Unbelievably terrible experience trying to get a drive through COVID test at this location. There were only four cars in front of me (and one actually left the line while I was waiting), and it still took over an hour to get to the front. I presented my confirmation email as proof that I had made an online appointment, and the pharmacist tech couldn't find my name on her list. They claimed they couldn't help me because I wasn't on their "list", even though I had email proof that I signed up. So after nearly an hour and a half sitting in that drive thru, I was forced to leave without any test. What an absolute waste of my time! read more

I just left Walgreens to take passport photos and it clearly states that they will be ready in minutes. I get there and the lady that "helped me" wasn't helpful at all, a little of attitude and when I asked her about how long the photos would be ready, she tells me that they will be ready the following day after 7pm. Horrible customer service and they should update their signs and not disclose something that is not accurate. I just got to CVS and they are very polite, they already took my photo, a dollar cheaper and as I'm typing this review they just told me that my photos are ready. read more

I went there today after scheduling a phone appointment for my COVID vaccination and after waiting in line for 20 minutes the pharmacy tech told me that they don't do phone appointments. This walgreens is always clean and very welcoming! The staff are always helpful and attentive. If you go in the morning Gaby is always there greeting you with a smile! I have come at night and Brianna was the one who helped me as well. Both women were very funny and talkative and helped me find what I needed. The atmosphere is why I choose to shop here instead of the competitors like cvs! It's also open 24 hours and that makes a lot of a difference since everything in the area closes early! read more

Very bad experience with a pharmacist actually chasing me to my car and beating on my window. They had made a mistake and instead of calling me - she decided to chase me to my car. Both my son and I were startled and found the whole experience uncomfortable. They need to do better than that. read more

Megan and the supervisor/manager for the night time every time I'm here is always friendly and loves to talk to me. I enjoy going to this Walgreens at night because it is a very nice, friendly, and the specially if you just want to get some things you need to get from the health care section etc. Can you come on Friday nights though the line tense me longer to picking up a prescription. Be careful in the drive through. There is a tree that is not trimmed far enough and can potentially scratch your vehicle. Also the drive through curbs are incorrectly marked with visible yellow poles. The curbs extend way past the yellow poles... this can make a driver turn too close to the curb and scratch your rims. read more

If I could give it no stars I would. I have used this pharmacy every time for my medication, and I don't know why because every time I go to pick it up there is some issue. They do not take your time seriously and will tell you it will be a minute 2 hours later you are checking back and they are scrambling to fill your prescription. When I used to live in Tustin and couldn't sleep, I'd sometimes find something to buy in this place. Yes, the prices are a bit higher and some products can be bought in your local walmart for cheaper but sometimes it's just nice to buy random things you do need. Sometimes they occasionally have nice things to buy like flip flops, sweatshirts, and some generic medications that are cheap. The people are always nice and willing to help and the overall look of the place is kept clean and orderly. JUST ABOUT PHARMACY - I WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS!! Don't go here. Pharmacist cannot be worse. I had to go there because something bite my neck and it was swelling so wanted to have an advice regarding to which kind of antibiotics cream I should put on. I waited on the consultation desk and pharmacist asked how he can help me (without even looking at my face) I tried to show him my neck and the bite and he refused to see and said he has nothing to do with it and he looked soo disturbed to see me still there and waiting for an answer. I know that I can see a doctor but I didn't want to pay $250 just for a consultation. So I went to another pharmacist and she checked the bite on my neck and said that 99% it's a honeybee and needle is still inside so I might try to remove the needle by myself or by a doctor but in any case needle must be removed to avoid any infection. You see the difference between 2 pharmacist, one of them tried to do the best as she can and the other one is like "I don't belong here, I belong to jungles" Other than pharmacist, pharmacy staff is very nice and shop staff is great. I just received first Vaccine for Covid at the Walgreens in Onterio, CA, while there I did some shopping... Went today tot he Tustin, CA Walgreen's and tried to return something that I purchased at their Onterio store, had the receipt and was surprised to here them say, we do not carry that product at this store, therefor you need to take iot back to the Onterio, CA store which is 40 minutes away. Hugh??? You gotta be kidding me, when you buy something from one store and and can't take it back to another one of their stores is un-American. I am done shopping at Walgreens. Pathetic service. Everything you're read bad about this place is true. If you're sick and need prescription medicine, you may die before getting it filled. It took them 1 1/2 days to fill a simple no-charge prescription and still got it wrong when I finally received it. The slowest and most unfriendly pharmacy I ever could imagine. Horrible pharmacy staff. Had a pharmacy tech check me in for my scheduled appt for a RSV shot at 11am and told me to have a seat. It was not until 45 minutes later when a pharmacist asked if she could help me. I said ya I'm waiting for my RSV shot. She said oh can I have your insurance card. So I have no idea what the pharmacy tech even did initially, nothing apparently because this pharmacist was mot working on checking me in and getting my paperwork. Then the pharmacist had to use 3 different computers because was having issues putting in my insurance. Then she said have a seat I'll have to call your insurance. Then she proceeded to help people in line and was obviously not calling my insurance. So after waiting an hour I was fed up and decided to leave (which I should've done a long time ago) and go to CVS and had no problems there as a walk-in. As a walk-in I had better service at CVS vs. an appointment at Walgreens. The hour I was waiting at Walgreens I saw the pharmacy staff loose 2 peoples insurance cards as well. I wouldn't trust them here & never coming back. Don't recommend!I did not even get a "sorry." Just like a previous reviewer said on here the pharmacy staff just does not care whatsoever. read more

