They put back items back to shelves and extra money goes to thier pocket!!! Be very careful when shopping here. Now that the one at the Village of Orange is closed, this is the closest CVS to me, although CVS originally transferred all my prescriptions to the CVS on Katella. For the most part, this CVS is fine. It can get busy, but then all of them can. What's challenging about this one is the hours are shortened compared to most stand-alone CVS's. This isn't good for people who work and might not be able to pick up prescriptions during the day. The other thing about this location is they often run our of over-the-counter medication, especially around cold and flu time. On the plus side, I've received my last couple of flu/covid shots here and found them to be very friendly and helpful. I always make an appointment which helps, but if a walk-up comes before you check in via the app, you might still be waiting 10-15 minutes. However, I appreciate the fact that they take their time with people and don't rush into just jabbing them with a vaccine and kicking them to the door.

She said she doesn't see anyone in the system. I said to check again. She saw my name and I advised that I had been waiting since 2:15. I was finally called at 3:05pm. The pharmacy technician was having trouble checking me in. I finally saw their two interns who were practicing how to vaccinate me as they had never used the specific needle. She reminds me of a woman I saw on tv years ago, but I don't know who it could be? She asked me if I was ok after going to the restroom before getting the vaccine shots. In the app it appeared there were many in stock and when I arrived I found the microwave and placed it in my cart. I noticed the item was listed for $20 more so I figured I took it to the check out but the clerk could not help me price match the item. I talked with a lead or manager and she suggested I purchase a membership for $59 a year and have it delivered to my house. She also suggested I order it online and pick it up later. I had the exact item in the cart, why would I returned later? It is unfortunate that she could not honor the online price even this one time for a community member and regular customer, I left the store with no microwave and picked one up at Home Depot. On another note, the lines are always long. The clerks don't seem to happy to help. I just don't get it. Walmart, do better!!!
