn't offer that time. Now, if I choose to go through Walgreens, I would have to go back online in order to schedule AGAIN. It is highly unlikely that I will do that. This is not a very good store, their pharmacy is terrible that is for a different review. They advertise being open 24 hours a day store and pharmacy. Stopped by there at about 5 AM this morning to pick up some stuff on an airport run store was closed. Got back from the airport went back to Walgreens at 8:15 asked why they were not opened at 5am was told when only one person is there they lock the door try to do everything through the pharmacy drive through, totally impractical by the way but I completely understand the safety issue. My suggestion; if Walgreens is too cheap to keep themselves properly staffed during the wee hours of the morning then they should close at midnight and open up again at 6 AM. Keep the 24 hr pharmacy, you are either opened or you are not. read more

Should be -1 Star. This is the worst pharmacy I've ever had to deal with. Staff not friendly or helpful and I've never received a sense of urgency. If they are too busy & short staffed, that is a scheduling problem that customers & patients should be punished for. Also, a "standing" prescription & authorization is just that ... standing! I haven't really done much shopping in this store but the few times I have shopped, the lines have always been very long. It doesn't really even matter what time I'm there, they are usually just understaffed or maybe they are incredibly slow. The store is always very clean from what I've noticed and the employees are (at least that I've noticed) not rude, but not exactly friendly either. I think they just need to hire some more people. The pharmacy, however, is ALWAYS very slow, whether you go through the drive-thru or stand in line inside. They are obviously understaffed because it's next to impossible to get them on the phone and waiting for a prescription to be filled, or just waiting for one that has already been filled is never less than a 30-minute wait, but usually more like 45 minutes and up. They really need to hire some more people or maybe train the people they have to be more efficient somehow to speed things up. I do understand that things may take longer if they are dealing with insurance or having to explain to a customer how to take their medications, but they still need to speed things up a little. read more

Amazing. I transfered to them and wish I had taken the pharmacy tech's name because it took less than 2 minutes. When I went to the drive-thru to pich up my meds, Sheenel (pharmcy tech), was busy, but handled everyone with grace and caring, and I got thru quickly. The meds were less expensive than my previous pharmacy and I wish I had transfered years ago. They were great and I would recommend them to anyone. read more

Worst pharmacy on the face of the earth. 20 minute wait turned into well over an hour. None of the employees bothered to let me know the wait was going to be longer, despite my sitting right in front of their desk. The bathroom was out of order so I was torn between continuing to wait (and wetting my pants) for medication I badly needed, or going home and having to return the following day. A trip to the bowels of Hell would be more enjoyable than another trip to this disorganized, unapologetic, slower-than-snails pharmacy. This is for the customer service with the photo developers. Long story short they threw away the film from my disposable cameras. They never called us to warn us and never ever told us of a deadline. The total cost was over $600.00 in development. After I was first notified they were ready, I asked to take part and pay for part of it, then come back and buy the rest of it because of the cost. They said no, I had to pay in full. I understood that. I said when I save up the total, I would come back. I didn't come back for a period of time but eventually I came back and guess what- they told me it had been too long and they THREW THEM AWAY WITHOUT GIVING US A HEADS UP. Very upsetting. No courtesy call. None. Neither of us were called. Our phone numbers were written on those dumb packets. What an absolute waste of time, effort, money, and expectation. read more