Extremely incompetent. Called at 12pm to request for them to retrieve my prescriptions from CVS. Said it'll take two hours and I'll get a text once it's completed. Called at 5pm to follow up, and no one has initiated my request they transferred me to the pharmacist waited for ten minutes no response. Called cvs at 6, said no one has called. Called Walgreens to cancel the request. They had to transfer me to a voicemail for the pharmacist, and guess what it rings and the call drops. What a waste of time. read more

Olivia was working by herself in the pharmacy tonight. She went beyond the call of duty to get my RX filled after Savon in Tustin dropped the ball. I know that this Walgreens is having staffing issues and Im not quite sure what management's problems are because this whole store used to be the best. Why haven't I written a review here yet?!? I come here at least once a week - it is super convenient and the only place in this part of town that's open 24 hours. My biggest gripe here (why it lost 1 star) is that their cashiers LAG. There is almost always only 1 person working the register. And you know the people who shop here (senior citizens...)....they aren't the quickest people around. I just wish they had a self check out line that only people under 30 know how to use anyway. read more

This pharmacy is crowded, it often takes two or more hours to get a prescription filled. The staff is rude, especially the large Russian man. They, as part of corporate policy took a prescription from me from a doctor and for a medicine that I'd been to them many times, and told me that they'd get a bottle in the next day, only it was for someone else, and they would order some for me, which would get there in three months. This is pain medication for the many, many abdominal surgeries I've had, but they didn't care less. And it was ever among the more potent ones. I'm never going there again, and I would advise anyone else not to as well. CVS BTW has the same policy, so if you want to transfer your prescriptions, try another pharmacy. read more

Even though this Walgreens is open 24 hours and is a 24 hour pharmacy the parking is always backed up for prescription pick-up through the drive-thru when it comes to picking up between 10am-9pm. You would need to come really early or really late to pick up your prescription with out waiting. Staff on the other hand are great and very helpful. Any questions or concerns you might have the pharmacist are ready to answer them. I would give it a 4-5 star if it was faster at the pick-up window. read more

5 stars for Cynthia in the pharmacy. She went above and beyond to help my mother with a prescription. It wasn't covered by insurance but she was able to help us out and get it covered. She was super sweet and went above and beyond to help which shows she really cares. Despite being extremely busy she didn't hesitate to take time and help my mother. A gentleman who happened to be a doctor came in really upset over the long wait and she handled the situation well. I understand they're extremely busy and it's not their fault they only have 2, 3 people working. 5 stars for Cynthia for being caring, friendly and helpful. read more

Do NOT use this store for the Providence/Walgreens Express Care. They are rude, do not email results back to patients, and have extremely rude employees working the telephone line. Most people like it because they have drive-thru for their pharmacy. Go to CVS located off of 4040 E. Chapman, Orange, CA. I need a 24 hr pharmacy. Before I moved ,I had Walgreens for 10 years. Never had an issue. Always had great service. However, since moving to Tustin, the 24 hr Walgreens ,,has been nothing but a nightmare when picking up through the drive through window, or inside. Often there are 6 cars or more, and the wait is insane. 20 Minutes is nothing. There must be a massive turnover of new girls, in that drive through window. I get it, they need to learn, but this is learning at the cost of the client, who needs meds, because they are sick. They don't want to sit in a long line, waiting for a girl, to find a name or ask you three times to spell your name. The to ask again,and ask for a birthdate three times. Then going to the back, for the first prescription, check it on the computer ,go back for the second one, check it again and walk away again,to come back with the third one. Walgreens have offered the worst customer service, the pharmacy technicians are not informed and knowledgable, they are often not trained to explain the difference between refiling online orders and local Walgreens pick up. The wait times are long, phone calls are almost always transferred to an individual who does not have a background or knowledge to answer questions. The staff are overwhelmed, tired and impatient. The vaccination schedules are canceled without advance notice, they do not bother to call or email. These are only a few of my bad experiences with this pharmacy. read more

I've been coming to this Walgreens since it opened. Yesterday I headed over to pick up a script, and I needed to use the woman's bathroom. When I walked in the floors, sink, and toilet area were filthy. I went in the stall, and there's no hook to hang my purse on. Maybe you're unaware that most women don't want to put their purse on a dirty floor. It seems inappropriate for a company that is supposed to be promoting heath and wellness. read more

This review pertains to the drive thru pharmacy and staff. Although it has a drive thru pharmacy, the drive thru line is almost unbearable... especially if you are sick and patiently waiting to pick up your prescription. Today, I waited nearly 1/2 hour in the drive thru and sheer pandemonium broke out in the parking lot as cars were honking at each other for blocking the entrance to the store. The car in front of me crashed into the curb trying to maneuver in the line. When I got home to open my prescription for cold syrup I noticed the bag was wet, soggy and sticky. I took a photo of the bag when I got home. When I opened the bag, I realized the top was not screwed on at all and half of the syrup spilled onto my table. This medication is a "controlled substance" so I contacted the pharmacy to let them know what happened. The girl only the phone sounded doubtful when I explained what happened but did offer to replace the missing amount if I brought the bottle back... not something I am happy about as I am off work today SICK and waiting for my medication. No apology... nothing. I understand mistakes happen but this is not the first problem I have had at this location. I have other medications set up on "automatic refill" and no matter how many times they assure me it is set this way... my prescription is never ready. Update: 12-24-17. I went to the pharmacy again to replace the extra cough syrup. I did not go sooner as I HAVE BEEN EXTREMELY SICK and trying to get thru the holidays and hoping I would feel better... of course they couldn't help!!! I was lectured about this controlled substance I was trying to get and told they had no record of anyone speaking to me. I added a screen shot of my phone call record calling immediately after picking up this script. I will be contacting Hung the store manager to make sure he knows how customers of his store are treated. read more

This rating is only to the pharmacy area of Walgreens. Pharmacy is a joke here. Super slow, I can't believe they haven't been under review. Only one person was helpful to me. They might as well be sleeping in there. I've been on the phone for an hour, three people ahead of me, 30 minutes of that have been just me in line. Then it just hung up on me automatically. Also trying to charge me for something my insurance already covers! Low quality work for more $$$. Walmart is faster and doesn't try to charge me for what my insurance covers. This place is laughable at best. I want my script back so I can go somewhere else. Update: I keep telling myself at least they're consistent. Consistently BAD. This place sucks. Waiting game around 1 hour and 40 minutes so far. Script is either filled or not when I come very inconsistent on that, this time it "wasn't" filled, so I was told after waiting in the car line for an hour to return to the end instead of waiting 3 more minutes and just getting my refill. Nope. Had to return to the end of the line was told it would be 15 minutes. Hardly! 3 minutes and had to wait an additional 30 in line when she simply could have gotten and given my script to me in 2 minutes. Thanks Walgreens-fail. read more