This the least helpful pharmacy in the area, expect to be on hold for at least 20 minutes then be hung up on and forced to call again , will most likely be out of your prescription after waiting for an hour to refill the prescription. I wish I could give a zero. I moved across the street from this store about 7 weeks ago. Wherever I've lived Walgreens is my go-to store when I just need a few things and don't feel like dealing with the grocery store. I go to the Walgreens on N Main 4-5 times a week. Every time I go there are HUGE empty spaces on their shelves, like no other Walgreens I've seen. I'm sure some of it is supply chain issues, but not all. They NEVER have ice in their freezer, for instance, but if you ask the staff they ALWAYS have it in the back...it's just not out. Frustrating. I was there Monday evening and THREE Walgreens employees, 2 of which were Shift Leads, were having a personal conversation, showing pictures on their phones while there were 2-3 carts of merchandise to shelve in front of them. I told them it was completely inappropriate to be chatting on the sales floor while there was tons of empty shelf space. One of the employees said they don't have the product (what about those 2-3 carts right there?). I asked for the 2 Shift Leads' names to which the woman replied she did not have to give me her name. So I asked if they are required to wear name tags, she said she was wearing hers and showed me. Her name was Maria, just another example of the utter rudeness of their employees. And this is the manager in charge. The 2nd shift lead's name was Brad. He kicked me out of the store for calling them standing there getting paid to chat 'Bullsh*t'. Seriously. I returned yesterday to speak to the store manager and waited 10 minutes after she was paged for her to come to the sales floor. I had to leave so I returned this morning at 8:35 and again waited several minutes for the Store Manager Liz (not wearing a name tag) to come to photo. She was immediately defensive and frankly didn't even care to hear out my complaint. She justified her employees actions by saying, 'they work 6 days a week and they work hard (not from what I saw!). Honestly I was completely floored at her response and said I highly doubted Walgreens would be on board with her philosophy of paying employees to chat and asked for the District Manager's name/number. She provided it and then kicked me out of the store. I said I hadn't done anything to be kicked out. She said 'you mean aside from being a terrible terrible person and a horrible human being.' I didn't hear her and said 'excuse me,' and she actually repeated calling me names a second time in front of the cashier! My daughter came down with this strange mouth condition. I took her to urgent care around 6pm and they prescribed her this stuff called Magic Mouth. I usually go to Walmart for my prescriptions. The Dr. told me that Walmart probably wouldn't have it and that I should go to Walgreens up the street. Ok thats fine. Well guess what? Walgreens doesn't have it either. We sat around waiting and no one told me that they did or didn't have it I just assumed that it was taking awhile to get ready. Finally I couldn't sit there any longer with a 2 year old so I left. There was no phone call to let me know anything. I have a screaming uncomfortable baby at home and I'm just waiting over 24hrs for a prescription. Yes, it wasn't ready until 6pm the following day. The pharmacist wears her mask under her nose. During a pandemic. When I brought it up the assistant told me she needs her nose out to make phone calls and called me an idiot for telling her that was irrational. If that sounds incredibly stupid to you, it should! They seem to rarely be wearing masks and on more than one occasion have left open pill bottles in our prescription bags or given us the wrong medicines. Wow you guys here are incredibly nice in comparison to pharmacies back East. As a former customer service rep. Your jobs aren't easy but you handle yourselves with such graciousness with lines of very sick people standing in front of you! They were lead by a young Asian American young man whose proficiency with his trade was shared with his staff. It flowed behind the scene like clockwork. I have never had pharmacy experience that bad as in this location. It looks to me that no one here know what they are doing. System is always down, employees run from one computer to another, prescription not in the order and it takes them 20 min just to find out where is already packed order while other people is waiting just to drop off their prescriptions, line is usually 30-3 hours wait. One day someone is going to seriously be dead because of your poor costumer service and luck of communication with doctors. All others reviews which shows 1 star is actually real ones. The rudest staff you will ever find. I went in the store with a simple FedEx drop off with a QR code return label. They said their QR system was down and I would need to drive to a real FedEx location. When I asked to use their printer to just print the return label itself, they wanted to charge me to use their printing service. I then went to find the worker who walked away from me to find her talking sh*t about me to another coworker (it ended up being the store manger she was talking to). I asked to speak to the store manager, when came out I told her about the situation and she just walked in the back room. I waited outside the room for about 5 minutes and she never came out, even though I know she saw me. There were other customers needing to use the printing service and the other staff members were rude to them as well. Aside from the nice woman at the front counter, everyone was disrespectful and unhelpful. I ended up leaving the store without their service because I had been there for about 20 minutes. I never knew this Walgreens even existed, but I was going around to most of the Walgreens in the area in search of these limited edition only at Walgreens Wet and Wild Holiday eyeshadow palletes! My husband took me here because he said he found a Walgreens I didn't know about and I didn't think I'd have any luck but BINGO I found them here... I also found every color of the Revlon Lip Butters that I've had no luck finding too! On top of that, everything was on sale, and there was a $1.00 off coupon. The nice lady at the register not only honored it, but she took the $1.00 off each product! This store is also open 24 hours too, which is always good in case of emergencies! read more

I agree with the other reviews of the pharmacy. This is the worst Walgreens I have been to. It always takes at least 30 to 45 minutes to pick up a prescription no matter what time you go. I have always asked for my prescriptions to be auto-refilled and then after a few months they stop the auto refill and then I have call in the prescription again. I have been a customer for 18 years and I am fed up. I am in the process of moving my prescription to CVS. I also had bad customer service when I went to the front of the store to purchase a few household items and the cashier didn't even say Hello or Thank you. I am a very polite and pleasant person and I don't deserved to be treated this way. read more

I generally stop by this walgreens because it's close to my office. This is the first time I had used their online photo services. Last night at 9:30 pm, I uploaded a photo that I needed 20 copies of, and when I got there this morning, they were ready to go. They run really slim on staff in the am, so I had to sneak behind the counter to pick up my photos and pay for them at the front desk. read more

this parking lot is always packed here though there is only a few shops here and a bevmo nearby.. i don't know where all the people go. amongst the items for sale here are chips with a burger king burger taste (2/$7) for the asking price, i'd rather eat the real burger than the chips. just got the walgreen equivalent of nyquil (2/9.99, 6.99 singles) and left . curious they didn't have any day quil equivalents in stock. read more
